Last night was the last concert of the year. It was a bit of a cryfest since all the eighth graders are leaving and there are two main high schools plus others in the area. So bittersweet.
I have my last concert this Friday! I’m in eighth grade, and I’m not continuing band in high school. Fortunately, we’re a really small town of like, 8,000, so we only have one high school.
Wow, that’s like the opposite for me! I have a huge town and music is my passion. I’ve literally done every single extracurricular activity with the band program except for jazz band (meets at the same time as choir) and Symphonic Band (auditioned, but didn’t get in-hopefully will this year!)

Heyo, BlogClan! It’s been a while… actually, not that long, but it feels like a while. So much has changed! BlogClan has a NEW HOME! I must say, I’ll miss the old site, but I love this one too. 🙂 Anyway, just hopping in to say that I’m alive. My summer’s barely even started yet, and it’s already busy, busy, busy. We’re on the other side of the world (well, maybe the same side for some of you, but beside the point) and we’re going to stay and visit relatives here for about a month. After that we’re going straight to Arizona, which I guess will be my new home. I haven’t had much time for BlogClan lately, but after this is all over, I hope to be on regularly again.
Now, excuse my while I go explore this magical new website. 😀

Hi Gladepaw! It must be hot during the summer in Arizona! I live in a much, much colder state, and even our summers are pretty warm. 😛
It is.. And the thing is, I prefer the cold over the heat, so the summers are going to be a bit of a challenge. 😛
