It means to put a secret the cat has, such as they have a forbidden mate or they have some other incriminating secret.

Information
Basically, you are a human who gets turned into a cat. There is a creepy laugh, and your vision goes dark. You wake up in a large clearing, surrounded by tall rocks that stretch straight up. A large canopy covers the sunlight. As you wake up, you notice a scroll in front of you. You are somehow now at ease with your cat body, and you reach out, unrolling it.
It says this:
Hello. Welcome to the Woodland Trials. I’ve been expecting you for some time.
I wouldn’t try to leave if I were you.
And oh! Change your name. It’ll all be part of the fun 😉
You stare at it for a few moments longer, and then it disintegrates before your eyes.
You look around at the other cats, and feel unease.
So, if you couldn’t guess, my character is the disembodied voice. I run the games. Please don’t try to take over if I take a while to respond, it shouldn’t be that long anyway.
There will be 7 nights.
