Quinn slumped back in her chair. “Finished~” she gasped. She’d used the potion instructions in the Book of Potions, so she wouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes between adding ingredients. She just hoped that the two different methods had the same outcome, or she might get in trouble. She hoped Professor Snape wouldn’t deduct points for an alternate method. After all, the potion looked exactly as it should, and would serve the same purpose as any other methods to create it. But Professor Snape was quick to criticize, and she’d been walking on a wire since she’d been Sorted and everyone figured out that she was from the United States. She was often teased by her fellow Gryffindors that the Sorting Hat had put her in Gryffindor at random because she didn’t fit in anywhere else. Quinn had done all she could to prove them wrong, to prove to everyone that she belonged in Hogwarts. Because while she didn’t care what the students thought, all her teachers had made it clear from her first year that if she stepped one toe out of line, they’d send her to Ilvermorny and let them deal with her. Not that Quinn had anything against Ilvermorny, of course, but she didn’t want to fail, not after she’d come so far. Maybe it was the Gryffindor in her, the reason the Sorting Hat had even considered it as her house. She shook her head and smiled. She wasn’t ready to give in yet.

    • ‘Yep’ She said, cheerfully. ‘I think we have……… Transfiguration next?’She said unsure

Quinn smiled as she overheard the new students’ conversation. At the same time, she felt bad for Professor Snape. Even though he wasn’t the nicest teacher, she didn’t feel that he deserved all the hate he got from the students. After all, he was just doing his job, and it wasn’t even the job he wanted. Quinn wondered who was teaching Defense Against the Dark Arts this year. There had been quite a few teachers, one for each year. However despite the job seemingly being cursed, Professor Snape still wanted it. Quinn shook her head. She had to focus. She’d studied for all of her classes, and Transfiguration was one of the easier ones, but it wasn’t one of her favorites. She’d much rather be studying Ancient Runes than turning poor animals into cups and dishes.

    • (You can do their reactions to stuff or just note them walking around. wOw I haven’t been here in ages!)

  • As K.A.I walked into transfiguration with ruby, she imeadiatly noticed a tabby cat with glasses-like markings around it’s eyes.
    /good. Ms Thunstorm is here./
“Uh-um, proffeser mcgonigal? I-it’s actually mx (mix/mux), not ms.”
The cat transformed into an aged woman.
    “My apologies, mx Thunstorm.”
Suddenly snape was at the door.
“My apologies Minerva, but Thunstorm was going to talk to me after class about something rather important.”
    “Oh, yes, sorry professor.”
    K.A.I stepped outside with snape.
    “Now. Speak.”
“I-I have a-a disorder. U-um mul-multiple personality disorder. MPD.” They stuttered. “A-are you familiar w-with the term?”
“Indeed I am familiar with the term ‘MPD’. And I find it disgraceful you’d think I didn’t.” Snape said in his monotonous, but menacing voice.
    “Well sorry! But-“
“ANGIE! You need to stop disrespecting proffeser snape! He’s our house leader!” (Most likely) kyrin cryed.
“How Many alters do you have?” Snape asked.
“Three. Kyrin Angie and ivy.” Kai explained.
“But we call ourselves ‘kai’ together.” One alter explained.
“Angie is the most ambitious. She shares the most in common with slytherin out of the three of us. Ivy is a strong leader, but gets easily anxious, and they’re the most polite. Then there’s the ‘original’ alter, kyrin. Kyrin is the calmest. They are ambitious and loyal to those close to them. Kyrin is the most respectful. They’re usually the one to tell Angie off. All of us use they/them pronouns when together, but Angie uses she/her pronouns when we’re separated.” Kai explained.
“And which one of you where telling me all that?”
“A mix between kyrin and me. Only Kyrin talked about me though. I am currently ivy.”
“Alright. You may go back to class. Try not to argue with each other.”
“Yes proffeser” Kai said and walked into mcgonigal’s class again. She slithered into a seat next to ruby.
“Apologies for interrupting your teaching, proffeser.”
“Well, you where talking to not just another proffeser, but a house leader, so I think it could be excused.” Mcgonigal commented. “Page seventeen.”
Kai nodded in both understanding of her words and as a ‘thank you’ to mcgonigal for telling her the right page.

  • Featherie pulled out her wanditty wandy wand and looked at Professor McGonagall. She wondered what they were doing today. It didn’t matter, though, did it? She was going to get the best grades in the class, as always. But when it came to her sixth year, oh boy was she getting high scores on self-transformation. It would be fun to toy around with people, who all think she was just born amazing at Transfiguration. It was true, but it was for a different reason.

Quinn once again sat at the back of the class in Transfiguration. She hoped it would be over soon. Not that she didn’t enjoy Professor McGonagall’s teaching, she just didn’t care much for the class as a whole. She flipped to page 17 and waited for further instruction.

  • I’m new to this role play, so let’s get started. Haris went to class, late! He looked awkward as he came him, his breath irregular. He is first seen at Transfiguration.

    • Micky –

Micky walked quickly into class. Late. For the second time in a row. On the first day of school. Life was wonderful!
She noticed someone else who looked like they had also just come in. she slipped into a seat and motioned him over to the seat next to her.
