Ok so i just finished Neverseen, and I’m a little bit confused on the IDs. So all the elves are actually 9 months younger than they’ve been saying? Sophie’s friends are counting how old they are based on their inception, and not their actual birthdays?
And the most confusing part is, how did Sophie not realize Dex was actually younger than her by six months instead of being older than her? How did she guess people’s ages by elvin counting, and not human counting, if she lived with humans her entire life? (Because when she guessed, she was usually right, by elvin counting. Except for Fitz, who was actually 14 or younger when they first met, not 15)

Yes, and because of his over-protectiveness of Sophie. Honestly, he just needs to back off. Also his power freaks me out. He made Brant burn his own hand off!!! Edaline will always be superior, imo.
In defense of Grady –
Brant literally murdered his first daughter and tortured his second daughter and would have willingly killed her.
And, he didn’t like Keefe because his mom is evil and he thought that he might turn evil as well. Also because he hasn’t made the best decisions, like running away with the Neverseen, the group that constantly tries to kill Sophie and is kind of the cause of Jolie’s death.
I can see why you don’t like him, but I felt like I needed to defend Grady :p
I know Brant deserved it, but it was just a little scary seeing what Grady would do if he got angry enough. ;-;

Hello, I find that I just have to say this
I hate when Sokeefe shippers attack others’ opinions just because they don’t like it.
I don’t get why some people need to be aggressive about it. There’s nothing wrong with liking Fitz or shipping Sophitz.
I’m really not trying to offend anyone here (all of you are awesome) but I just needed to point out this problem in the KotLC fandom

Yes! I just joined the fandom and I’ve already seen this. We all have different opinions and viewpoints and that’s ok. Sokeefe shippers don’t have to agree with Fitzphie shippers, but we do need to respect their opinions 🙂
I agree, but it’s not just Sokeefe shippers. It’s usually them because there’s more of us than any other kind of KotLC shipper, but I’ve seen Fitzphie, Sodex, Kam, and other shippers get really out of control about other’s opinions, and a lot of people online (not you guys ofc) need to learn some lessons in respect.

Agreed! I do hate Fitz and Sofitz, but I am always careful to respect others’ opinions/not offend others. If you like Fitz or Sofitz, then that’s fine! This also happens with other ships and stuff. It’s pretty annoying. I hope you haven’t been offended by anyone, people can be pretty mean sometimes <3

don’t worry, the first book is kind of just the setup for the rest of the interesting books, and so is Exile for the most part, but after book three, it gets a lot more intense!!
