  • “Of course!” Poolstorm smiled. “Blossomclaw will lead a patrol with gorserunner, (if he has an apprentice I forgot, bring them along.) quickwind, and bramblepaw. You can hunt, and maybe a training session for the apprentices?

  • Blossomclaw nodded. “Alright, Thank you.” Padding away, she searched camp for Gorserunner. Spotting him, she walked up. “Hey, I’m going to lead a patrol. Want to come with Bramblepaw & Quickwind?” She asked him, her tortoiseshell & white fur fluffed out against the breeze.

    • “Sure!” he brightened at the fact of hanging out with Blossomclaw “Wait… In the middle of the night?” he wouldn’t have cared if was just him and Blossomclaw, but Quickwind and Bramblepaw were apparently coming .

      • Overhearing, Poolstorm explained, “Shadowclan might attack under the cover of darkness.”

  • Bramblepaw could barely hear her can mates talking, her name ringing out the most among them. She walked across toward them. “What’s going on, exactly?” She asked.

  • Bramblepaw nodded and padded towards the entrance to the warriors den, where her pale mentor sat. “Blossomclaw wants us to go on patrol with her and Gorserunner. ”
“Right now?” Quickwind asked. He shrugged. “Alright then.” He sat up and padded to the rest of the patrol.

  • Blossomclaw nodded & led the way out of camp. “I was thinking we can hunt first & then go to the SkyClan border to mark. ShadowClan is…well, let’s just say we’ve recently had a turf, we all remember, so we better stay away.” She advised with a swift whisk of her tail.

“Bramblepaw, you can go with your mentor. Gorserunner, you can go with me. We should hunt around here, not near the ShadowClan border though.” She ordered to the three cats.

    • Gorserunner nodded, “Let’s hunt by the Big Oak” he remembered there were many fallen blossoms on the ground there, i’ll tell her how I feel when we get there…

  • Bramblepaw nodded as well and followed Quickwind to a small clearing. Her turned to her and asked,”hear anything?”
She tried reach out and into the forest, sensing the every move of prey, but she couldnt. She shrugged.
“Okay.” He said. “Let’s walk around a bit and see if we can find anything.”

  • Blossomclaw followed him through the forest towards there. “Sounds good.” She commented as they padded towards there.

When they reached there, Blossomclaw was surprised to see tons of blossoms on the ground. ‘This is beautiful.’ She thought with a smile.

  • Bramblepaw smelled around the bushes and clearing, but she couldnt find any smell of prey. Suddenly, she heard a patter behind her.
In a small hole in the tree was a squirrel, probably collecting and organizing nuts. The hole and branch was just above her head, so the brown tabby was able to see inside. She slowly lifted her paw up, unseat hinges her claws. As quick as lightning, she jammed her paw into the hole, scooping out the squirrel. She saw iftly killed it with a bite, the prey too stunned to react. “Good catch.” Quickwind commented from behind her. She turned to face him, “Fhanks-” She said in between the fur and teeth. She noticed a mouse buried next to him and nodded to it. “You too. Should we hunt somewhere else now?”

    • “Oh ah… well first I…. ah… I wanted to tell you something…” Starclan this is so hard! Gorserunner thought.

Thistlestar beckoned Poolstorm to her den, then hopped up the rocks and waited for her This is the dawn of a chronicle where Thunderclan rules! she maliciously.

  • Poolstorm looked around nervously. “Life is so complicated no that I’m deputy.” She thought
