Greystripe is the British spelling of Graystripe, so yeah, it’s a canon name.
Also, please be more polite in the future. The way you wrote “GREYSTRIPE IS NOT A CANON NAME! GRAYSTRIPE IS!” in all caps made it almost seem like you were yelling, which could come across as rude.
