  • So here’s the wonderful roleplay page! You can start once you make a character, I’m just going to let you guys do your thing (I don’t need to approve anything beside your rank!).
Have fun (I’ll be semi-active in this, but since I have life-stuff going on, I may be inactive at times, so whoever is deputy can take over for me if you need me to do something, etc. and I am not there.)!!

  • Ok, so how about our story starts in evening, where it’s not entirely dark yet, but dark enough where it is considered as nighttime. Every cat is sharing tongues, and from there, you guys can do pretty much whatever you want, except throw yourself off a cliff or something. If you need to leave the roleplay, I can always kill off cats, but until then, I don’t think it’s a great idea to start off the roleplay with everybody dying, you know?
Anyway, we can start there, and then you guys are free to begin this roleplay (once I approve your rank and stuff)!

    • Crimsonstar stretched out her paws, feeling slightly drowsy. Turning in a circle, she eventually sat down next to the entrance of the leader’s den, watching her clanmates share prey and talk to each other. While she was starting to drift off into sleep, she saw a flash of a yellow tail vanish into the medicine den. Curious, she sat up, suddenly wide awake, wondering who could possible be in the medicine den at this hour. She knew that the CrimsonClan medicine cat, Crystalspirit, was a silver she-cat, not yellow, and in fact, she was almost certain that none of her clanmates had yellow pelts at all.
Getting up, she climbing down from the ledge that she had been trying to sleep on a moment before, and ran into the medicine den at a breakneck speed. Reaching the den, she didn’t see anyone in there. She stepped into it, walking toward the herb stores, when she felt someone crash into her, knocking her to the ground. Gasping for air, she tried to yowl for help, but a yellow paw covered her mouth before she could. Trying to focus, she looked up, and saw herself staring into the amber eyes of Talonbrook, a SlateClan warrior, and standing next to him was Wavespark, the SlateClan deputy.

  • Stormsong has – just a little while ago – organized the second patrol of the day, making sure to put a word in with the patrolling group so that the cats are sure to check out the fox scent at the border that the dawn patrol (which Stormsong had been on) noticed that morning. (It’s fortunate that this border isn’t shared with another Clan, which makes matters simpler for everyone… less pressuring.) Stormsong somewhat feels remorse towards not joining that patrol, but she also knows that she’s been doing too much work for the Clan lately, and needs her rest; a rested deputy is more helpful to her Clan than an overworked one, after all. She trusts the cats she sent out to accurately assess the fox scent status; and, admittedly, cats are sharing tongues now, which goes to show that the level CrimsonClan feels threatened at just isn’t high at this point. [If you think your character is good at tracking scent and assessing things, then you may consider your cat to be coming back from the patrol. Make up whatever information you want about the current position we’re in when you write the patrol’s return; after all, we all build this story together! :3]

  • Crystalspirit was eating prey beside her Clanmates, feeling relaxed and happy. 𝘐 𝘸𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘯𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘧 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘢𝘺… She looked at her clanmates, who were chatting and sharing tongues. After a while, she stood up and stretched, not in a hurry to leave. As she padded towards the medicine den, a cold feeling stopped her in her tracks. 𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘥𝘰 𝘐 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘢𝘴 𝘪𝘧…𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨’𝘴 𝘸𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨? She went towards her den at a faster speed, not stopping to greet the rest of her clanmates, who stared at her in worry. As she pushed through the entrance, she noticed a tuft of fur in the den.𝘐𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘊𝘳𝘪𝘮𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳’𝘴 𝘧𝘶𝘳? she thought with anxiety. Bending down, she sniffed it and found the clan leader’s scent intertwined with…Slateclan scent! Her heart beating with terror, she went outside to fetch the clan deputy Stormsong, who she found organizing the patrols. Crystalspirit whispered, “I think Crimsonstar was taken by Slateclan!”

    • [Stormsong has already organized the patrols, so let’s say that…] Stormsong tells one of the senior warriors to ask to be given the report about the fox scent if Stormsong and Crimsonstar disappear for a while.

Then Stormsong immediately hurries after Crystalspirit, and they approach the medicine den.

  • Moonpaw was sleeping in the apprentice den when she suddenly heard a noise, a tumble, coming from the medicine cat den. She raced outside, and into the den and saw her mentor, Crimsonstar, pined down, from, what looked like Talonbrook and Wavespark, from SlateClan. Moonpaw raised her back and hissed,” Let my leader go!”

  • Frostypaw was jolted awake, as Moonpaw walked out of the apprentice den. “ Hey,” He whispered softly, but Moonpaw was too far away to hear him. Frostypaw sighed and padded over to the medicine den where Moonpaw had disappeared into and let out a gasp, as he realized two things, one, that The leader of CrimsonClan, Crimsonstar, was pined down, and two cats were in the camp, Talonbrook and Wavespark of SlateClan.

  • As Stormsong and Crystalspirit come up to the SlateClan cats and Crimsonstar, Stormsong gets annoyed at Frostypaw and Moonpaw, and yowls commandingly, “APPRENTICES! EVERYONE! STAY BACK A MOMENT!”

Stormsong manages to heave Talonbrook off of Crimsonstar, and batters at Wavespark. “FIGHTING SHOULD NOT BE THE ANSWER! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU’RE DOING IN OUR MEDICINE DEN?! FIGHTING OUR LEADER?!” Stormsong hopes that Crimsonstar didn’t attack first; she hopes that Crimsonstar is more rational than that. Although… if these cats were stealing or destroying herbs or something…

    • Crimsonstar sat up, gasping for air, seeing Moonpaw, Frostypaw, Stormsong, and Crystalspirit staring at her in astonishment.
“I saw them enter the medicine den,” she meowed, trying to explain as fast as she could. “I thought they might be stealing herbs, but before I could do anything, they had me pinned down!”
      She turned to Stormsong.
“Stormsong, can you organize a patrol to return these cats to their Clan? I need to talk with Rookstar and have him explain this,” she growled, flicking her ears at Wavespark and Talonbrook. “Include yourself and me in the patrol please,” she added.

      • Stormsong nods in agreement and understanding. “Of course.” She eyes Wavespark and Talonbrook warily and suspiciously through narrowed eyes. I wonder why their deputy is here, but is only being supported by one other cat. Well, we’ll most likely find out soon enough.
[Er, we don’t have, like, any warriors! May I just pretend she chooses two or three warriors?]

          • [Okay, I just thought that’d be dangerous, but they also need experience, so I guess that can work. You can decide whether their imaginary mentors come, or if we want to give the apprentices even more experience, being without them.]

Stormsong notices Darkpaw looks immensely uncomfortable. I… don’t think I should bring her, then, as much as I’d like to. “Frostypaw, Moonpaw, you may come with us.” Stormsong jerks her head towards where she and the other three stand, inviting the apprentices to join them.

            • (I am Moonpaw’s mentor, and if you and Frostypaw are ok with it, you guys can be mentor and apprentice…)

“Let’s go!” Crimsonstar meowed, and they all raced out of the camp towards SlateClan territory, huddling around Talonbrook and Wavespark to keep them from running away.
When they finally reached the SlateClan border, they ran into a border patrol, which consisted of one of the SlateClan senior warriors, Quickflame, her apprentice, Firepaw, and one other warrior, Fernweb.
“What brings you to our border?” Quickflame asked, staring at Wavespark and Talonbrook while speaking to Crimsonstar and Stormsong.
“I need to see Rookstar now,” Crimsonstar demanded.
              “Er, okay, sure,” Quickflame replied.
The patrol led them to the SlateClan camp, where Crimsomstar saw Rookstar lounging near the fresh kill pile.
“What in the name of StarClan were you thinking?!” she yowled at her as soon as both groups entered the camp, causing Rookstar to jump up and hiss in surprise.
Rookstar looked over at her, and her eyes widened when she saw Talonbrook and Wavespark surrounded by the CrimsonClan group.
“I don’t know what you are talking about,” Rookstar meowed in reply, looking like she was trying to keep her voice even.
“Oh?” Crimsonstar meowed. “So how do you explain your warriors coming, no, sneaking, into our medicine den and pinning me down when I entered it?”
Rookstar looked extremely nervous. “Really? That happened?” she replied.
Crimsonstar could tell she was lying through her teeth and snarled, “How about you explain what you found then, Stormsong? She clearly won’t listen to me, so maybe see needs to hear the story from another perspective.”

              • [Sure; I’ll take Frostypaw, if Frostypaw is okay with it!]

Stormsong eyes Rookstar suspiciously. I’d be more lenient towards the idea that Rookstar knew nothing of it had her own DEPUTY not gone to our camp. I can’t be certain that Rookstar knew about this, but Rookstar seriously does look like she’s lying… Also, Crimsonstar is understandably angry – so is she – but, especially when they don’t know what happened, Stormsong doesn’t know if Crimsonstar should’ve shouted this in the middle of the SlateClan camp, barging in like this, where every SlateClan cat can listen… She probably should’ve asked to speak to Rookstar more privately. But, despite Stormsong’s doubts, she chooses to respect her leader’s rash but understandable and perhaps necessary (depending on what happens and the background information that they simply don’t have yet) decision.

“Well,” Stormsong meows, standing tall even though she’s getting a little nervous and heated with the eyes of pretty much all of SlateClan boring into her. “Crystalspirit brought me to the medicine den, where your cats” – she nods at Talonbrook and Wavespark – “were wrestling with Crimsonstar, trying to hold her down! And don’t look at me like that, Rookstar. I’m quite certain your cats jumped first. Crystalspirit told me later on that she found Crimsonstar’s fur, meaning Crimsonstar was attacked, and not the other way around. Losing her fur meant your cats probably had the element of surprise on your side. Plus, there’s no doubt that you all realize that Crimsonstar is strong and otherwise could’ve held your cats down without such a struggle, I’d expect.” Stormsong tries not to, but ends up rolling her eyes, beginning to lose her respectful attitude. Rookstar has been annoying in the past; Stormsong doesn’t doubt that, if Rookstar felt desperate, Rookstar has made another stupid decision.

                • Crimsonstar nods in approval at her deputy.
“So, why don’t you explain to us why you sent your warriors into our camp?” she meowed.
Rookstar sighed. “We are running out of catmint and don’t have any growing in our territory, and since cats are getting sick from greencough, we thought that we would quickly pop in and take some of yours.”
Crimsonstar was furious. “Let’s talk about this in your den before I lose my mind in front of all these cats,” she growled.
Rookstar led them to her den, and sat down in her nest, looking amused at Crimsonstar’s anger.
“There’s got to be a better reason than that for sneaking into our camp and pinning me down when I tried to see what was going on,” meowed Crimsonstar. “You could have just asked Crystalspirit for some herbs, but you didn’t. Why?”
“Our medicine cat, Needlewish, is dying,” Rookstar explained sadly. “We needed Wavespark and Talonbrook to be found by you while doing something wrong so that you would come here and we could bargain for your medicine cat.”
                  Crimsonstar was confused.
“I’m sorry, what? What do you have that CrimsonClan could possibly want? And why would I give you Crystalspirit?”

                • (By the way, all of the Non-Player Characters, which is basically everyone else besides the cats in CrimsonClan, can be controlled by anyone, not just me!)

                • Stormsong sighs, reassured, when Crimsonstar suggests they talk more in private. The cats involved in the conversation[?] enter the den.

Stormsong begins to bristle when Rookstar mentions the bargain. For how long would she need Crystalspirit? she wonders, uncertain. Also, what a twisted way to get us to come to your camp, Rookstar… You could’ve done plenty of other things – even just straight-up telling Crimsonstar this secret – and we would have come, I’m certain… Stormsong knows that Needlewish dying must be the truth, but she can’t help but wonder, even if just a little, if Rookstar wants to make CrimsonClan vulnerable by taking away their medicine cat for some time. But no, she wouldn’t do that, would she?

                • Crimsonstar makes a split second decision.
“Please give us a minute,” she meows to Rookstar. “I need to talk to my deputy about this.”
When Rookstar leaves the den, she turns to Stormsong, finally letting out her true feelings to her friend.
“Oh my god, what do we do, Stormsong? I don’t know what’s the right move here,” she whispers.

                • Stormsong considers, thoughtful. “Hmm… Well,” she meows, flicking her ear with the formation of an idea, “first of all, seeing as Needlewish is SlateClan’s only medicine cat and since Hawkpaw’s pretty far in his training and is making amazing progress, last time I was aware – and therefore could probably cover for CrimsonClan for a while – we could definitely let Crystalspirit head over. It’s risky, but if something becomes dire in CrimsonClan, we could ask for Crystalspirit back. Crystalspirit should start training a medicine cat apprentice for SlateClan.” Stormsong clearly isn’t done with her explanation; there’s a big part two. “But obviously, even with his experience, Hawkpaw still needs more training, and Crystalspirit won’t feel comfortable in SlateClan, surely; therefore – I know it’s not a perfect plan, because TumericClan might not accept…but they should because all of the Clans should probably work together,” Stormsong mutters, “then CrimsonClan and TumericClan could go back and forth with sending our medicine cat over to SlateClan. Perhaps every quarter-moon, we swap? I hate to get TumericClan involved, but you know it’ll be less risky and lonely.” Stormsong wonders uncertainly – because StarClan hasn’t often been very helpful – if StarClan will help to train this medicine cat apprentice, too, but who knows?

                • “I think that’s a good idea,” Crimsonstar replied. “But, I’m not just going to hand Crystalspirit over and pass her around like she’s a piece of fresh-kill without talking to her about it first. So how about we head back to camp, talk to Crystalspirit, and then come back with an answer for her tomorrow. That way we can all get some sleep since it’s getting late, and we can see what Crystalspirit thinks.”
Crimsonstar called for Rookstar, and when she came, Crimsonstar said, “We’ll give you our decision tomorrow. Until then, quit sneaking into our camp, and we’ll come back as soon as we make up our minds and you can give us something in return.”
Without waiting for a response, Crimsonstar rounded up the apprentices and led them and Stormsong our of the SlateClan camp and into CrimsonClan territory.

                • “Well, of course,” Stormsong replies. “My intent was to have us ask Crystalspirit if she’d be okay with it, don’t worry. It is, indeed, a huge responsibility and shift. But, we’ll also have to speak with TumericClan, if we’re going with that part of the plan, too… Would you like me to send or lead a patrol to do that, or would you specifically like to speak to TumericClan yourself (I mean, that makes sense)? We can always let Crystalspirit stay in SlateClan if she accepts and then ask TumericClan tomorrow or the next day; as you said, we do need rest, after all.”

After Crimsonstar speaks with Rookstar with the conclusion statements and decisions, Stormsong follows Crimsonstar, Frostypaw and Moonpaw hot on their tails, surrounded by a SlateClan patrol, out of the camp and back to CrimsonClan territory.

    • Hawkpaw-
Hawkpaw walked out of the den. He was hurt and confused. He started putting back together the herbs and wrapping them back together. He sat next to his mentor, Crystalspirit. “I fixed the herbs,” he told his mentor. He had been training for over three moons now, and was starting to know his herbs very well.

      • -Crystalspirit

Crystaspirit nodded in approval. “You’re shaping up nicely, Hawkpaw.” She meant the compliment. The apprentice was intelligent and patient, and he would make a great medicine cat, once he finished his apprenticeship. She nodded towards the herbs. “Let’s put these away, and then we can get some rest.” As she started putting herbs away, she couldn’t shake the lingering feeling of worry. Worry for Crimsonstar, and Stormsong, and everyone who went to the Slateclan camp. 𝘐 𝘩𝘰𝘱𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘨𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭… She flicked her ear absently, lost in thought.

  • Darkpaw hissed. She didn’t trust these cats. But she couldn’t risk….her coming here again. Her fur bristled as she scented it. She’s here again. She never spoke these days, afraid that one move, one word would attract it. She tried desperately not to, but she bristled again and her eyes glazed with fear.

  • Back at camp, Stormsong hears bad news, which she reports to Crimsonstar. The fox scent has gotten stronger, and was sniffed out in CrimsonClan territory. Oh, this is just terrible that it has to be now when all of this happens! Stormsong thinks. If we have to drive off these foxes before they get too close and there are wounds, we might need Crystalspirit here, depending on the severity of the wounds and if multiple cats get hurt. We might not be able to send Crystalspirit to SlateClan for a few days, if she accepts the plan… maybe not even to send a cat to give them the herbs they need yet, if we need our cats to stay in CrimsonClan due to the fox threat…

    • (Goldie, you may want to read what happened above so that you know what’s going on!)
After Stormsong gives her report, Crimsonstar, feeling concerned about the fox scent, heads to the medicine den to talk to Crystalspirit.
She enters the den and meows, “Crystalspirit, are you in here? I need to talk to you about something important!”

        • “Well, apparently, Needlewish, the medicine cat from SlateClan, is dying. SlateClan wants you to come and train a new medicine cat for them and be their medicine cat until they can get a new one. Stormsong and I wanted to ask you what you thought of the situation, because if you want to go, we can find a way that you and Flowerstalk, the TurmericClan medicine cat, can take turns helping out SlateClan so you can still train Hawkpaw, and if you don’t want to go, I’ll tell Rookstar just that,” replied Crimsonstar quickly.

  • Crystalspirit was in her nest, relaxing after a long day of work treating the Clan.𝘐 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘢 𝘭𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘮𝘺 𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘯 𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺, she thought proudly. Crystalspirit had a busy day treating scratches from thorns, a few coughs, and a tick infestation, so she was worn out. She looked at Hawkpaw, who was in his nest, letting out gentle snores. 𝘐 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘪𝘮. After Crystalspirit was half-asleep, she heard leaves rustle. She lifted her head blearily and tasted the air. 𝘚𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘊𝘳𝘪𝘮𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳? 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦? Crystalspirit stood up in her nest, not wanting to look as if she’d been sleeping.

  • suggestion

why dont you instead of that, when a character is talking you do this-

    Ex. 1
    Bloodmoon: HEY! watch it!

and when they do something you-

    Ex. 2
    Bloodmoon: *sits slowly*

so it’s not has much typing (trying to help, not trying to be rude)
also I submitted a character form

  • Bluekit: *she sat and stared into her brother’s eyes*
Soulkit: *he stared into his sister’s eyes*
Bluekit: Mother, can we go play?
    Mother Catto: yes
*Bluekit and Soulkit walk outside the nursery*
Soulkit: I wish we were apprentices
    Bluekit: Same

(If you want kits they can be your kits but I control them)
