I really have no idea what Rent/Waitress/Mean Girls are about 😛 I’ve vaguely heard of Les Mis. Wicked sounds like it could be interesting from what I’ve heard. And I haven’t actually listened to the Dear Evan Hansen soundtrack or watched the movie, but I’ve heard Waving Through A Window and I think it’s a nice song.
Rent is about the AIDS epidemic in the 80s/90s and this group of friends living during it in New York City. Waitress is basically about a pregnant waitress and the plot isn’t even the best but I absolutely love the music. Mean Girls is about this high school girl named Cady who goes to school for the first time and long story short sabotages the most popular girl in school (Regina George) after Regina kissed the boy Cady likes, but then Cady turns into a mean girl too and Regina gets hit by a bus! It was a movie before it was a musical
Wicked and Les Mis are both amaaaaazing and in my top three favorite musicals! Yesss waving through a window is a good song

Hmm ok! When I was three, I watched the little mermaid for the first time and “memorized” (half the lyrics were made up words) Part of Your World. That was when I realized I loved music I guess? Then for Christmas two years later my parents took me to see The Lion King on broadway and I guess I reallyyy liked it because for the next few years my parents took me to see more shows. Then when I was seven, I started acting and when I was eight I started voice lessons. When I was nine, I was Annie in Annie at a local theater, and my parents took me and my sister to see it on Broadway, which led me to be obsessed with Annie 😛 The for my 10th birthday, I went to see Wicked, and I fell in love because how can one not fall in love with the climax of defying gravity? THEN the real turning point was when my dad showed me how to use Spotify and I realized I could listen to Wicked whenever I wanted! I kind of just discovered more musicals from there, and now I know a lot of musicals but still have my main favorites that I talk about the most!
