Welcome to hogwarts!
You’ve been taken from your soft life as a kittypet. You’ve sat in a tiny carrier for hours and now you’re in a castle.
You’re at hogwarts. What house you’re in, it’s up to you, but at the opening feast, you meet a sleek black cat who calls herself Cinders. She tells you about stories she was told as a kit, about four Clans living by a lake. She says that the cats here should make a Clan to protect themselves and to share knowledge. You willingly agree and now Cinders gathers up all the cats at hogwarts who will agree and tell them to meet her at the great hall at full moon.
Cinders is now called Cinderstar and she names (cat) her deputy and (cat) her medicine cat. From there, the Clan continues to work smoothly together, but Cinderstar is acting strangely, especially around those who declined HogwartsClan.
Gradually you realise… Cinderstar can’t be trusted.
The roleplay starts a moon after Cinderstar’s first gathering.
The roleplay rules
The medicine cat can use herbs from the greenhouses, or potions they’ve stolen!
Your hogwarts house is the same as your twoleg’s
Romances: Keep it kid-friendly, you can break up, you can have kits, ask if it’s someone else’s character. Forbidden romances are okay
You can be a rouge (a cat who didn’t want to join HogwartsClan) or a member of HogwartsClan
You can base a character of someone in Harry Potter, but you can’t be their pet
Please be a cat
Tip: instead of saying, “permission to attack”, say, “tries to attack!”
Beware of spoilers!
Most importantly, be nice and have fun!
Update:
You can be a cat, but you can also be an animagi who turns into a cat! Although I’d prefer, if your an animagi, to mostly be in the cat form.
Cinderstar’s code
Defend your Clan, even with your life.
Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan’s territory.
Elders, queens, sick or injured cats and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors.
Only steal leftovers when there is no prey available
A kit must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice.
A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice.
The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies, retires, or is exiled.
After the death, retirement, promotion (to a leader status), or exile of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen before moonhigh.
A Gathering of the Clan is held at the full moon at the great hall and everyone must attend if they are capable.
Do not speak with rouges, or that can result in exile.
No warrior can neglect a kit in pain or danger, even if the kit is a rouge, however, the kit will not be trusted.
The word of the Clan leader is the code.
Do not kill unless absolutely vital.
A warrior rejects the soft life of a rouge.
Help your clan only. Do not take pity on rouges.
