Snakehollow would sort through the herbs, sniffing at each of them to ensure they were still good. He discarded of a yarrow stalk deftly.
He looked down, pawing at a reddish herb. It didn’t even appear to still be good- almost as if it had been dunked in water before he’d collected it. He shrugged to himself and tossed it. Looked like today was going to be a long, exhaustingly boring day.
“Hello, Snakehollow.” Splashstar mewed. “Uhh…I might’ve had a prophecy?”
He flicked an ear and looked over to the leader. His face was a mask of relaxation, but his eyes told a different story.
“A prophecy,” he hummed. “Why don’t you tell me more about this?”
Splashstar sat. “Okay so, there was this kit. His name is Wishkit.” Splashstar’s fur spiked. “He gave me a prophecy; The wings that have fallen into the dark will rise again to destroy the Ocean. (Want me to tell you what the prophecy means?)
Snakehollow sighed…yet another jumbled prophecy from Starclan. He wished that just once they could give him a straight answer.
