Icestar surveyed the camp. There was little prey on the fresh-kill pile, almost nothing but the fish that was brought to here. She sighed. Even in snow-season, there should be more prey.
Pebbleheart padded into camp with a scrawny rabbit and a surprisingly plump vole. After putting the prey in the fresh-kill pile, she padded over to Icestar. “Tough leaf-bare, isn’t it?”
Icestar nodded. “The fish left later than usual, so we did too. We don’t have enough time to get used to land.”
Pebbleheart narrowed her eyes. “It’s going to be hard, especially for Mistpaw.”
Icestar sighed. She’d forgotten that this was Mistpaw’s first time living on land. “Well, she’ll learn from Riverfrost.”
Pebbleheart nodded.
After practicing for a long while, Mistpaw managed to catch a small, scrawny mouse. She walked into camp with Riverfrost and dropped the mouse in the fresh-kill pile.
Sleekfur sighed. She hated the taste of land prey and was constantly hungry. She wanted to sneak some prey but knew that somehow Icestar would find out. She padded up to Icestar. “Have the kits and elders eaten yet?” she asked.
Icestar shook her head. “No. We’ve just gotten here Sleekfur, everyone needs some time to get used to land. I’d suggest helping your daughter or taking some prey to them.”
Wolfbreeze padded into ShellClan’s territory, they wouldn’t know that he was there because he was evil…
He hid behind a few rocks, he spotted some cats around the camp.
Finally, it would be his time to seek revenge…
Riverfrost continued to hunt even after she dropped Mistpaw back at camp. She smelled a strange scent that she only recognized because she knew who her brother and father are. “Come out, Mistclan dung.”

(Commenting so the roleplay doesn’t die)
Sleekfur decided that enough was enough and she was going to go hunt some prey for herself, even if it was against the Warrior code. She snuck out of camp and while sniffing the air for prey, she noticed Riverfrost snarling at a MistClan cat. Sleekfur hid in the bushes and watched the conflict unfold.
(Thank you 😌)
Icestar Saw Sleekfur leaves camp and whispered, “She’d better be hunting for the Clan.”
Sleekfur padded back to camp with a scrawny vile and noticed Icestar’s gaze on her. Sleekfur held up her head, trying not to look suspicious and dropped the vole in the fresh-kill pile.
Icestar watched Sleekfur as she dropped the one vole onto the very tiny pile. Even Sleekfur can barely find anything… this can’t be good
Sleekfur padded up to Icestar. “I could only find one tiny vole, I’m afraid. I wish I could’ve caught more for my clan.” The scent of freshly caught mouse hangs on her breath though, despite Sleekfur’s words.
Icestar sighed, but picked up the scent of mouse from Sleekfur. “Sleekfur. You wouldn’t have eaten a mouse or anything while you’re out, would you?”
Sleekfur looked startled for a quick second before she organized herself again. “No of course not!” she protested.
Icestar kept her even gaze on Sleekfur, hoping that she’d confess. “You… would tell me if you’ve been eating prey before the elders and queens eat… would you?” She questioned. “Just to be sure, I want you to always hunt with a patrol.”
Sleekfur looked irritated. “Fine then,” she growled, and stomped into the warriors den.
(Everyone, The Gathering is coming up. Sometime on Friday/Saturday/Sunday, it’ll start. I’ll decide who comes later)
Early in the morning, Blizzardtail of MistClan snuck into camp. He was using his mist abilities to go in unseen. However, he wasn’t concentrating hard enough and someone saw him. (You can decide who sees him)
Icestar tilted her head as she saw something… an odd shape… in camp, almost like a cloud of mist?
MistClan!
Icestar called out, “ShellClan, I believe there is a MistClan cat in camp. Keep an eye out for clouds of mist in the shape of a cat and objects floating in the air!”
Pebbleheart dropped Into a crouch. She knew she saw a Mistclan cat
Mistpaw jerked her head up. ‘MistClan!’ Mistpaw despised the cunning clan of cats. She ran outside her den and saw a cloud of mist. ‘This must be the MistClan cat’ she thought.
Sleekfur shook her fur. She was supposed to meet Blizzardtail at night! Not early in the morning! And he wasn’t supposed to come to camp! Sleekfur padded up to Blizzardtail, and whispered. “Why are you here?”
Blizzardtail replied, “To take my family to my clan.” The day had finally come when Blizzardtail woke up, he wanted to raise his daughter in MistClan more than anything. He also wanted his mate to do evil things with him.
Sleekfur’s eyes widened. She had never thought about living in MistClan. She weighed the pros and cons. The cons were no more water and no more fish. Also, Sleekfur wouldn’t be able to turn to mist like the other cats. However a pro, was leaving all the obnoxious cats in her clan, like Icestar, who let her warriors starve while the useless kits and elders ate all they wanted. The only cats she liked were Blizzardtail and Mistpaw. She figured it’d be best if she could be with both of them. “I’ll get Mistpaw,” said Sleekfur.
(Sorry this was long, someone can hear this conversation if you want)
Icestar kept a close eye on Sleekfur. She suspected that Mistpaw was half MistClan, as she couldn’t always breathe underwater. I need to make sure that Mistpaw doesn’t listen to her mother…
Riverfrost sprinted up to Mistpaw. “Quickly, come with me, we don’t want the evil cat to attack you.”
Mistpaw nodded and before Sleekfur could talk to her daughter, Mistpaw ran out of camp with Riverfrost.
Blizzardtail bolted out of camp behind Riverfrost and Mistpaw. He HAD to talk to his daughter and make her understand that her true home was MistClan…
Riverfrost zigzagged her way across the forest and up to the mountain, hoping to throw the Mistclan cat off her trail. She stopped at a little hole in the mountainside only big enough for the two thin she’cats to fit in. “Quick, in here.”
Icestar ran after Riverheart and Mistpaw, calling out, “I’ll be back soon! Pebbleheart is in charge while I’m gone!”
Mistpaw hopped in the hole with Riverfrost, wondering why Blizzardtail was so intent on catching her. She closed her eyes, hoping it was all a nightmare.
Blizzardtail skidded to a halt by a hole, scenting strong ShellClan scent. He looked in the hole and saw his daughter and her mentor. The two cats were tightly fitting in the hole. He couldn’t attack Riverfrost because he couldn’t reach her, and he couldn’t grab Mistpaw for the same reason. Blizzardtail sat by the hole, knowing the two cats couldn’t lay in there forever.
Icestar caught up to the two cats but before getting to them, she felt herself be stopped by something. The MistClan cat!
Riverfrost felt the air and started digging. Soon, the dirt broke, revealing a tunnel. “We must get away
Blizzardtail snarled at Icestar. He unsheathed his claws. “If you want my daughter you’ll have to go through me!”
Mistpaw was listening to Blizzardtail as she ran through the tunnel. “If you want my daughter you’ll have to go through me!” Mistpaw blinked her eyes in bewilderment. ‘Am I Blizzardtail’s daughter?’ she thought. Mistpaw didn’t want to believe it, but it made sense. She couldn’t always breathe underwater, sometimes cats would say a trail of mist followed her, and she didn’t have a father. Whenever Mistpaw would ask about her father, Sleekfur would snap at her and change the subject. “Riverfrost, I think I’m half-clan,” Mistpaw said sadly.
Icestar hissed at the tom and growled. “Well then, you should decide if you’d want to be discovered as a traitor or not. If you leave now, then it won’t be obvious that you snuck onto our territory. If you fight, everyone will see your wounds. So I’d leave if I were you.”
Riverfrost stopped when they got farther down the tunnel. She sighed. “I think you might be. Watch me.” Riverfrost stood still and turned to mist. “I’m Halfclan.” She said turning back to normal.
Mistpaw stopped as well and stood still. She turned into mist just like Riverfrost. So now it was certain, she was HalfClan. “Do you think Icestar will banish me because I’m HalfClan?” Mistpaw fretted.
Riverfrost held a laugh. “O course not. I’m halfclan, and she didn’t banish me.”
“Ok good,” Mistpaw said, but her face still held traces of stress
Blizzardtail snarled in reply, “I’d rather live as a rogue with my family than MistClan alone. Besides, Sorrelstar would be grateful that I’m getting more cats.” Blizzardtail jumped at Icestar, claws unsheathed.
Icestar felt Blizzardtail ran into her and hissed. “The Gathering is coming up. I think I’ll be saying something!” She clawed at where she could see the mist that was Blizzardtail.
Blizzardtail dodged her attack and laughed. “You won’t survive to tell them!” Blizzardtail then slashed at Icestar.
(Yes he is stupid and doesn’t realize that Icestar has multiple lives)
Icestar growled and realized that the mountains weren’t a good place to fight a MistClan cat. She called to Riverfrost and Mistpaw, “You stay there! I’ll meet back up with you!” As she ran down the mountainside, praying to BlissClan that Blizzardtail wouldn’t get to her before she got off the mountain. Yes, she had six lives left, but still.
Riverfrost shouted. “Go for the river bank!”
Icestar nodded as she ran to the river bank, running to the side, hoping that Blizzardtail would be chasing her and fall into the river, as it still wasn’t frozen over. Only about half the river was frozen, and that ice was thin.
