Okay, so it’s been a while that I keep forgetting about the Hollyleaf post, but it’s coming out soon, I promise!! I have one more idea, I could advertise how we discuss her in HollyClan by putting out a response from one of the amazing discussions we have. Is anyone willing to have their response be put in? What is your opinion on Lionblaze, Dovepaw and Jayfeather? Do you feel like Hollyleaf should have been part of the three?

I agree! Just because Erin Hunter couldn’t decide on a power, it doesn’t mean that she should have no power.
I liked Lionblaze a lot until TBC, when he became Acting Deputy of ThunderClan. But I guess we are talking about OotS Lionblaze. Lionblaze was my favourite out of the three. I was sort of sad when his friendship with Heathertail ended, but I know he was on the right path, and I liked him for it. After becoming a warrior, Lionblaze was always loyal to the Clan, and I understand his anger at Squirrelflight, Leafpool, and Crowfeather. My favourite thing abojt him is his realtionship with Cinderheart. They both had to give up their love to each other for a while because of the prophecy, and it was a very unique problem in the plot. For Jayfeather and Dovewing, I’ll have to post for later because my dad wants his phone back.
I agree about Lionblaze. I think once POVs become background characters they get horribly mischaracterized, which makes me really sad.

I wrote an article about how hollyleaf shouldn’t have powers, and to summarise she worships the code too much, she’s indecisive, she only wants to be remembered as important, she tried to murder an innocent cat (leafpool) because she was in a bad mood, and she’s a coward because she ran away afterwards
She totally should have been part of the three, but it could have been the four so Dovewing could still be part of it :p

I really like the Three. But I feel like Hollyleaf could’ve been a part of the three, but I’m not sure what power would suit her. She doesn’t really seem like she could have Dovewing’s power.

I saw a drawing that was split in half and it was Ivypool on top and Hollyleaf on the bottom (or maybe vice versa idk) but it was both of them racing through a shadowy forest with tears streaming down their faces and there were words written on it and the words on the top were (For ivypool) “…….Or pretend that you just don’t care anymore…” (for hollyleaf) “….Than to admit how lonely and damaged you feel” and I thought that was a really cool comparison between the two characters that really made me feel how ‘lonely and damaged’ holly must’ve felt

I honestly think she might’ve been a bit less crazy about the code, bc I feel like part of the reason she went crazy was bc she felt that she didn’t fit in w/ anybody yk
I agree! I would have felt the same if I had to amazing and gifted siblings, and I was just average.
I feel like if she would’ve had powers, she would’ve went nuts over making ThunderClan the best and strongest Clan.

I think Hollyleaf having a power would have influenced Dovewing quite a lot. If Hollyleaf had a power, Dovewing wouldn’t have been considered ‘special’, and the most important moments in Dovewing’s life wouldn’t have happened, like going on the lake quest as an apprentice, and falling in love with Tigerstar. My opinion on Dovewing would have been a lot better(Since Dovewing’s one of my least favourite characters) if Hollyleaf had powers
Good point! It could have stopped a lot of the TPOT and OOTS drama, especially in regards to Ivypool and Dovewing.

Hollyleaf wouldn’t have neen good with a power! She’s selfish and cowardly. I love her, but she might’ve killed Leafpool with her powers.

can I help with the Thing-That’s-Going-To-Change-My-Mind? I have some suggestions for the place to post.
Hollyleaf isn’t perfect, and that’s a good thing. No one likes a mary-sue. Her flaws make her a more interesting character! She’s not the only cat obsessed with the warrior code (Whitewing has been said to stick close to the rules multiple times) and even if her murdering Ashfur and trying to murder Leafpool were inexcusable, she was able to understand that what she did was wrong and make up for it by sacrificing her own life as an apology.
Hey Sandi! I just had an idea for HollyClan. Ao I didn’t know if you were still doing Haunting Shadows or not, but I checked the sps and it was well… Dead. But it was a really great idea and I was thinking, it would be fun if you could do it in HollyClan?
Now that I think about it, the Tavern moves pretty fast, so the Hollyleaf Post might not be seen by as many ppl as we want! Is there another place that a lot of people go on but doesn’t move by quickly?
It could be a feature in The Blog Monthly, although that’d take a long time. You could also be posted on the Tavern every day for a few days until everybody sees it. Oh, and if you do, make sure to post it on different times so different people see it, because some people only go on at a certain time(like me)
That’s a good idea to put it in the Blog Monthly, though there could be a chance it wouldn’t be put in and I don’t have patience to wait an entire month lol 😛

Interesting! I would personally have given her the power to attack and hurt cats without touching them (a form of telekineses maybe) but I think she might have had bad judgment and killed someone.
