{}One and Only Splashes with Powers to Make People Like Her Within A Few Foxlengths{}
Splashes made one last snarl, and then stalked off with her dapples glowing like the moon.
She accidentally bumped into (insert name here) and said in a snobby way, “Hi, I’m Splashes.”
(I’m thinking that Sasha struggles against Splashes’ power but eventually gives in and starts treating her kindly all the time, but if you want Sasha to treat her kindly all the time then that’s fine by me 🙂 )
~Eclipse~
the she-cat was soaking wet and she was constantly coughing out water. she lay down in a small patch of sunlight in an attempt to dry herself. she looked at her paw and tugged the thorn out, slightly wincing in pain, luckily it hadn’t gone in as far as she thought and she didn’t bleed. she heard a voice from behind her and noticed Splashes. she instantly shrunk hoping that maybe the she-cat would forget about her but that didn’t really work,
“I-I’m Eclipse” she meowed quietly.
(Anything is fine!)
“Hi,” she said.
She didn’t say anything after that, she just started cleaning her ears. She made her dapples tone down a bit, making the charm lower.
Haven stared at Siren, “I’m Haven,” he meowed. “Why don’t we talk alone?” He had noticed that Spirit was uncomfortable and was trying to help.
“That would be fine.” Siren said, stiffly walking away. She stopped at A tall rock, and sat down, waiting for Haven to catch up.
(I imagine her ten ft taller than the other cats lol)
Haven followed and watched her through narrowed eyes, “What’s your power?” He asked curiously.
Siren said nothing, just raised her head and let out a long yowl, almost like a song. Suddenly cats started walking toward them with blank expressions. After a few heartbeats, Siren faltered, and collapsed to the ground, while all the cats slowly started walking away again.
(You guys I don’t want to be controlling so you can have your cat be strong-minded enough to resist)
Haven stared in surprise and ran over to steady Siren. “Are you alright?” He asked, gently letting her sink to the ground.

(response to Tiger rp)
Ember purred and pressed against him as her fur warmed up. She smiled and closed her eyes, slowly slipping into a deep sleep. Her flank fell and rose steadily as she slept.
Tiger smiled down fondly at her, but suddenly he was jolted upright by a strange call… he had to go to it… but he couldn’t just leave Ember! He shook it off and lay back down, assuming he had imagined it all.
Ember stirred and opened one eye sleepily, “Tiger, what is it?” She asked. She yawned and rubbed her face with her paw in an effort to wake up.
Kinsly bounded through the woods, desperately searching for Brownie. She let out a loud yowl of distress and curled her claws into the ground.
Bayou dragged herself to a frozen stream and stared down, “I miss you, Brook.” She whispered. She spun when she heard something and took a step back, onto the ice.
Addie walked out and jumped, not noticing Brook for a second.
“Sorry!” She chirped, “Did I startle you?”
(did you mean Bayou?)
Bayou shook her head and took another step back. Both of her back paws were on the ice now. “I’m Bayou, what’s your name?” She asked tensly.
(Yes i did srry)
“I’m Addie…” she said, and took a step back from Bayou, noticing she was startled.
(it’s all good 😊)
Bayou tipped her head, “I’ve seen you somewhere…” She slightly relaxed and tried to think. “Oh! I know! I saw you with that other cat with glowing fur!” She smiled and dipped her head in greeting, the cat seemed pretty nice. “Well, I’m glad to meet you,” she meowed politely
(Ignore the last one)
“Yeah, I hang out with Ember!” She chirped, “nice to meet you!”
Bayou smiled slightly and meowed, “I, uh, I guess you’re probably wondering what I’m doing talking to a stream,” she shifted sheepishly. “My, um, my brother’s name was Brook… He-he… Well, you can probably guess.” She looked away and started breathing heavily. “Um, uh, I’m so sorry, but I have to go!” She spun around and started running across the ice. She felt it cracking underneath her paws and froze. She gasped as she was plunged into the icy water and tried to reach the surface. Wait a second, she stopped moving in realization, I’m breathing! Underwater! She smiled as she felt the water ripple through her fur. She started to propel herself upwards, not wanting to worry Addie. Her head burst above the surface and her eyes were bright with excitement. “Did you see that? Did you see that?” She called happily.
“Wow!” Addie said, and then started rubbing her head for the sudden burst of emotion.
“Sorry…” she muttered, “I can feel emotions and the sudden burst of happiness gave me a headache.”
Bayou dragged herself out of the water, shuddering. “Oh no! I’m so sorry! I-I really am. Oh…” She hung her head and started to walk away, tail dragging in the snow. I’ll always be alone. I hurt everyone I meet. I can’t do anything right anymore. Not since Brook… She ran away at full sprint, sorrow and depression crushing down on her. Go away!, she inwardly screamed to herself. She paused beside a gravel path, chest heaving. She placed her paws on the path, wincing as sharp rocks pierced her skin. She quickly stepped off and looked up at the sky. “Brook? Brook, where did you go? Why did you leave me? I can’t do it without you.” She whispered, sobbing as she remembered her brother. “WHY COULDN’T IT HAVE BEEN ME?!” She screeched. “IT SHOULD’VE BEEN ME! I WAS THE WRONG ONE! YOU WERE PERFECT! BROOK, ANSWER ME!” Her legs crumpled under her and she hung her head.
Amba curled up in her makeshift nest. She sent a small breeze to ruffle her fur up before she slept. Listening to the sound of the Wind, she slept exhaustedly.
She saw the Wind Spirit (aka hurricane) in her sleep. She tries to be friendly to them but it is difficult when they can be so arrogant.
“Hurricane!” She laughed. “How’s the prey flying?”
“Skip the greetings and revoke your powers.” Hurricane sighed.
“I can’t revoke my powers. Anyway, they might be useful.” Amba argued.
“You have to me chosen for Wind Spirit, by-“
Amba awoke with a start.
Kinsly jumped when she noticed Amba, “Oh my goodness, I am so sorry!” She exclaimed. “I didn’t mean to wake you, I’m so sorry!” She felt horrible and started kneading the ground.
“No harm, Kinsly!” Amba meowed. “I was having the usual argument with the old wind spirit over there- “she flicks her tail to the sky, “-so it’s sort of a good thing, so thanks!”
Amba starts washing her paws, and she hits the metal chain around her neck. She shakes her head trying to get it off. Unsuccessful, she hisses crossly, then meows embarrassed when she sees that Kinsly was watching her.
Kinsly watched with curious eyes, “What’s around your neck?” She asked, glancing at her own collar. “it looks heavy and uncomfortable.” She stepped forward to get a better look at it.
(Wait do we have our powers yet? I’m confused. Whats going on rn?)
(we do have our powers! The entire thingy with the humans already happened and now we’re all just kinda doing our own thing lol)
(Ok thanks :3)
-Venom-
Venom looked around her. Confusion lighting her blue gaze, Bolt had told her that she and Night had to carry her out of the ( ummmmm) den? She was still very confused were was her mother? Had she really died like they had said?
– Bolt-
Bolt remembered a large hound scooping her mother up and then running off her mother screeching in terror. She looked down at her paws. ” Why couldn’t I protect her? ” she whispered, ” why did we leave her?” Her eyes glistenined with sadness.
-Night-
” We had no choice,” he growled at Bolt,” it was either mother or Venom,” he rememberedhis mother’s words when they had escaped ,” and mother wouldn’t let us pick her.”
” what ever you do protect each other,” she had said.
Amba overheard the three cats talking.
“Your mother?” Amba questioned. She would like nothing more than to go back to the farm where she was born and raised. She missed her sister more than anything she could think of. She wanted to be an average cat again. To get rid of Hurricanes whispers in her ears. To not create hurricanes whenever she got mad.
Bitter thoughts about the scientists arose. She remembered being taken from her home. She remembered the twolegs keeping her in her pen. She remembered…
She paced around the small space she had. The place was about the size of a small fox and a tail length wide. it was surrounded in wire mesh. She could hear other cats meowing. Or was it herself..?
The twolegs barged into her cage. They did this twice a day to give her food, but today they shoved a metal chain on her. It was cold and an ugly grey. They clipped a chain on the one around her neck.
They muttered something in their strange language, and dragged her out of her space…
Amba realised what the three cats were talking about and murmured “sorry”, very embarrassed.
-Venom-
She looked up at the she-cat, “it’s fine,”she murmured.
Amba shook her head regretfully and bounded away, mostly because she didn’t want herself creating a windstorm in front of the cats; hate was rising up for the scientists.
Amba decided to start practicing her powers, sure, she didn’t like them, but she figured it was better to be able to stop creating hurricanes than to create them randomly.
She flicked her tail and a small breeze ruffled her fur. Easy.
Hurricane had told her that if she raced in circles she could create a tornado. She thought she could create a small one that was controllable if she spun around slowly, so she tried it.
But she raced around faster and faster, enjoying herself, feeling like a kit again. She stopped, dizzy, to see a giant whirlwind of doom dragging up trees as it went past.
In the distance, she could see the slight shadow of a cat.
“Look out!” She yowled like her life depended on it.
~Sasha~
“What in night’s name” she muttered as she saw a whirlwind heading towards her. she turned around and sprinted out of the way, she felt a flying twig nick her ear and she winced in pain. she let out a growl. that whirlwind could have killed her. she sprinted up the hill to find Amba. she bared her teeth in a snarl.
“Who might you be” she snarled, her yellow-hazel eyes blazing with anger.
Amba couldn’t stop the tornado as it hurtled through the forest, but at least Sasha was out of harms way.
“Think… steady… thoughts.” A voice whispered in her ear. It sounded like Hurricane, and Amba knew to trust her in these matters.
She imagined herself curled up next to her mother.
She imagined herself enjoying juicy fresh-kill.
Finally, she imagined the end of peace and war, the end of all fear.
The tornado disintegrated, leaving nothing but a trail of damage.
“I’m sorry,” Amba said, kneading the ground. “I really didn’t mean to. I was just trying to practice something new. But, hey, at least you’re alive, right?”
Amba tried to touch her tail upon Sasha’s shoulder.
~Sasha~
“you sent a whirlwind in my face because you didn’t have control over your powers?” she snarled. a deep green mist started flowing from her paws (this indicates she’s about to activate her power, which is to cause hallucinations, normally bad ones)
“You almost killed me because you didn’t have control.” she snarled, the mist had engulfed them entirely, and only her yellow-hazel eyes showed. she finally noticed the mist, and with a triumphant smile, she said.
“Looks like i don’t have control over mine either”
Venom followed Sasha, when her and her siblings caught up they saw her facing the she-cat from earlier. The young she kit ran up to Amba,” Are you okay?” She mewed.
“Of course! I’m fine…” Amba lied, she didn’t want the young cat to get involved or in danger. “Sasha here was just- um- not in the uh- best position to avoid my practices!”
Amba looked down at her paws. She hated conflict and she didn’t want Venom getting involved. She could sense this was between her, Sasha and maybe hurricane.
~Sasha~
“Excuse me, maybe you shouldn’t be practicing hurricanes,” she growled. she closed her eyes. and the mist disappeared.
“You’re not worth my time, just mark my words, if I see anything life-threatening coming out of you again, I’ll make sure you never use those powers again,” she growled then whipped around stalked away.
“I wasn’t even practising hurricanes…” Amba sighed.
Way to make an enemy, Amba, she thought.
She was… angry. at Sasha, but mostly at the twolegs. And herself.
She winced. Sasha planted images in her mind, and it was still painful.
She wanted to be a normal farmcat again.
-Lyric-
Lyric crouched in a bush, watching as the ginger she-cat who called herself Amba struggled to control her powers. They saw the cat racing around in a circle, like a dog-kit chasing its tail.
what an idiot they thought, she’ll create a tornado if she’s not careful.
The tornado formed.
It was headed right towards them.
Lyric wanted to leap out and tackle Amba for being so stupid. She was trying to stop the tornado, but the poor cat was clueless.
“You could help her you know…” Hurricane, the Wind Spirit, whispered to them.
“Go tell her what to do.” Lyric muttered.
Seconds later they saw Amba close her eyes. They knew what Amba was trying to do, and at the same time they flicked their tail in the opposite direction to the tornado. It disintegrated into ash and smoke.
Lyric couldn’t tell who made the tornado disintegrate, but they suspected it was Amba. They settled down in the bush, longing for a conversation with Hurricane (they loved these sorts of conversations because it was utterly private since it was all in their head), but sprang back to their feet when they smelt a cat coming towards them, and realised that cats smell covered the bush almost entirely. Lyric was always ready for a fight, and unsheathed their claws, pelts bristling.
-Lyric-
When no cat showed up, Lyric relaxed. They were almost disappointed, they hadn’t been able to fight since they come on this journey. They decided that they’d be able to fight soon, and began to creep up the path to Amba
“Bayou!” Addie yelled, “Wait!”
Addie ran after her, ignoring the other outburst Bayou just had.
Addie slowed down out of breath, and sighed.
Bayou hissed over her shoulder, “Just go away!” She started running again, but instead of going toward the forest, she ran straight across the gravel path. She froze as a monster approached and whispered, “Brook, no.” She curled up on the path, making herself as small as possible. The monster passed over her, the wind from it tugged at her fur but she didn’t move. “Brook, Brook, please,” she whimpered. “Please come back.” She knew it was impossible, but she refused to give up hope. She stayed on the path, eyes shut tight, and tried to forget everything.
Addie took a deep breath, and ran onto the thunder path, almost being ran over by a monster. She dragged Bayou off the thunderpath, and the two were almost ran over by another thunderpath.
Addie prodded Bayou, “Are you alright?”
She looked at her with worried eyes, and somehow shut out all of the emotions Bayou was feeling.
Bayou looked over her shoulder at the path. She stared at her paws, “No,” she whispered, her voice heavy with grief. “I’m not alright.” She slowly stood and started walking away. She sighed and sat down, farther away from the path. “I’m sorry, Addie,” she said quietly. “But, I think you should go. I have trouble with my emotions. I don’t want to hurt you, I don’t want to hurt anyone.” She sniffled and stood again.
“Okay…” she muttered, “But I’ll just let you know I’m not listening to your emotions right now.”
She walked away, her tail drooping.
She shoved all of the emotions into imaginary raindrops, sending them away from her view.
At least I know how to not hear emotions any more… she thought.
Amba sighed. “I wasn’t even making a hurricane…”
Then, she saw a silver tabby cat bounding up the hill towards her.
The cat didn’t even blink; it leaped towards Amba, pinned her down and fought.
-lyric-
Lyric grinned. They had Amba right where they wanted her, and soon they were going to get their rightful power back. Amba twisted as they tried to bite Amba’s neck but they weren’t stopping.
-amba-
“Flick your tail in the other direction to stop it,” a voice whispered in Amba’s ears.
This cat was just to strong; no matter how much Amba twisted it wouldn’t lay down.
She flicked her tail. To her horror she found herself create another tornado, one that pushed the cat away from her.
Sasha’s warning ringing in her ear, she flicked her tail again. To her astonishment, the tornado stopped.
The cat got to their feet, looking embarrassed but intact.
“Hi. I’m Lyric and I want my power back please.” It said
Venom looked over at a bird, “hi” it chirped. Venom rolled her eyes, birds are so chatty.” What do you want bird” she mewed. “I have a name you know,” it sang glaring at her. ” GO AWAY,” she growled the bird fluttered away, ” Birds” she muttered rolling her eyes.
-Lyric-
Lyric stared in what they hoped was a threatening manner at Amba. They realised that their ear was torn so They licked a paw and ran it over their ear. But they noticed that Amba had a worse wound down her flank.
“I-i- don’t know how to do that.” Amba muttered. Lyric rolled their eyes. “You don’t even have any fighting spirit,” they mocked. But before Lyric could do anything they felt cold large things close in over them and seconds later grey bars obscured their vision.
-Amba-
Amba watched, feeling terrible as she was powerless to help Lyric even though the cat was her self-proclaimed arch enemy, was taken by the twolegs to who-knows-where? The lab?
Nothing else left to do, she bounded through the forest yelling,
Venom heard Ambas cry, she tried to run but a hand lifted her off the ground, Bolt and Night already to far away, didn’t hear her wail.
Amba yelled. That was two of her allies! Forgetting everything, she bolted towards the monster, a windstorm blazing at her paws. As she ran, she realised how much she loved the feel of the wind. It helped her forwards and gave her confidence.
She shook her head. She needed to save Venom and Lyric!
