Claimed as MistClan camp!
Yay! MistClan!
Oh, sorry now it’s just the roleplay page.
Stormberry-
“Okay Honeypaw, are you ready to fight?”
Honeypaw-
Honeypaw nodded eagerly and got ready to spring. She felt her excitement pulsing through her paws.
She wanted to get her powers so badly.
Stormberry-
Stormberry launched himself at Honeypaw, allowing his paws to scrape her side. He stood up, now behind Honeypaw
Honeypaw-
Honeypaw turned around as she saw Stormberry get up. She was ready.
Stormberry faked a jump onto Honeypaws back. Honeypaw dodged and Stormberry slid under her and tossed her over. “Come on, attack me,” he hissed in a somewhat encouragingly way.
Honeypaw leaped forward and tried to aim for her mentor’s chest. She hoped to be able to get the move correct so that she’d get her powers finally.
(Also, that was a bit of controlling another character, just letting you know.)
Stormberry stumbled backward after Honeypaw’s strike. “Very good,” he purred. Stormberry got up and started circling. (Thanks for letting me know. Sorry!)
Honeypaw kept her eye on her mentor, turning around with him. She didn’t take her eye off of him, and waited for him to do his next move.
(It’s ok, just try not to do it again.🙂)
Stormberry closed his eyes, letting his senses guide him. He raised a paw, hoping to swipe at Honeypaw. Instead, he trips, leaving him in a perfect position to be pinned.
Honeypaw pushed her front paws onto her mentor’s chest, raking his belly with her claws sheathed. A huge amount of pride filled her with joy as she hoped to have won in the pretend battle.
Stormberry-
“Enough you won” he purred as he got up. “Great job Honeypaw”
Pebbleheart-
“Icestar, Drowningheart said something about ‘It not working’,” Pebbleheart mewed. “What didn’t work?”
Icestar-
Icestar sighed. “For some reason, Drowningheart doesn’t have her powers. I don’t know why, I think it may be because when I had her, I named her Drowningkit.” She saw her daughter on the ground and started licking her like she was a kit.
“Should we bring her back to camp and have a name changing ceremony?” Pebbleheart meowed, trying to make the best of the situation.
Icestar
Icestar wasn’t completely sure. It could have just been a coincidence. “We can ask Drowningheart. If she wants to, I’ll change her name.”
Riverfrost-
Riverfrost looked up to her mom and the leader. “We should go back to camp. The wind is getting pretty strong and the rain is coming down hard.”
Icestar squinted as the rain came onto her and into her eyes. “I think that tonight will be our last night in the river camp. If you think it’s time Pebbleheart, we will move to the land camp as soon as we can.” She felt the wind ruffling her short fur and nodded.
Pebbleheart ~ Riverfrost
Pebbleheart dived into the river with Riverfrost right next to her. She shivered when she hit the cold water and noticed no fish. She tasted the water and thought, “yes, definitely time to move to the land camp.” She swam into a hole and padded into the camp. there she stood, waiting for Icestar. Riverfrost swam in after Pebbleheart carrying Drowningheart. She set Drowningheart down and stood next to her mom.
Icestar-
Icestar nodded. “I’ll hold a Clan meeting. We’ll move to the land camp tomorrow morning after we eat.” She swam into the river and went into camp. She swam into camp and announced, “Clan meeting! I have to announce that the river is starting to freeze, and we will move to the land camp after we eat tomorrow morning.”
Riverfrost-
Riverfrost bounded over to her friend Drowningheart and started licking her ear, “Are you ok?” she asks.
Stormberry-
Stormberry walked into camp after his fight with Honeypaw and he padded up to Flowerberry. “Flowerberry, Honeypaw beat me in a fight. Maybe now she has her powers. “
Flowerberry-
Flowerberry purred and licked her mate’s cheek. “I’m glad that you’re teaching her so well. And I’m glad that you’re doing well to, dear” she praised her family. “Go on now Honeypaw, try to use your powers.” Honeypaw closed her eyes, looked like she was relaxing her body, and Flowerberry saw her daughter’s body turn to mist.
Honeypaw-
Honeypaw perked up at her mother’s praise, and tried to use her powers. She had seen most cats turn into mist or shadow by relaxing and closing their eyes, while thinking about nothing but turning into mist. She felt her body transform, and when she opened her eyes and looked at her paw, her paw was barely there. She tried to exclaim, “It worked!” but her words were just whispers.
“Look Flowerberry it worked!” Stormberry exclaimed. “This will make hunting much easier for you.”
(I just joined the roleplay so do I just jump in or…)
(Just jump in 🙂)
Riverfrost padded up to Sleekfur(I think that’s her name, sorry if it isn’t). “Hi, Did you hear the announcement?”
Icestar swam out of camp, looking for some fish for the morning before ShellClan left for the land camp. She hoped that it was in good condition, and as she counted how much fresh-kill there was, she purred, realizing that there was just enough for everyone.
Riverfrost and Pebbleheart grabbed a fish, before giving one to Drowningheart. After eating, they waited for instruction from Icestar.
Icestar took a carp and walked over to *insert cat here* and they started to eat the fish. As she finished, she jumped onto her rock and watched the other cats finish. Once they had all finished she called out, “Clan meeting! It’s time to move to our land camp, and if you want to hunt as we leave, you may do that.”
Pebbleheart nodded, standing next to her leader. Riverfrost nodded and smiled, glad she was being useful.
Icestar walked out of camp and started swimming out of the land camp. Even for ShellClan cats, the river at this time was far too cold. She shook her fur out as she led her Clan to the land camp, looking back occasionally to make sure that every cat was there.
Sleekfur-
Sleekfur held her head high. “I can sure catch a bigger fish on the way there than any of these weaklings! They won’t even catch a minnow!” she exclaimed.
Mistpaw-
Mistpaw shrunk back at her mother’s obnoxious selfishness. Sleekfur was constantly saying things that lifted her above the other cats, and normally Mistpaw was tormented by the other cats for being Sleekfur’s daughter.
Icestar glared back at Sleekfur. “Sleekfur, it won’t matter how big of a fish you can catch for snow-season. We’re living off mountain prey and land prey for a little while. Please don’t make Mistpaw feel bad.”
Pebbleheart looked back at Sleekfur and rolled her eyes. That she-cat was always bragging, she thought.
Mistpaw-
Mistpaw gave Icestar a grateful look. “I haven’t been around for snow-season, but land prey sounds interesting.” she mewed as she padded out of the water. “Wow our land territory is amazing!”
Sleekfur-
Sleekfur rolled her eyes. “It’s great the first time you see it but as soon as you step out you wish you were back in the water. But alas, the water is too cold this time of year so we so we eat disgusting mice and shrews instead of trout and salmon.”
“Sleekfur, please, it’s not that bad. Mistpaw, snow-season is fine. It’s harder to find prey, but there’s enough in the light forest and mountains.” Icestar glared at Sleekfur and hissed, “Do I make myself clear that it’s not bad?”
Sleekfur-
Sleekfur stiffened at Icestar’s tone. “Yes Icestar,” she said. “Sorry Mistpaw, snow-season’s fine.”
Mistpaw-
“I’ll try my hardest to learn to catch land prey, so I hope I can make a good contribution to the clan.”
Icestar nodded as she continued on. “Don’t worry Mistpaw. Most cats take a while to get used to being on land,” Icestar replied to the apprentice, still a little shaky on her paws
Pebbleheart nodded, remembering her first time, the same time she met Stormberry. She sighed, best not to dwell on the past.
Riverfrost looked uneasy, as she remembered how easy it was for her and her brother. It was so easy for her brother that he left for Mistclan to be with their dad. Their dad who hates them.
(I’M GOING TO BE GONE FOR THE NEXT FIVE DAYS, PLEASE DON’T KILL MY CHARACTERS)
Ok 🙂
