BlogClan Tavern, The First Premises

Hi, everyone.

As my Clanniversary is taking place on the 24th June, I’m running for Senior Warrior. I am going to give some points as to why I think I deserve it, because I feel that’s what you should do when going for something like this. Without further ado, here’s why I think I should be a Senior Warrior:

– Ever since I became more involved with BlogClan, I have been very active in the community, regularly checking and commenting on the lively BlogClan Tavern among many popular pages.

– Along with Ember & Wave, I consider myself as one of the more active people on the FanFic page. Big kudus to them as I think they contribute a huge amount to that page as well. And I’m sure, for anyone who has published anything on the FanFic page, know how much I read them and offer constructive advice on how to improve them. There’s been periods where I’ve not gone it as much, but over the last year, I’ve commented a big deal on the wide variety of excellent FanFics on offer there.

– I wouldn’t consider this a reason, but it’s free advertisement, anyhow. 😛 I have started up a FanFic series that follows on from Dawn of the Clans & Moth Flight’s Vision, which is known as Rise of the Clans. The 1st book, Scarlet Monsoon, after 10 chapters is on 30,000+ words, and my plan is to make it a 6 book series. Of course, it’ll explore what I feel are some great plots and arcs that could happen in a DotC follow-up series. It’s more to improve my writing and for myself to enjoy extending and creating a Warriors universe of my own. But it’s another contribution I make to the Blog.

– I’d also like to acknowledge that I haven’t been that active on the live chat recently, but the reason for that is primarily because of my FanFic writing and more of a RL workload. Plus, my personal opinion is that posting/interacting on the Blog is more important than the live chat.

– Entered many competitions such as the Christmas FanFic and Valentine’s comp, along with regular contributing to NTA, which I managed to win the first time round. I’ve also written an article (http://erinhunter.katecary.co.uk/linking-star-wars-warriors-by-eagleclaw/), and I’m set to write the 17th chapter for the BlogClan book, which I’m confident I’ll still be around for.

– I am very welcoming to new members, and, as far as I am aware, I have never gotten into any arguments with any other members of BlogClan or acted in poor conduct. Therefore, I’d say I am very mature and understanding of the many age-groups and cultures that all come together on BlogClan.

– And just overall, I love Warriors, as I know many of you do too. Ever since about 6/7 years, I’ve become a massive fan of this franchise, and it has helped and enriched my life in so many ways. If I could just give back even more ounces of that enthusiasm over the next couples of years, I’ll be happy.

That’s longer that I thought it would be. 😛 And to be honest, I think if you’ve been here for 2 months, 239 days, or whatever it’s obvious what I contribute to this community.
