I’M TAKING RAINPAW TO GO HUNTING.”

“Bluefire? Will you take out Owlfeather and Rainpaw on a hunting patrol?” Moonstar asked. The freshkill pile only consisted of a mouse. However, Bluefire didn’t look up. She must be sleeping, I thought. “Bluefire? WAKE UP. I NEED YOU TO TAKE OWLFEATHER AND RAINPAW ON A HUNTING PATROL!!” I yelled. She still didn’t stir from her resting place. I sighed. I guess I have to take the patrol out myself, I thought reluctantly.

Fuzzypaw and Nightpaw were standing infront of her. “They have trainged hard to understand the ways of your noble code and I commend them warriors in their turn. Fuzzypaw and Nightpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and defend this clan, even at the cost of your life?” Moonstar asked.
“I do,” Fuzzypaw said loyally.
“I do,” Nightpaw replied.
“Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior names,” Moonstar said proudly. “Fuzzypaw, from this moment on, you shall be know as Fuzzyear-chewer, in honor of the time you chewed Foxfeather’s ear,” Moonstar said. Fuzzyear-chewer was… horrified.

When Rainpaw got up, Bluefire slipped into the warriors’ den to wake Owlfeather. “Wake up, we’re going on a hunting patrol,” Bluefire explained when Owlfeather asked what she wanted. The two warriors walked out into the clearing to find Rainpaw waiting for them. The three slipped into the [insert terrain here] to hunt.
