My profile picture was still on my desktop, so I renamed it, then I uploaded it again as my profile picture. After that, you can do a new secret page link with your new photo. That’s all you can do, I don’t belive that secret pages can be renamed themselves. If you make a new secret page the one you have now will be deleted.

You need to go to your profile settings and paste the link of your secret page as your website and then update the profile. Again, I found better explanations on Ask the Experts page.
