(Randomly joins rp)
~Flareheart~
stretched her back the looked around for the leader.
(Who’s the leader?)
(Hollystar)
Blackpaw licked Marshpaw’s back reassuringly, “It’s not your fault.” He repeated.
Tigerpaw walked up to Leafpaw, “Good job.” She said approvingly
~Blackstorm~
He approached the two, Tigerpaw and Leafpaw. His sister not far behind.
“Leafpaw. We’re going to go train. Let’s go.”
He glanced at Tigerpaw, he didn’t like this one.
(Can I yoink Tigerpaw and have her be Redfern’s app? Also, is Marshpaw’s mentor active?-)
Marshpaw turned away from him, struggling with her emotions.
Leafpaw looked surprised, “What?” His face portrayed immense confusion as he tried to understand what Tigerpaw was saying.
Blackpaw slowly walked away, but not because he was hurt. He knew Marshpaw needed some space.
Tigerpaw glared at Blackstorm and replied to Leafpaw, “I said, good job. You did well to Marshpaw.”
Tigerpaw shifted her gaze from Leafpaw to Blackstorm many times, but then focused on Blackstorm, her lip curling up in a snarl.
(In reply to Glitchedstorm, Marshpaw’s mentor is Droplet’rain, who is me, so yes, I’m active, and Tigerpaw has a mentor, Emberstream)
~Blackstorm~
He kept his calm, looking at Tigerpaw.
“Relax, We’re clanmates, are we not? I’ve come to train my apprentice. Perhaps I should invite your mentor to join us?”
(AA SORRY- I didn’t pay attention </3)
“Clanmates yes, friends no,” she snarled. She knew Blackstorm didn’t like her, but she didn’t care.
“Sure, I’ll join you.” She said, but only because she wanted to talk with Leafpaw more.
(It’s ok, it was a long comment)
~Blackstorm~
“I understand we arent friends. Go and find your mentor, We will wait by the training hollow.”
Leafpaw sighed and stood, “I’ll go get m- Emberstream.” He meowed quietly, backing away from the tense cats.
~Blackstorm~
“Alright. Meet me at the training hollow afterwards, will you?”
(Emberstreaaaaaaaam, I have dRaMa going on with Silentpaw >:))
“Emberstream!” Tigerpaw growled. She was a good fighter, but she had little respect.
(wdym??)
~Featherfall~
“Hazelpaw!”
He had sent Marshpaw to rest, and come back if it hurt anymore. Now they needed to get some more herbs..
(I’mma be inactive for the rest of the week, btw 😊. I’m on vacation with my fam)
Ik, have a good week! We’ll miss u!
Tigerpaw padded to the training hollow.
“Emeberstream isn’t coming,” she hissed, “But she said I could.”
My mentor cares bout family too much! she thought in disgust, Cares about Marshpaw!
~Blackstorm~
“That’s quite alright. I’m glad you could make it. Let us begin training, Leafpaw was unable to make it, I apologize.”
Tigerpaw made a hiss of disgust.
“Fine.” She snarled, and unsheathed her claws.
~Blackstorm~
“Claws sheathed, Tigerpaw. What is wrong with you?”
(Do you mind if I make a friend/minion for Tigerpaw?)
(YES DO)
“Why?” she spat, “I practice like a real warrior!”
(OKAY TYYYY!!)
~Blackstorm~
“This is training. Perhaps you should go get your friend to train with instead since you do not like me much.. What was their name, Wiltingpaw?”
“Sure,” she snapped, and dashed off to find her friend.
She started blabbing, “I just had the worst lesson EVER with a wanna-be-warrior!” She talked faster, “Claws sheathed, ha! Who does that? MothClan is basically clawing at out backs while we’re eating!”
~Wiltingpaw~
“That’s so stupid! Who said that? Was it that dumb Blackstorm? He’s so annoying! He made me clean all the elders for ticks, with NO help!”
He had a small glint in their eyes, unsheathing his claws.
“Wanna practice with ME instead? Hm? I’ll send ya cowering back!”
A playful taunt, which he knew they shouldn’t say. Tigerpaw would take it a bit to personally..
Gentlesea stopped sorting herbs in the med cat’s den and stood up straight, listening to the conversation
“Sure!” She said, “Not gonna happen, I’ll defeat you any day!”
She dashed off to the training hollow, claws unsheathed, with Wiltingpaw right beside her.
(How bout Tigerpaw actually likes Wiltingpaw, and she has like a crush on him,and often snaps to hide it?)
~Wiltingpaw~
“Alright! You ready?!”
He unsheathed their claws, leaning down bit. Blackstorm seemingly had disappeared..
(Sure! I’ll make WIltingpaw Bi, for ~dRaMa~ so maybe there’s a competition for their love?)
(sure! Maybe Leafpaw, Tigerpaw is kinda fond of him. But emberstream will hafta agree)
“I’m ready!” she said, and pounced on Wiltingpaw, and lightly scrapped his back.
I don’t want to hurt him.. he’s a good warrior. He’ll be a good side kick, and dead side-kicks are useless, she thought.
(Yeah! Sure!)
~Wiltingpaw~
He flipped the two over, digging his claws into her shoulder blades, they were being a bit gentler than they would with others. Their stomach was left exposed
“Gotta try better than that!”
(..Should- should we perhaps after have Wiltingpaw try to clean Tigerpaw wounds after the battle? only to be snapped at?)
She laughed an evil laugh and pounced on Wiltingpaw, pinning him down.
“This too hard for you?” She joked-sneered.
She dug her claws into Wiltingpaw’s underbelly, but not as hard as she would a normal cat.
(Sure, whatever!)
~Wiltingpaw~
He jolted in surprise, but he tried to use her weight against her and unbalance the two, hitting the side of her head.
“Ow!” she mewed, “I-i mean- Why did you do that?” she spat.
I still have to act tough in front of him… she thought.
~Wiltingpaw~
“Because its a fight!”
His eyes had a flash of concern. Did he really hurt her? He made a mental note to not hit her head.
Tigerpaw snickered, then pounced on him, wrestling him to the ground with her giant muscles.
She bit his flank, but not too hard
~Wiltingpaw~
He let out a hiss of pain, kicking her underbelly with their hindlegs, digging his claws into her sides.
Leafpaw crept through the undergrowth, ears pricked for signs of prey.
Marshpaw twitched in her sleep, whimpering softly
Hazelpaw started organizing the herb store, carefully nosing the brittle leaves.
~Featherfall~
“Hazelpaw, are we low on anything again?”
~Lostshadow~
He padded around with Willowstrikes, quietly talking to him
Hazelpaw turned to Featherfall and nodded, “We’re almost out of chervil and the tansy needs to be restocked.” He meowed. “Do you want me to go get some?”
Leafpaw jumped when he heard them and pressed himself against the ground, slowly backing up
Blackpaw rested his tail on Marshpaw as a slight gester of kindness.
Tigerpaw heard a crackle in the woods, and immediately sat up.
“Did you here that?” She hissed to Wiltingpaw.
~Wiltingpaw~
He stopped, pricking his ears.
“Yeah.. I think its some warriors.”
“Come out, coward!” She snarled loudly into the woods.
She unsheathed her claws and bared her teeth.
Leafpaw shrank at her words and flattened his ears. He ran deeper into the woods, anger boiling inside of him. “No one cares,” he growled quietly. “No one.” He stopped beside a large tree and decided to hunt. He swiftly killed a mouse and started walking back to camp, completely numb of all emotion.
“I’m going to go see who it is,” Tigerpaw whispered to Wiltingpaw.
She quietly prowled into the woods, to run into Leafpaw.
“Leafpaw?” She asked, “Are you okay?”
She was genuinely wondering.
Two out of the million apprentices had promise to be a warrior, besides her, and Wiltingpaw and Leafpaw were both one.
“Family doesn’t matter,” she hissed, “If I cared about family, I would have never been the best trained apprentice. You can get there too! You just have to let go!”
Leafpaw picked up his mouse and glanced at her, “Why should you care about how I am?” He snapped. “I’m focusing on what I need to do. And I don’t need anyone to help me. Now go away.” He stalked off, bitterness welling up inside him. Tigerpaw is right, no one cares. But that doesn’t matter anymore. All that matters is becoming a warrior.
~Wiltingpaw~
THe tom was nearby, cleaning off a few wounds still. He looked up when they heard Leafpaw stalking closer.
~Wiltingpaw~
He pushed her off him and got up, licking a wound and picking up Leafpaw’s scent.
“Leafpaw.”
Marshpaw shuddered and sighed, still sleeping.
Blackpaw sighed, knowing Marshpaw was hurting.
(Glitchedstorm, what if I make a mentor for Wiltingpaw that is a quiet mentor and does whatever Tigerpaw/Wiltingpaw says because she’s scared? And sometimes when she doesn’t, she gets a couple of scars)
(Sure! Tho ima feel terrible- also call me Glitchy)
(Ack ok sorry, Glitchy! I made her, her names Sorrelfur
Its okay! And alright,!)
~Wiltingpaw~
He padded over to Tigerpaw and started tolick at a wound he made on her head.
“Are you okay? Did I hurt you badly?”
“I’m fine.” She said.
She got up and picked herself in embarrassment.
~Wiltingpaw~
“Let me help you clean your wounds, its only fair. I did cause them.”
He padded and sat down next to her, and tried to clean a wound.
Marshpaw suddenly sat up, her eyes wide with terror. She wildly looked around and stood, “Where’s Leafpaw?” She asked Blackpaw urgently. “Where did he go?” She slightly stumbled and winced. “Great StarClan, my head hurts,” she muttered, shaking her head.
“I’m not sure..” he admitted, “Maybe he went hunting?”
He stroked her back with his tail.
“Go rest,” he said quietly, “I want you to heal.”
Marshpaw rolled her eyes, “I’m fine.” She snapped. Suddenly, her gaze softened and she purred, “I’ll be ok. Just trust me,” she smiled at him, “I’m not the first cat to get into a little fight.” She carefully took a few steps, slightly flinching. “Maybe I should rest for a bit,” she murmured. Then added, “But, I am only doing it for you.” She playfully glared at him. “And I’ll be up training with you in no time! You’ll see.”
Blackpaw nodded, but his eyes clouded with worry.
Marshpaw nudged him, “Don’t worry about me, I’m being taken care of. You need to focus on your training. I’ll catch up once I’m better, I promise.” She suddenly felt her head spin and looked away from Blackpaw. “I should get some rest, I’ll see you in a bit.” She meowed tensly. She walked over to a nest, hiding the pain she felt in her head.
Blackpaw’s eyes were still clouded with worry, but he nodded. With one last look at Marshpaw, Blackpaw headed out of the den to find his mentor.
~Willowstrike~
“Hazelpaw! Do you know where your mentor is?”
The deputy entered the medicine den, looking around the place.
Hazelpaw glanced up from his herbs, “I think he went out to collect some more supplies,” he meowed. “Why? Is someone in trouble?” He started thinking of all the herbs he would need just in case.
~Willowstrike~
“No, No. I just haven’t had time to talk with him.. Kinda just miss him.”
He padded over to Hazelpaw
“Hows he been treating you?”
“He’s a great mentor,” Hazelpaw smiled and turned back to the herbs. “He’s been teaching me lots and he’s always nice when I don’t get something right.”
~Willowstrike~
“That sounds like him..”
He noticed a certain flower.
“Did he ever play a flower game with you? Like, Hide the flower?”
(Wut if, Willowstrike lets it slip about something the brothers don’t like to talk about? Like parents?)
Hazelpaw glanced at the flower and nodded, “Yeah… Yeah, we play it sometimes.” He turned back to Willowstrike with a curious expression, “Where did he learn to play that game?” He asked.
(YESS THAT WOULD BE GREAT)
~Willowstrike~
“He made it up, while we were younger. Did it to try and lead.. you know what? Nevermind that. He just made it up.”
He shook his head and looked at Hazelpaw
“I’ll answer a few of your questions kit.”
(OKAY BET BET)
Hazelpaw tipped his head and thought deeply. His eyes lit up as he remembered something he’d been wanting to ask. “Were you always part of HollyClan?” He asked. “Oh, and, did you have any siblings? Where did you live before HollyClan? Were you part of another group of cats?” The words tumbled out and he paused. “Who are your parents?” He asked curiously, speaking slower now.
~Willowstrike~
“Not always, I use to be a rouge named Alex. I had Featherfall and a little sister named Reece, I never lived in an old barn, and I did, it had a lot of others.”
He paused, looking down at Hazelpaw
“They.. are something we don’t speak about, okay?”
He leaned down and licked Hazelpaws head, looking at a herb
“What does this do?”
Hazelpaw wrinkled his forehead in confusion at Willowstrike’s reply. “That’s dock,” he answered absentmindedly. “It helps to soothe scratches.” He looked back down at his herbs and pointed to another herb, “That’s horsetail,” he explained. “Featherfall says it’s super rare, because it only grows in marshy places, so we have to be careful not to use too much.” He nosed a couple of purple berries, “Those are juniper berries, they help with a bellyache.” He looked back up at Willowstrike, “Why can’t you talk about your parents?” He asked, his curiosity getting the better of him.
Oh-” Tigerpaw said in surprise, “Sure, I guess.”
Tigerpaw started licking her shoulders, both in embarrassment and to clean the wounds.
~Wiltingpaw~
He was being oddly careful, sniffing for any infections.
“We might need to see Featherfall just in case if our wounds get infected then I- I can’t beat you anymore!”
He had to stop and think about what he was saying for a moment.
Tigerpaw smiled, “Me either…” she admitted shyly.
Tigerpaw got up and prodded back to camp, with Wiltingpaw at her heels.
When they got to camp, Tigerpaw walked into Sorrelfur on purpose to cause trouble.
“Why’d you run into me?” Tigerpaw snapped at her.
“I’m so sorry!” Sorrelfur said shyly.
~Wiltingpaw~
“Lets not fight TIgerpaw, lets get your wounds healed first, I’ldeal with it myself.”
(Ngl this is kinda wholesome)
Tigerpaw snorted, then walked off to the apprentice den, laying down and licking her wounds.
Sorrelfur looked down at her apprentice, “Uh- hi, Wiltingpaw? Is there um- any training you would like to um- do?”
~Wiltingpaw~
“Just stay out of our way, will you? I’ll go hunting with you later.”
(IM SORRY I CANNOT BE MEAN TO HER T.T PLEASE CAN I JUST MAKE WILTINGPAW A LIL BIT NICE- WHEN THE TWO ARE ALONE??)
(its fine lol!!)
She nodded, “Of course, Wiltingpaw.”
She headed off towards her den.
~Wiltingpaw~
He padded off towards the med den, to fetch some stuff for Tigerpaws wounds.
Tigerpaw continued licking her wounds, non stop.
~Wiltingpaw~
“Hey I got the stuffwe need from the med den.” He padded to her and started to fix her wounds up
“Do you know how to use them?” Tigerpaw snapped. She shook her head.
“Sorry.. what did you do to Sorrelfur?” She asked.
~Wiltingpaw~
“I’m just following what Hazelpaw said!”
He rolled their eyes.
“I scratched her a bit and told her to leave.”
“Good,” she snapped.
She gave up fighting with Wiltingpaw and rested her head on her paws and drifted asleep.
~Wiltingpaw~
He stood up and padded out of the den, and towards the warriors den, to find Sorrelfur.
Sorrelfur was sleeping with her head on her paws, snoring a little.
~Wiltingpaw~
He padded up to her and nudged her
“Sorrelfur”
Sorrelfur immediately woke up, “Hello, Wiltingpaw.”
~Wiltingpaw~
“Let’s go hunting now, okay?”
Marshpaw sighed and curled in her nest, trying to relax and push away her fears.
Leafpaw stalked into camp and dropped his catch on the fresh-kill pile.
Emberstream peeked her head into the apprentice den, searching for Tigerpaw. “Tigerpaw, are you up for some hunting?” She asked
Tigerpaw imidiatly woke up, then looked down at her wounds, “Does it look like it, mousebrain?” she snapped.
Blackpaw walked into the apprentice den with a rabbit in his jaws, and dropped it at Marshpaw’s paws.
“Wanna share?” he asked with a big smile.
Emberstream rolled her eyes, “Well, we’ll have to train in a couple days.” She sighed. “Until then, I don’t want to see you out of camp. You need to focus on healing if you’re that injured.” She turned and walked out of the den, looking for Featherfall.
Marshpaw uncurled and smiled, “Thanks, Blackpaw, I’d love to.” She meowed. She licked his head gently before looking away shyly.
Blackpaw smiled, and took a bite of the rabbit.
Tigerpaw rolled her eyes at her mentor, “Chill, I was only training with Wiltingpaw.”
Marshpaw purred and took a small bite out of the rabbit. As she bent over, a sharp pain filled her head and she winced.
Emberstream flicked her tail, but didn’t say anything. You need to teach her to spend more time training and learning things, than training with Wiltingpaw and showing off.
~Willowstrike~
“It’s a subject best left untouched-”
~Featherfall~
He padded into the den,his eyes lighting up a bit when he saw Willowstrike, he set down the herbs he found,
“Willowstrike! What brings you here!” He padded to his younger brother, looking at Hazelpaw.
“How are you Hazelpaw? Have you eaten yet?”
Hazelpaw shrugged, “I’m not hungry,” he meowed. He turned back to his herbs and started touching each one in turn, muttering to himself. You need to tell him how you’re feeling, a small voice in his head spoke, he can help you.
No one can help me, he countered sadly, no one.
(Alright, now I’m making Hazelpaw use training as an excuse from seeing his siblings. He doesn’t like them upset with each other, so he avoids them at (almost) all costs. He pretty much locks himself away in the medicine den, solely focusing on training. What do you think?)
~Featherfall~
After a bit of chatting Willowstrike ended up leaving, he padded over to Hazelpaw and nudged him away. “Alright Mister, go get yourself some prey, Redfern and Blackstorm just brought some back.”
(Sounds good! Featherfall might catch on at one point though)
Hazelpaw sighed and padded out of the den. He started walking to the fresh-kill pile, but stopped when he noticed Leafpaw. Nervously, he picked out two pieces of prey before darting back into the den.
Leafpaw had opened his mouth to speak and a hurt expression grew on his face when Hazelpaw left. Tigerpaw really was right, he realized. He went to the apprentice den, but froze when he saw Blackpaw and Marshpaw. Not wanting to have another conflict, he turned and walked back to the fresh-kill pile. Maybe I can train, that’ll take my mind off of them, he thought hopefully. He stood and started looking for his mentor.
Hazelpaw dropped a mouse and vole on the ground and looked up at Featherfall. “I brought you something too.” He meowed.
(Yeah, probably. Hazelpaw ain’t too good at keeping things secret lol)
~Featherfall~
He purred softly, leaning down, and gave him a lick on the head. “Thank you! You’re so thoughtful! You can have the first pick because you brought them.”
Hazelpaw looked at the choices. After a moment, he bit into the vole. “Hey, Featherfall,” he started meowing. “Do you ever miss being a rouge?” He looked up at Featherfall with curious eyes.
~Featherfall~
He paused for a moment, sitting down.
“I suppose I do sometimes. There weren’t any wars, and I had lived with another group.. But if I stayed, I wouldn’t have seen my little brother become deputy, and I wouldn’t have such a good apprentice to mentor”
Hazelpaw smiled and tipped his head, “Do you ever miss your parents?” He questioned.
Hazelpaw giggled and looked up at Featherfall, “You’re the best mentor.” He meowed confidently. Then, his face changed and he stared down at the vole. “Did you ever fight with your siblings?” He asked, prodding the prey with his paw.
~Featherfall~
He stayed quiet for a minute.
“My parents.. I suppose I miss them sometimes, but it was best that I left them.” He remained quiet for a few more minutes. “I fought with Willowstrike a few times about a few silly things, but nothing major.” He looked at Hazelpaw. “Are you fighting with your siblings, Hazelpaw?”
Hazelpaw avoided Featherfall’s gaze instantly. “N-no,” he stammered. “I-I haven’t been fighting with them.” But I also haven’t talked to them, he silently added. He felt bad for lying to Featherfall, but didn’t know what else to do. “The only ones that have been fighting are Marshpaw and Leafpaw,” he meowed quietly. “But I’ve been getting along with both of them.” He bent down and bit into the vole, anxiety winding it’s way around him.
we started a new page yall btw
