Giving warrior names to Riverclan kits and apprentices that never got them by Lavenderpelt

Lavenderpelt gives warrior names to RiverClan cats who never received one.

Hi everyone! Today for my second article, I will be giving warrior names to Riverclan kits and apprentices that never got them.

Let’s start with Copperpaw. We do not know what happened to Copperpaw as he was never mentioned after eclipse. All we know about him is his mentor was Duskfur. I would name him Copperpelt after his copper coloured fur or Copperdusk after his mentor.

Next up is Cypresspaw. Cypresspaw was mentioned in Thunder and Shadow at a gathering with her sister Wavepaw. We don’t know much about her except she offered to teach Honeypaw how to swim. I would name her Cypresssplash or Cypressheart after her eagerness to teach Honeypaw how to swim.

Next is Duckpaw. Duckpaw was last seen in battles of the clans and was doing battle training with her siblings, Tanglepaw and Rushpaw. She had fiery temper but was good really. I would name her Duckfeather or Duckflight.

Now let’s do Lightningpaw. Lightningpaw is mentioned only once, in Crookedstar’s Promise. He gives Crookedstar a life for humility. I would name him Lightningstrike or Lightningshine.

Next up is Minnowkit number 1. Minnowkit number 1 was mentioned in code of the clans and was an inquisitive kit. Their sibling was Wildkit and their mother was Hayberry. I would name her Minnowshine or Minnowberry after her mother.

Now we have Minnowkit number 2! Minnowkit 2 was the kit of Willowwbreeze and Crookedstar. Her sisters were Silverstream and Willowkit. She died of greencough at a young age. I would name her Minnowbreeze in honour of her mother or Minnowstorm in honour of her fathers first name.

Now we move onto Morningkit. Morningkit was the daughter of Rippleclaw and Graypool. Her siblings were Swankit and Splashkit. I think her warrior name would be Morningripple after her father or Morningsplash.

Next we have Nettlepaw. He was a Riverclan apprentice who was last mentioned in Sunrise. His mentor was Mintfur so I would name him Nettlefur like his mentor or Nettlepad.

Now we have Oatpaw. Oatpaw was mentioned in code of the clans as a responsible cat who had skills for healing cats. I would name him Oatfrost or Oatfang.

Next let’s do Perchkit, Pikepaw and Primrosepaw. Siblings of Reedwhisker and children of Mistystar. I would name them Perchfoot or Perchwing, Pikefang or Pikeclaw and Primrosebloom or Primroseshimmer.

After that we have Perchpaw. Perchpaw was Appledusk’s apprentice in Mapleshade’s Vengeance. He killed Mapleshade after she killed Appledusk so I think his warrior name should be Perchdusk.

Now we have Pikepaw number 2. Pikepaw was last seen in Battles of the clans. he trained with Duckpaw and her siblings. I would name him Piketooth.

Next is Pricklekit. Pricklekit is one of the any kits of Icewing. I would name him Pricklewing.

Now let’s do Robinkit and Woodkit. They were the kits of Frogleap and Mosspelt. They drowned soon after the death of their father. I think their warrior names should be Woodleap and Robinflight.

Now Rushpaw. Sister of Duckpaw and Tanglepaw. I would name her Rushreed or Rushsplash.

Now let’s do Silverpaw 1 and 2. Silverpaw 1 was mentioned in battle of the clans I would name her Silvershine. Silverpaw 2 was last seen in the prophecies begin series. Let’s call her Silvershimmer.

Now we have Splashkit and Swankit. The siblings of Morningkit. I would name them Splashpool and Swanflight.

And finally we have Tanglepaw was the brother of Rushpaw and Duckpaw. I would name him Tanglewhisker.

Well that’s the end. Riverclan has a LOT of unnamed apprentices and kits! Lavenderpelt out.
