Jasmine-
Jasmine looked around, her camera’s strap secure around her neck- secure enough that it wouldn’t fall off, but not tight enough that she was in any danger of choking.
“There has to be somebody who wants their picture taken,” the giraffe said to herself, looking around.
The Room Where It Happens
Grover-
“uh hi” said a strange cat ” could I have a photo?”
Jasmine ~
“Sure!” Jasmine snapped a photo of Grover.
One Last Time
~Jilly~
“I want a picture! I want a picture!” Jilly skipped up to the giraffe, bouncing up and down from excitement- her feet were almost as fast as her beak.
~Fireblaze~
“Jilly!” rolling her eyes, Fire gave the younger hen a nudge, “She’ll never be able to get a good picture of you if you keep bouncing around!”
Turning to Jasmine she said more calmly, “I’d like to have a picture, please.”
“Me, too! Me, too!” Jilly bounded up to Fireblaze just as the ginger hen struck a pose, and Fire blew at her, attempting to shoo her away.
~Smokey~
The gray rooster chuckled, then winked at Jasmine, “That would actually make a perfect shot,” he grinned, “It’d portray their relationship perfectly!”
~Fireblaze~
Overhearing, Fireblaze suppressed the urge to fly at the cheeky rooster. She had to stand still for the photo- but once it was done Smokey could be sure he’d get a playful swipe over the comb!
~Smokey~
“It’s fine- you can glare at me,” Smokey called, then blinked warmly at Fire, “It makes you look fierce.”
He thought he caught a small smile on his feisty friend’s beak before her amber eyes narrowed into a menacing glare and her tail-tip twitched with laughter.
Jasmine-
“Great! Okay, Fireblaze and Jilly, say ‘cheese!’” Jasmine exclaimed.
One Last Time
-Sunset POV-
“Hi there!” the ginger and white corgi barked. “Can I have a photo?”
-Cocoa POV-
“Hello,” said the ginger and brown corgi. “Can I have a photo too, like my sister?”
-Kit POV-
“Me too! Me too!” squeaked the little fox cub, bounding up to Sunset and Cocoa and waving her tail quickly.
-Dash POV-
“I wouldn’t mind getting a photo, I guess,” the raccoon sighed, walking slowly towards the other animals.
Nova woke and streached before nudging Luna who was curled up beside her, “Have you seen Fawn?” She asked, looking around. Luna shook her head, “The last place I saw her was with that cat, Silver.”
Nova nodded, “We’d better find them.”
~Leafshade~
“I’ll look, too,” Leafshade clucked anxiously, feeling guilty for overhearing but too concerned to stand by without attempting to be of help.
Luna waddled over, “How well do you know the town?” She asked.
Nova carefully scooted Luna away from Leafshade, “Don’t be so rude.” She scolded Luna. “Hi, I’m Nova,” she said to Leafshade, “sorry about Luna. We’re both really worried about our friend. You might’ve seen her, she’s a little fawn, still covered with spots.” She paused, “If you want I can look over in the woods with Luna and you can check the town.”
“I haven’t seen her,” Leafshade shook her head, concern and guilt at not being able to help more making her brown feathers prickle.
She tried to push the feeling aside, then blinked at Luna. “I actually don’t know my way around all that well,” she admitted, “Sorry. I… usually stay on the outskirts,” she added with a twinge of regret.
Nova stared at the woods, “I don’t know where she is. We last saw her with Spirit, a cat. They were both talking and now I can’t find her!” She let out a low growl of frustration, “I should never had let her go alone.”
Luna glanced at Leafshade, “Nova, we can talk later. We have to find Fawn.”
Nova nodded, “Thanks for your help.” She said to Leafshade, “If you see her could you tell me?”
‘And these are our siblings. The light gray one is Lilacpool, the dark gray one with the green eyes is Flintshade, the black one with blue eyes is Nightstorm, the other black one who looks a lot like you Deathpaw,is Silentclaw, and the one that looks like you,Snowpaw,is Wolfsky.Hey everyone, these are Snowpaw and Deathpaw, our younger sisters.Show them around camp,ok?’ Stormshadow said.
‘Hi’ Snowpaw said shyly. She could be crazy and social when you got to know her,but she was always shy during first meetings. These cats were her siblings, just like Stormshadow and Deathpaw, yet she didn’t even know them.
‘Hi!Whats your favorite prey?Do U like mice or squirrels better?’ Wolfsky asked, getting closer and closer until she was crushing Snowpaw’s ribs in a bear hug.
‘Can’t breathe’ Snowpaw choked out but she was starting to smile.Wolfsky seemed nice, even if she did get VERY overexcited.’Sorry’.Wolfsky let go of Snowpaw to hug Deathpaw until she finally relaxed enough to release.
‘Oh Stormshad, you’re back?Weve missed you!’ Wolfsky tackled Stormshadow.’Hey Wolf.Missed you too.’ Stormshadow said, smiling.
‘Come on,Wolf.Youre the older sibling.Maybe act like it once in a while?’ Nightstorm observed.’Hi Snow and Death.Dont mind Wolf here, she’s a bit overexcited like all the time.Welcome!’ Nightstorm continued.
Snowpaw smiled.Maybe getting to meet all of her siblings was going to be ok after all.
Fawn tentivly walked out of the woods, jumping at a noise, “Silver?” She called, “Is that you?” She pranced restlessly, not letting herself relax
Meg glanced at Fawn happily, wagging her tail.
“Silver? I’m not Silver, I’m Meg. Nice to meet you!”
Fawn turned as she spoke, “I’m looking for a cat named Silver.” Fawn said, looking around. “I can’t find her.”
Swift smacked her lips, wondering when this would finish. The border collie stood behind a line of chickens, busily clucking away about some sort of picture. After getting too impatient, she took a huge leap, cleared the animals below, and sped away like lightning into the forest, passing an animal who ran after her, clutching the red bandanna that had fallen off her neck.
(Insert yourself here!)
Fawn jumped as the dog ran past and slipped to the ground, her thin legs tangling beneath her
Hearing the fawn’s cry, the dog quickly skidded to a stop and turned around. “Are you okay? I’m so sorry!” she carefully wrapped her bandanna around her neck. “I’m Swift. I moved in a couple days ago. And you are?”
Fawn tried to stand quickly, but ended up back in the ground. “I-Im ok.” She said, “My name is Fawn.” She struggled to stand, her skinny legs folding underneath her.
“Well, nice to meet you Fawn! I have to go now, I want to beat my personal best for the world record!” Swift zoomed away, leaving Fawn staring at the dust.
Felix~
Felix stalked silently over to a group of other animals. They sat down and watched the group with a judging expression on their face.
-Sunset POV-
Sunset turned around. “Hi!” she said.
-Cocoa POV-
Cocoa trotted to Felix. “Uh… nice to meet you,” he whispered.
-Kit POV-
Kit stood up and perked up her ears. “Hi! Who are you?” she asked, waving her tail constantly.
-Dash POV-
Dash scurried up to the other animals and looked at Felix. “Hello,” he just said.
Fawn slowly walked into camp, jumping at every sound. She looked around, trying to spot one of her friends
Silver was afk for about forever, when she spotted Fawn. Silver walked out of the bushes to say hello. “Hey Fawn, I haven’t seen you in a while.”
Fawn’s eyes filled with relief, “Silver, I’ve been looking for you.” She smiled, “I’ve been on my own for awhile now, and now animal has bothered me!” She exclaimed excitedly. She decided to leave the part of hiding out
“That’s good Fawn.” Silver said tiredly after going afk for a few more days.
-Drifty-
She stared around, then looked at the small, water-filled bag laying at her paws. Galaxy wouldn’t survive forever in there. She needed to find a river to settle by!
-Galaxy-
“Driftyyyyyy!” Galaxy called. “Drifty. DRIFTY. Why are you ignoring me?”
Drifty glanced down at the loud axolotl. “Because you’ve been talking the WHOLE journey!”
Galaxy snorted. Dogs.
Carawhip, a random guinea pig, bumped into (insert name here).
“Oops! Sorry!!” Carawhip said, then just started sqeaking all he could
.:Soot POV:.
Startled, The goat Spun around and panted raspingly. He was in the middle of running around a meadow. The Young Foal realized that it wasnt a threat however. It was a Guinea pig. He Then grinned at Carawhip. His large Bow at The String of his neck, Tingling on the brink of His pelt. “Oh! nonono! It’s okay!” He interrupted the Guinea pig. “It was Me that was Causing a bit of a ruckus matey’–” Soot paused and Gave an awkward chuckle.
Carawhip started squeaking, “Oh, okay! I’m Carawhip, a guinea pig. I love squeaking, thats why you hear me doing it now. I used to live in a human den, but then I got out… I miss them. I should find my brother, Hugo… Yeah! Thats a good idea!”
Rain watched all the animals from the rooftop he was perched on and smiled mischievously. “Hm, who’s gonna be the first target?” His claws gleamed in the moonlight and snow started to fall as he searched for someone to talk to.
Sunset walked through the snow. Her brother Cocoa trotted behind her.
“I’m so tired!” said the light ginger and white corgi. “Can we stop to rest?”
“Sure,” said Cocoa, and started to look for a shelter. His ginger, brown and white pelt zipped through the white snow. Finally, he stopped. “Over here!” he yelled.
Sunset ran up to Cocoa and settled down next to a large house. She lay down, not knowing what is going to happen next. Cocoa sat down next to her.
“First target for what?” Carawhip squeaked, “I’m Carawhip!”
He lifted his snout and got on his front paws to get closer to Rain, because he was a fat, but small animal. Not nesisarily small for a guinea pig, though.
-Sunset POV-
Sunset ran through the city, her brother Cocoa by her side. It was nighttime, and it was snowing. Sunset stopped.
“I think we should rest,” she said.
“Great idea,” said Cocoa, and they both settled down to rest.
Sunset lay down, and closed her eyes. She opened them again, and sat down. She saw a group of animals passing by. The ginger and white corgi stood up and ran up to them.
“Hello! Who are you?” she asked politely.
Violet scampered from corner to corner of the Twoleg dens. This part of town stank of garbage, but where could she go? Her owners had abandoned her just a few days ago. Yesterday, at last, she’d escaped her yard to find them, but now she had no idea where she was. “Ew,” she whined as she passed a stinking trash can. “How is this happening to me?” she wailed. “I don’t deserve this – I’m a world-renowned dog show champion! I should be at home, being pampered and brushed.” She stuck out her bottom lip and pouted.
-Dash POV-
The brownish-grey raccoon heard a noise. He quickly hid. He peeked his head from the trash can he was hiding behind and slowly came out. “Who are you?” he said.
Violet yelped in alarm. Her first thought was that it was a Twoleg come to snatch her up. Then she saw the raccoon come crawling out from behind the trash can. “Oh,” she gasped. “It’s just you. My name’s Violet, by the way. I’m a world renowned dog show champion… or at least, I used to be.” She hung her head in grief. How had her world come to this, she thought? How could she, a perfectly pampered Greyhound, be wandering the dirty streets like this?
-Dash POV-
“Oh,” said Dash, looking up at the dog. “And I am Dash. It’s good to hear you are a world renowned dog champion, but…” He sighed. “I feel kinda bad for you. Have you been abandoned?” the raccoon asked. “And I have my own sad story too. When I was very young, a large group of cats came to the city I was born in. I was attacked. My parents tried to protect me, but a huge group against two raccoons… Now, I despise cats. It’s good that you are not a cat, though.”
[|]Fluffy the Squirrel[|]
“Hey! You, down in the trash!” She chirped, “See any nuts? Maybe an acorn or cashew?”
