So, I just noticed a plot hole in the Madagascar movies. In the first and second movie, they make it quite obvious that Alex and his friends can’t speak to humans. However, in the Penguins of Madagascar movie, Dave the Octupus can speak clearly to humans, of course, under the guise of Dr. Octavius Brine. Why can animals all of a sudden speak to humans now?
Maybe Dave made an invention that let him? Or maybe Dreamworks is just lazy 😛

But what really made me laugh so hard I cried was that poor Owlmask was chased by 50 kids (IM SO NOT LYING!!!) 25 were kindergartners, and the others were kids our age who were A, trying to sacrifice him, B save him. I am now his appointed bodyguard. They chased for 15 minutes straight. I love this day.
