Use for RP “Turned to Ashes” !
ORP Gathering)) Darkpaw padded through the territory, beaming. He was going to his first gathering ever. He wondered what the other clans were like. What if they think I’m weird? What if I do something that embarrasses Petalclan? What if- The large tom stumbled into another cat ,” Sorry, sorry!” he yowled, looking down at his paws in embarrassment before looking back up to see who he had bumped into.
Ferretkit sat, nestled deep in the camp. With a sigh, they looked up at the sky.
Deerleap laid in the sun basking in its heat. (Which clan is this BTW?)
(No idea, I just wanted to put the RP into orbit, but Ferretkit is PetalClan)
(At Gathering) Ashpaw crashed into a cat. “Sorry!” she said, flustered. The cat smelled strongly of (Petal?)clan.
Lilypaw, who was close by, smiled at her. “Hi. I’m Lilypaw. You?”
(wait is this supposed to be my cat? he literally bumped into someone too lol)
(I think I crashed into Darkpaw/briar) Ashpaw looked at the cat she had crashed into. It WAS a Petalclan cat! “Hi! I’m Ashpaw! Who are you?”
“O-Oh, erm, Darkpaw. I’m, uh, from Petalclan.” he chided himself internally, feeling his thick fur grow warm,”So, A-Ashpaw, I assume your from Emberclan? Because of your…you know, scent. Not because I watch you or anything like that. That would be weird. ” he felt relieved when he finished speaking, which was soon replaced with anxious dread at his unusual
words, watching her with his flame-like eyes for a reaction
“Nice to meet you!” she said warmly. “This is my first Gathering!” Her warm brown eyes flashed in excitement and her grey fur shone in the moonlight.
“Third”, Lilypaw said only, flicking her tail.
Finchstar leapt up on the (rock? stump? tree?) next to Flamestar. He could see Deerleap talking to the other deputies. He wondered when the other clans were going to get here.
Fawnpaw burst into the clearing, nearly running into Ashpaw, Lilypaw, and Darkpaw. “Oops, sorry,” she said, her body twitching with excitement. She ran around in circles, yowling, which earned her some cold stares from the senior warriors.
“Hello”, Lilypaw smiled at her, then turned to glare back at the warriors. “Fawnpaw, aren’t you? Pleasure to meet you.”
“Hi there!” Ashpaw smiled. “I’m Ashpaw. Nice to meet ya! This is my first gathering!”

Flame star leaped onto the leader’s (Stump?) and curled his tail around his paws. His paws twitching in impatience, he called the Gathering to begin…
Fawnpaw smiled. “Hi Hi Hi Hi!! Yes, I’m Fawnpaw! And I think you’re Lilypaw and Ashpaw!” She twirled in excitement, then looked at Flamestar as he called the gathering.
“Right. Lilypaw”, Lilypaw said, twitching her right ear.
Ivyfeather quietly sat, observing the cats around her. Ferndapple neatly sat by her side, Ferndapple was also a medicine cat, she was the medicine cat of streamclan. “Cats of all clans!” Ivyfeather immediately turned to her leader, Flamestar leader of Emberclan, then turned a sharp look to the apprentices behind her, knowing they would stop chatting like chipmunks.
“I have terrible news, I’m afraid,” says Flamestar. “Our deputy has gone missing. If anyone has seen Swiftclaw, please help us find her,”.
Gasps arose from the watching crowd, as Ashpaw’s eyes filled with tears at the thought of the kind deputy, who had been like a mother to her.
Lilypaw, who had rolled her eyes at Ivyfeather’s glare, now gasped in shock. She shot Ashpaw a sympathetic look. Then she spoke up (knowing she probably shouldn’t) “When and where did you last see her?” The gray she-cat asked. “Was she acting weird? Do you know if she was having any problems? Who were her kin? Did she have a mate? What was she doing when she disappeared?” She knew she was being glared at even without checking. But she didn’t care. Those warriors need to swallow their pride and actually be logical.
“I did not see anything out of the ordinary,” says Ashpaw. “She was happy. But,” Ashpaw realized. “She had a secret. But…I don’t know what,”.
“Secret? That seems of..” Ivyfeather said, “I haven’t had any signs from starclan yet,”
“A secret…” Lilypaw thought out loud. “Wait. How do you know she had a secret?”
“Um…I’m not supposed to tell you that,” Ashpaw says.
“Then you shouldn’t have speaken at all”, Lilypaw pointed out. “Now tell us. I’m likely the first apprentice you see worrying over a deputy of another Clan, and I’ll just as likely be the last”, she lifted her chin. Then she awaited for a reply, tail whisking.

“Who are you going to appoint in the meantime?” says Finchstar. “We can send out patrols to check the borders more often to find her,”
Flamestar shook his head. “I was thinking Jayfrost could take over duties for now,”.

Ashpaw sighed. “I think it was something about the dark forest,” she said. “And she was going to stop it,”.
“Mmmm”, Lilypaw noised, shaking her head thoughtfully. “Do you think she was a trainee? Or a spy?”
Ivyfeather tilted her head, “Dark forest? Wait, she had a connection to the DARK FOREST?”
(Also, are the med cats gonna get a prophecy?)

Savage crashed into Ivyfeather, unsheathing her claws. “Were you talking about ME? What is it with Clan cats and the Dark Forest!” Then she bit down on Ivyfeather’s neck.
Ashpaw gasped and leaped at the cat that was on the med cat, but quickly leaped back as a claw scraped her flank.

Savage growled. “The Clans drove me out when I had kits with a rogue. They feed others who can’t feed themselves. They are soft and weak! They don’t deserve to EXIST!
{Squirrelsoar)
Squirrelsoar leaped forwards, snarling. “Get out of here!” She hissed, sinking her claws into the other cat’s pelt and clinging on.
Savage rolled over so that she could crush the Clan cat. “Another Clan weakling,” she muttered
Mintheart leaped over to the stone, settling with the other deputies under the (rock? tree?). She narrowed her eyes at the other deputies. She never really liked anyone who shared her position anyway, she knew she was the best deputy and, someday, leader.
“Positive thoughts! Positive!” Mintheart murmured under her breath, taking a deep breath. She turned to look at Flamestar as he started sharing.
“Oh, dear…” Mintheart sighed after hearing about the Emberclan deputy’s disappearance, “This is bad… Not good, stop, don’t think like that Mintheart, understanding! Understanding…” Mintheart snapped at herself. She stood up and padded over to Jayfrost, “Good job, Jayfrost.” Mintheart purred, pushing her ambitious thoughts to the back of her head, “I know you’ll do well.”
(We’re still in the Gathering right?)
Icepaw rammed into savage from out of nowhere, in a desperate attempt to save squirrelsoar.

Ashpaw got back up and leaped at Savage, despite the pain from her scratch.

Flamestar began to climb down to assist his Clanmate when someone crashed into him.
I am very, very, confused. Is, like, Savage breaking the code or what? I mean I think it’s still the gathering… Wait… Are we in the dark forest? Where are the other leaders? Agh, I don’t know what’s going on!
“GET AWAY FROM HER!” Lilypaw snarled, diving into Savage. She rolled, climbing on Savage and took her away from Ivyfeather slightly – only enough for the deputy not to die.
I am srsly confused. I read what’s before and there’s a ?Dark Forest? cat attacking a deputy and a bunch of chosen apprentices? On a gathering? Am I missing something here?
(Idk but in this rp just go with the flow)

“Sorry we’re late- What’s going on?!” Lizardstar said once he arrived with Flowclan and ran over to assist the other cats.
“Lizardstar!” Mintheart called out, “You’ve finally arrived!” Mintheart shook her head and sighed, “I’m not sure. All I know is that the Emberclan deputy disappeared. Now it’s Jayfrost.”
Mintheart tilted her head.
“What took you so long, Lizardstar?”
“We ran into some trouble when heading over.” Lizardstar told Mintheart while scanning the attacker. His eyes darted to where Flamestar was knocked off the(whatever it is) he ran to assist the Emberclan Leader. He tried attacking what had knocked Flamestar off but stumbled when the attacker dodged.
