    Let’s get started!

    Snowstar walked along the boarder with suspiscion. The leaf-fall leaves crunched under her paws. The warriors had reported sightings of cats crossing the boarder and leaving prey with MistClan scent on it, so she decided to check it out. The air was slightly cold in the morning, with rays of light peeking through the trees. There was not a cat in sight. She was beginning to think that the MistClan cats had not been here after all, when she spotted a shadow moving through the undergrowth on the other side of the boarder. She froze, senses heightened.
    Suddenly, a cat emerged. It was Splashstrike, with one other cat. She backed away, not wanting to start a fight.
    “What are you doing here?” she asked, voice tinged with suspiscion.
    The deputy stepped back, signalling for his clanmate to do the same. “I could ask the same of you,” he asked tensely.
    “I’m patroling. Completely in my territory,” she said crisply. “I hope that you are to.”
    He growled. “I am, and going to continue doing so.” He backed into his territory. She watched for a few seconds, making sure that he left, then turned back. She should head back to camp.

      Onyx awoke and glanced around his surroundings. “Oh yea..” he mewed. He padded out of his den and sat outside.

      • Flamepaw dreamed. She dreamed of chasing catmint as if they were butterflies. Juniper berries were layed on the ground like pebbles. There was a whole tree growing moss nearby. She was going to climb to the top and find the smoosest strip for Snowstar’s nest. It would be her first time out in the forest!
        “Flamepaw wake up! You aren’t a kit anymore!” The orange she-cat woke up to find Shimmerpool shaking her strongly with a paw. Her mentor’s green eyes were filled with agitation. Flamepaw groaned inwardly. But Shimmerpool soon calmed down. “Come on, go get some prey from the fresh-kill pile, and we’ll have to head out. I have to give you a tour of the territory today. And this night, we’re going to the Moonspring!”
        Flamepaw brightened up with her. “I’m not a kit, apprentices do * not * get hungry!” She scrambled out of her nest and darted off into the clearing. She stiffened as Snowstar padded into camp, her gaze unreadable. “What happened?” Flamepaw narrowed her green eyes and tilted her head to one side.
