My biology teacher has been talking for a week or so now about how his baby is due any day and we’ve known that his wife was expecting since the first day of school. He was out because his baby was born today, and when the sub told us everyone cheered. 😀
Our subs grand daughter was born when we where in class once.

Two things
1) Our school system has a 91 year old sub and I had him/her(I know gender it’s just there aren’t that many) for French a few weeks ago.(I googled 91 year old sub and luckily there’s more than 1)
2) I poked myself in the eye with my math homework and had to go to the nurses office.😜

(Ok for a second when I first read your comment I was confused cause I thought “sub” meant like a “sub sandwich” and what was going through my brain was, “A 91 inch sub?” 😂😂 But then I read the comments above and I was like “Ohhhh” and then I decided to comment when it made sense, haha. I’ve got bees in my brain right now 😜)

I didn’t know it either! I think it’s just a day to celebrate and recognize all the people that come out 🙂 like on national taco day we recognize and celebrate tacos, etc. but with a deeper meaning for this one. Idk 😛

Next week I’m gonna be in the town parade with 30,000+ people watching! The parade is for a festival which is pretty popular even outside of our county, it’s the second or first largest event my town hosts. I’m gonna be playing a song called Go For the Gold on the bass clarinet and I am super excited even though I’ve been in the parade before. Once was for a running program, once was for Girl Scouts, and once was carrying a banner for the band, but this is the first time I’ll actually play! I am super nervous and excited and ahhhHHHHHHHH!!!
