Sliverthorn argues why Ashfur would’ve been better for Squirrelflight than Brambleclaw.
Violet walked into the cave, glancing around. Something was different. Everyone seemed sadder then usual
-Snow that falls in Rhythm-
Morning entered camp, carrying a dead hare and eagle. “I’ve- I’ve got prey!” She mewed.
“Morning!” Snow purred. “I was so worried!” He smiled at her.
“Don’t be! I can take care of myself!” She grumbled.
“Sorry, I was just-“
Morning dropped the prey on the fresh-kill pile and disappeared into the to-be den.
I thought she liked me. Maybe- maybe she had a bad day. Snow was trying to convince himself as much as Morning.
He realised that he needed to help the cave-guards guard the entrance. He settled down between two cave-guards, and sat there as comfortably as possible.
(Can Snow that Falls in Rhythm and Morning Leaf of Amber Flame become an official cave-guard (snow) and Prey-hunter (morning) please?)
(sure!)
Moon bounded up to Morning.
“Stoneteller wants to see you!” she said to the fellow Prey-Hunter to-be.
Star padded up to Snow, the other cave guard to-be.
“Stoneteller asked for you,” she said.
-Snow that falls in Rhythm-
Snow glanced at Morning, both excited and nervous.
“I wonder-“ he broke of. Morning wasn’t listening. “I- wonder what- I wond- oh never mind.”
Morning was staring into space and she looked terrified.
-Morning Leaf of Amber Flame-
He can’t know, can he? How could he? I didn’t tell him and neither did Dancer?
Did Snow find out? How? Why would he tell Stoneteller?
Has anyone been spying on us? Who was it? I never saw anyone!
“Don’t worry, young Morning,” Stoneteller reassured. “I have been simply watching your training, and I believe it is time for you both to become a true cave-guard or true hunter.”
“R-really?” Morning gasped. Snow acted unsurprised, but his eyes betrayed that he was really excited.
Do I actually deserve this?
“Of course.” Stoneteller purred. “You’ve proved yourself a true member of the tribe.”
-Cry-
Cry was having a nightmare again… About her sibling… her family member… who had endangered them all… she didn’t want to think about that so she opened her eyes.
-Roar-
Roar was keeping watch so nothing would attack them. Suddenly he saw Cry coming out of the den. Cry was permitted to stay in there after the attack from the eagle. So Stoneteller could make sure she was okay. “Cry what are you doing out here,” Roar asked his sister. “I’m just getting fresh-kill you dum-dum,” Cry purred. “Okay maybe you’re right maybe I am too over protective of you,” Roar admitts. Cry smiled at her brother and picked up a tiny mouse that had somehow gotten up the mountain. “You wanna share,” Cry asks.
“Ok that sounds good to me,” Roar says and shares the mouse with his sister.

Cloud trotted into the cave his eyes on edge he looked saddened and angry as he sat beside them not looking at them.
~Boulder~
He rushed over his eyes filled with panic “Has anyone seen Viper?”
Violet walked over to Stoneteller. “Stoneteller?” she asked. “Did something happen while I was gone?”
*Reply to blossom*
“I haven’t seen them yet,” Falcon confessed.
“Really?” Blossom asked. “They’re your own kits.”
“I don’t know if I can,” Falcon replied, “Maybe it’s best if I never see them.”
“Why?” Blossom asked.
“I was confident about becoming a father with Lilly to help,” Falcon mewed,”But now that she’s gone, I don’t know if I’ll be a very good father without her….”
“Even if Lily is gone, you can still be a father to your kits.” Blossom said “The whole tribe can help you.”
“Are you sure? I mean if they no there father and nit there mother what are they gonna think?” Falcon mewed his eyes shone with worry, “What if I fail them?”
“You could tell them when they’re older.” Blossom said. “I don’t think you’ll fail them.”
“Okay,” Falcon mewed, “Thank you Blossom.”

Cloud trotted into the cave his eyes on edge he looked saddened and angry as he sat beside them not looking at them.
~Boulder~
He rushed over his eyes filled with panic “Has anyone seen Viper?” His eyes filled with sadness “I haven’t seen her all day!”
Moon shook her head.
“Last time I saw him was… yesterday, I think,” she said, “I think he went out hunting.”
“Cloud, do you know?” Star asked.
~Cloud~
He looked up his eyes burning with hate “she left to be a rouge” He stood “Do you know where Stoneteller is so i may share this news”
~Boulder~
His eyes widened “Your lying…..” He looked Moon “He has to be right?”
“Stoneteller is with Morning and Snow,” Moon said.
“That’s sad..” Star muddered.
~Cloud~
He stood “Well then i must be going”
~Boulder~
“B-but why would she leave i though she loved it here”
Moon shrugged.
“Not sure,” she said, “But maybe she liked a rouge, or..”
She couldn’t finish her sentence.
~Cloud~
“She left because she hates us” He trotted away to find Stoneteller.
~Boulder~
He fell into a sitting posistion “NO!” He cried “She couldn’t have left……………”
“I’m so sorry,” Moon said quietly.
She licked Boulder’s ears in reassureance.
(hey, maybe moon and boulder can be close friends? theyre both hunter to-bes)
(Sure that sounds great)
~Boulder~
“She was all that was left of mom” He said softly “Now she’s gone”
~Cloud~
he trotted to Stonetellers den and sat “Stoneteller” He called softly
“Yes?” Stoneteller replied.
~Cloud~
He stepped in “I have some bad news….Viper that hides in rocks left to join the rouges”
~Boulder~
“Moon……..Do you think my sister still cares about me?”
“What?” Stoneteller snapped. “I’m- sorry” She said, regaining her temper, “Why??”
“I’m sure she does,” Moon said, “She just probably had something/someone that she wanted to be with.”
~Cloud~
He flinched from her voice “She said she thought we had no respect for others and……..She was with a rouge when i saw her……..”
~Boulder~
“But we where her only family” His eyes stretched wide “Our parents died because of the rouges!”
Stoneteller sighed.
“There’s nothing I can do,” she said.
“Yeah..” Moon muttered.
~Cloud~
He dipped his head “I just thought you might want to know”
~Boulder~
He bowed his head and stopped speaking
“Thank you, Cloud,” she said.
Moon sat beside Boulder.
~Cloud~
He backed out and left passing his brother without a glance.
~Boulder~
His body shook and his tail twitched as tears poured down his muzzle
Moon licked boulder’s ears reassuringly
~Lilac That Winds At Twilight~
Lilac forced her eyes open. “How long did I sleep?” She asked. (A night and morning) She had been tired to have caught a big bird, her first. It had taken ALL her energy.
~Lilac That Winds At Twilight~
Lilac forced her eyes open. “How long did I sleep?” She asked. (A night and morning) She had been tired to have caught a big bird, her first. It had taken ALL her energy.
“A while,” Star replied sleepily. “At least I think… I was asleep too.”
(replying to skypaw)
Snow purred. “Well, does anyone know if we’ll go hunting anytime soon?” (sorry Lilac was supposed to be Snow ;w;, I swapped then mistakengly)
Lilac rose to her paws and walked quietly out of the to-be cave. Her paws moved sofly throught the shaded waterfalls to find the healer cave. ‘I hope no one finds out I’m here!’, she thought. She wasn’t a healer or anything like it. But she liked the cave – and sometimes she’d hear whispers, or so she thought. She peaked by a crack on the cave wall to check if Leaf or Stoneteller where there. No, they weren’t – luckily. She crouched into the cave until she was so inside no one could see her.
Midnight woke up at the sound of pawsteps. ‘Who?’. It was probably Lilac. The she-cat had left for moons and came back before dawn. Midnight had never questioned her. ‘Maybe I should…’
Lilac held her breath, stunned once again by the splendor of the cave. Moonlight on walls, the shades of blue and silver dancing on her pelt like clouds on the sky. The water echoed softly, like starlings singing at night. It always seemed to be night – even if it was soon to be dawn. Lilac lifted a paw hesitantly, and touched softly the surface of the pool, where stars shone and a bright, moonlit stone glittered on the middle. The pool washed her paw and made it warm. Lilac decided that, for once – while no one could see – she would touch the stone. She put one paw in the water slowly, noiseless, and repeated the movement with the rest of her body. She swimmed softly to the middle, the tiny waves making her feel better. She brushed one paw gently on the stone, and she could almost feel the ancients – cats many, many generations dead – whispering to her and sharing their knowledge. But the whispers seemed quieter – not like she was used to. As if they weren’t talking to her – but, yes, talking to themselves. “Answer me!” She whispered.
