Maplepaw crept out of her den, giving a yawn as she shook out the nighttime chill from her pelt. Settling down in the centre of camp, she perked her ears up to listen to whatever Spottedstar was going to say.
Shadowmoon peeked from the medicine den.

“Dapplekit, you are old enough to become an apprentice at the age of six moons. From this day on, you shall be Dapplepaw until the time comes to become a warrior.” *Touches nose to Dapplepaw’s head.
“I will be your mentor.”

Lifting her head she cheered for the new apprentice. “Dapplepaw! Dapplepaw!” She then stood forward as Spottedstar dismissed the meeting. “Should I help Embermoon send out the patrols?” she asked looking at the deputy. her paws were itching to run free, and it wouldn’t happen until the patrols were sorted out.
Yes. Embermoon is… busy. You will fill her in for now, Wolfdawn. Dapplepaw, training begins tomarrow. So does soccer practice… really! I AM A SOCCER WOMEN!!! LOL, sorry. Well, we need to patrol and hunt. Sort one out and when it gets back, send another, hunting goes out and returns, send a norder patrol, vice versa. Choo, chop, Clan!
