Hi! It’s Misty (again) with her 6th (or maybe 5th, I’ve lost count honestly 😛). Today, I will be telling you guys why certain characters should get super editions/novellas (I might do a part two, not sure). The cats I will talk about today are: Darktail, Sol, the sisters (these aren’t individual cats but still), and Brook (from the tribe). So lets get into it!

First up, we have Darktail!
I think Darktail should have a super edition for multiple reasons. The main one though is that he had a really interesting life, that we don’t really get to know that much about. Also, I think that seeing it from his point of view could be cool. I think it would be really interesting to see his childhood as a kittypet, without his father, which could also teach us how he came to hate the clans, and also, to see how he was able to take over SkyClan, etc. I think that seeing his full life through his eyes could be a really interesting read.

Next up we’ve got Sol!
I think that Sol should have a super edition for similar reasons to why Darktail should have one (in fact, that’s the main reason why all of these cats should get super editions). I think that Sol also had a pretty interesting life. He was abandoned by his parents, then joined SkyClan to become a warrior, the thing he wanted most, then was exiled, became a rogue, met midnight, and tried to destroy the clans. If that’s not interesting, I don’t know what is. So, similarly to Darktail, I think learning more about Sol, or him having a super edition/novella is a good idea.

Next one is the Sisters!
I think that having a sisters super edition would be cool because it would teach us more about how they lived without the clans. We really only know of clan, kittypet, loner, and rogue life in the series, and the sisters don’t really fall under any of those buckets (I know they are technically loners, but they are different than most loners). They’re one of the only group of cats we don’t really know anything about. They have an interesting way of life, only accepting girls, not mad when someone leaves, letting them come back, they’re just way different from the warrior clans, and I think a super edition from a point of view from one of the sisters, where we could learn about how they lived, and how its like to live that way could be really cool and interesting.

Last, but certainly not least, we have Brook!
Brook is from the tribe of rushing water, and her real name is Brook Where Small Fish Swim. Similarly to why I think the sisters should get a super edition, I think Brook should get a super edition. Learning more about living in the tribe, and actually having a PoV from someone who’s lived there their whole lives would be really interesting. The tribe, like the sisters, are way different from the clans, and I think that a book about living there could be a great read. Also, we don’t know much about her and Stormfur, so more on that would also be interesting.

This, my friends, is why I think that these cats should have a super edition/novella. Feel free to tell me if you agree or disagree, or if there are other cats you think could have a super edition (who knows, if I make a pt 2, I might use your idea). I hope you enjoyed reading, Misty out!
