part 6
Jayfeather pushed up with surprising strength, throwing Lionblaze off. Lionblaze rolled down a slope and into a stream.
Lionblaze gasped as he hit water.
He managed to lift his head out of the water and scramble to the streambank.
“What are you doing here?”
He looked up and saw Breezepelt standing over him. Lionblaze scrambled to his paws.
“What are you doing on Thunderclan territory?” he growled.
“This is Windclan territory,” the black warrior snarled “and that gives me every reason to claw your pelt off.”
Lionblaze looked around and saw the moor stretching in front of him and the forest behind him. He backed off and when his hindquarters hit a huge boulder he turned and leapt onto it. Before preparing to jump back over the stream to his own territory, he growled over his shoulder,
“There’s no need for a fight Breezepelt.”
“You may not want a fight but I do,” Breezepelt snarled, as he followed Lionblaze onto the boulder, “I’ve been looking forward to this.”
Then Jayfeather climbed to the top of the boulder as well, his ears pricked with interest.
Breezepelt spun around, startled, then when he saw it was Jayfeather and turned back to Lionblaze.
“Are you going to set your blind brother on me?” he sneered.
Jayfeather leapt on the black warrior’s back, knocking him over, then sank his claws into Breezepelt’s sides and pummelled him with his back paws. Then he looked up at Lionblaze, hatred glittering in his eyes. He released Breezepelt, with a contemptuous flick of his tail, stalked toward Lionblaze and crouched ready to spring.
Lionblaze saw Breezepelt stagger to his paws and glare at Jayfeather in fury.
“I’m going to make you pay,” Jayfeather growled to Lionblaze.
For what?
part 7
Then Breezepelt yowled and leapt at Jayfeather just as Jayfeather leapt at Lionblaze, they both crashed into Lionblaze and all three of them tumbled off the rock. They broke apart when they hit the ground and lay there for a few heartbeats, winded, then Jayfeather got up and pounced on Lionblaze, hooking his claws into his pelt.
Lionblaze yowled and threw Jayfeather off.
Staggering to his paws he saw Jayfeather charging at him again. Before he could prepare himself Jayfeather had hit him. Knocked off balance, he stumbled and tripped and they rolled down a slope.
Breezepelt leapt at them and clawed wildly at them both.
Jayfeather turned on Breezepelt and slashed a claw across his throat.
Breezepelt looked shocked then he fell to the ground, blood gushing from the slash. He groaned, twitching, and lay still.
He’s killed him! Breezepelt may have been an annoying furball but he didn’t deserve to die like that,
Then Jayfeather turned on Lionblaze, clawing at his eyes, and forced him into the lake. Then the scrawny medicine cat lashed out at Lionblaze’s legs, knocking him into the water, and put a paw on his throat holding him under.
Then Lionblaze saw a flash of black fur and the weight was lifted. He lifted his head out of the water, gasping for air and looked around to see a black she-cat pinning Jayfeather.
He recognized Nightcloud.
“I’m going to make you pay for killing my son” she hissed and sank her claws deeper.
She’ll kill him.
“No!” he yowled.
Grabbing her by the scruth he pulled her off Jayfeather.
“What are you doing!” she growled.
“He’s still my brother.”
Jayfeather scrambled to his paws and fled toward the border stream.
part 8
Lionblaze let Nightcloud go and she turned on him hissing just as Brambleclaw’s patrol arrived.
“I smell Jayfeather.” Brambleclaw growled, “Was he here?”
“Yes he was,” Lionblaze meowed “he’s headed toward the Moonpool”
“Let’s get you back to camp, you look hurt. we’ll send out a patrol to look for him tomorrow” Brambleclaw told him.
“What about her?” Mousewhisker whispered nodding to Nightcloud.
“Leave her to grieve,” Brambleclaw murmured.
Two days had passed since Lionblaze had last seen Jayfeather and the patrol couldn’t find him, but near the Moonpool they had found fox scent mingled with Jayfeather’s. Every cat thought that the fox had come back and taken Jayfeather, but Lionblaze still couldn’t bring himself to believe it.
Lionblaze was sitting at the lakeshore gazing across the vast water to where he could just make out Riverclan territory through the mist.
“Why did Jayfeather do that?” he wondered out loud.
“Wouldn’t you like to know” he spun around and saw the ghostly figure of Tigerstar “we helped him a bit, it was easy really with his obsession with that stick and dead cats.”
A growl rumbled in Lionblaze’s throat and he took a pace forward to face the dark warrior.
He did this
He lashed his paw through Tigerstar but the tabby was already beginning to fade.
“Don’t start fights you can’t win” Tigerstar snarled before fading completely.
Realisation gripped him.
If Jayfeather’s gone, what does this mean for the prophecy?

Thistleclaw was good part 1
Bluefur waited in the freezing cold with Stonekit and Mistykit. Every once in a while she would shake her pelt to clear the snow that had started to settle on them.
Where is he?
The temperature was rapidly dropping and Bluefur could see the frozen river through the trees.
If Oakheart doesn’t come soon we’ll all freeze to death, like Mosskit, she thought sorrowfully.
She started to wonder if she could go across the river and find Oakheart but she knew without her warmth the kits would soon die.
We can’t wait here any longer, we’ll have to go back to camp.
“Come on kits, let’s go back to camp,” she meowed.
The kits were all too cold and tired to reply, and when they got back to camp all three cats collapsed into their nest and fell asleep.
“Tawnyspots is dead!”
Bluefur woke at Poppydaw’s grief stricken yowl.
Oh no.
She climbed out of the nest where the kits were stirring and padded into the clearing where cats were clustered together.
Sunstar sat on top of high rock gazing down at the cats, grief in his eyes but his voice was steady when he yowled.
“All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here for a clan meeting!”
When all the cats were in the clearing he began again.
“Our deputy Tawnyspots is dead,” he had a respectful moment of silence before continuing, “but the clan must carry on. Before Bluefur had kits this would be a hard decision, but she can not be deputy, so Thistleclaw will be”
No, no, no!
part 2
Thistleclaw padded forward and nodded to Bluefur as he passed. The movement infuriated her.
“Fox-heart!“ some cat meowed.
Then she realised it was her.
“I beg your pardon?” Thistleclaw meowed.
She realised she could not go back now.
“This cat can not become deputy!” she yowled. “What will happen when he becomes leader? There will be never ending bloodshed!”
Thistleclaw nodded as if he understood what she was saying.
But the other cats did not act so “understanding”, now they started yowling indignantly.
“You’re just sour because you have kits and you can’t become deputy,” one cat yowled.
“That’s not true,” Thrushpelt argued.
Bluefur felt a rush of gratitude toward the sandy-grey tom.
But no cat listened to him.
All the clan started yowling and jeering at her.
Then Thistleclaw interrupted “This is no way to treat a clanmate,” he growled.
“You should all be ashamed.”
“Like you care!” Bluefur hissed.
Suddenly she couldn’t take it and she spun around and sprinted through the thorn tunnel.
“Bluefur, wait!” She heard Thrushpelt call but she ignored him and kept running.
Bluefur was sitting under a tree when Thrushpelt bounded up to her.
“Bluefur, we can’t find Mosskit,” he mewed breathlessly.
“Go away” she growled.
“Don’t you care that your kit is missing?” he asked.
Bluefur knew where Mosskit was, in a cold, snowy grave so she just turned her back.
“Stop feeling sorry for yourself – if you don’t care about Mosskit, I do,” he turned and stalked away.
I suppose he’s right.
part 3
Bluefur rose to her paws and stretched, making her way back to camp she saw a robin watching her from its nest and it had four eggs. Bluefur could jump up and catch it but she didn’t have the heart. Anyway if she killed it there would just be four less birds in leaf-bare. When she got back to camp she made up a story that the kits had left the camp last night and Mosskit had frozen so she’d buried her.
It was three days since Thistleclaw had become deputy and he’d suggested that she take some time off to grieve, but she had dismissed him, saying that she had to keep busy. Now Bluefur was on a hunting patrol led by Thistleclaw with Rosetail and Patchpelt. She had told White-eye to watch the kits.
They were nearing Sunning-rocks which currently belonged to Riverclan.
If we meet a border patrol there’ll be a fight.
Rosetail was stalking a mouse and as she leapt, her back paws slipped on the thawing snow, and she crashed to the ground then rolled into Riverclan territory.
“Oh no!” Bluefur thought as she saw a Riverclan patrol led by Crookedjaw.
When Crookedjaw saw Rosetail he immediately bounded up to her.
“What are you doing on Riverclan land?” he growled.
“I… er… slipped,” she mumbled frozen by terror.
“Crookedjaw stop!” Thistleclaw called and leapt down onto the rock.
The huge tabby turned and glared at Thistleclaw, bunching his muscles ready to spring.
Now there’s definitely going to be a fight.
“It was an accident, she didn’t mean to” Thistleclaw meowed. “There is no need for a fight.”
“Really,” Crookedjaw snarled, then lunged at Rosetail. Grabbing her by the scruff, he swung her over a cliff and held her there.
“No!” Thistleclaw yowled and leapt at the Riverclan deputy but Whitefang intercepted him.
Crookedjaw threw Rosetail into the river.
part 5
Thistleclaw leapt, not at Crookedjaw, but in the river after Rosetail.
“Come on,” Bluefur told Patchpelt.
“But what about them?” Patchpelt asked.
“We’ll find them down the river.”
They bounded through the forest and found the two cats washed up on the bank.
“Are you OK?” Patchpelt asked.
“Yes, we just need to get back to camp,” Thistleclaw replied.
When they reached camp they found all the cats crowded around something in the clearing.
What in Starclan’s is going on, Bluefur thought.
Dapplepelt bounded up to them.
“Sunstar’s been murdered” she gasped.
No!
She glanced at Thistleclaw, who looked as shocked as she was, but she knew he must have had something to do with this. Then she saw Tigerclaw looking smug. She stood frozen in horror, then followed Thistleclaw as he went to pay his respects. When he leapt on to Highrock to address the clan, Bluefur found something in Sunstar’s claws.
Fur! And it was Tigerclaw’s.
“Cats of Thunderclan” Thistleclaw began.
“Stop!” Bluefur screeched “Tigerclaw’s fur is in between Sunstar’s claws; Tigerclaw killed him!”
Shocked gasps went around the clearing.
“Is this true?” Thistleclaw asked the dark tabby warrior.
“Don’t play the innocent,” Bluefur growled. “It’s obvious who told him to do it.”
“I had nothing to do with it” Thistleclaw sounded shocked. “And if it’s true I will punish Tigerclaw. Did you do it Tigerclaw?”
“Yes, yes I did,” Tigerclaw meowed calmly.
“How could you?” some cat gasped.
“It was for the good of the clan” he growled. He turned and glared at Bluefur, “And so will this be!”
part 6
He lunged at Bluefur and time seemed to slow. Then a grey and white blur went in front of her and she realised it was Thistleclaw. The killing blow that was meant for her hit him on the neck.
He staggered and fell, blood running from the wound on his neck.
“Someone get a medicine cat!” she yowled.
“It’s too late,” he croaked.
“No it’s not.”
“I’m sorry Bluefur. For everything. But at least I’ll get to see Snowfur again in Starclan, if I even go there, I know you will lead the clan well and…” then his flanks went limp.
Bluefur touched her nose to his shoulder and looked up at the setting and saw the first warrior of Starclan in the sky.
I was wrong about Thistleclaw, he was a good cat. But Thunderclan needs a leader.
She leapt onto High-rock and yowled: “All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here for a clan meeting!”
Ima wright about Ivy×Hawk
Evil Jayfeather part 1:
Jayfeather padded out of a copse of red and gold trees, their branches billowing in the chill breeze. He emerged into a sunlight meadow, but even the sweet scents of pollen and the sun’s warmth on his prickling fur could not ease his irritation. The second he had awoken he had recognized StarClan’s hunting grounds, though they were less welcoming than before. There were chill winds now, the scent of warm prey often faltered, and brown leaves had begun to litter the ground. StarClan sends me here and then they completely ignore me! Jayfeather thought, a low growl sounding in his throat.
“I am here, you know,” A soft voice drifted from over his shoulder like a scent on the breeze. Jayfeather whipped around to see the beautiful tortoiseshell pelt of Spottedleaf as she blinked warmly at him.
Jayfeather stalked toward her. “Why do you want to see me?” He snarled. Spottedleaf’s eyes flashed with anger and she drew herself up, fur bristling.
“Because I have a message for you! You think because you have the power of the stars in your paws you no longer need the wisdom of your StarClan elders?” Jayfeather arched his spine at her words.
“No! Because I have to look in Hollyleaf’s dreams to see if she might be the fourth cat, like you keep insisting we find!” For a heartbeat, Spottedleaf’s eyes softened and gleamed with some emotion Jayfeather could not understand, but then anger crashed over them once more.
Evil Jayfeather Part 2: “You mouse-brained fool!” Suddenly, Spottedleaf took a deep breath and her fur smoothed. She closed her eyes for a single heartbeat, but when she reopened them they were much calmer than before. “Jayfeather,” She meowed. “You must understand, StarClan does only what we must to save the clans. We never want to, but sometimes making one cat suffer saves more cats then there are stars in the sky. Just remember that.” Spottedleaf turned and raced away into the tall grass of the meadow. Jayfeather, though eager to enter Hollyleaf’s dreams, couldn’t suppress a burning curiosity for what Spottedleaf’s comment had been for. Dashing forward, he tried to race after her. His legs stretched far, his paws thumped in a steady rhythm, and though he turned his head this way and that, it seemed Spottedleaf had vanished. Annoyance burning in his chest once more, he curled up in the grass, focusing on Hollyleaf’s mind.
Suddenly, the feeling of warm blades of grass faded from Jayfeather’s paws and was replaced by cool moss. My nest! He could feel his mind slowly sinking back to the Clans. No! Hollyleaf, Hollyleaf…an owl hooted overhead. Jayfeather looked up, jumping to his paws. He was in a dark forest, lit in patches only by moonlight. Jayfeather raised his nose and sniffed, feeling a rare glaze of pleasure as he detected Hollyleaf’s scent. Padding forward, he continued sniffing, using his nose to guide him in the dark. Though it still took a while before he found Hollyleaf in a moonlit clearing. A small scuffling alerted Jayfeather, a shrew sheltered near the cover of a bush, a single fox length away from the black she-cat.
Evil Jayfeather part 3: Jayfeather suppressed deep disappointment, as he watched his sister slowly creep forward, until she threw herself into a graceful leap. But, just before she landed her image began to fade. She’s waking up! The ground beneath Jayfeather’s paws began to melt into the cool feeling of moss once more. But this time he let it wake him, bringing him back to his nest in the medicine cat’s den.
Jayfeather got to his paws, unsurprised by the weariness in his muscles and the tiredness that crowded like a mist in his head. I can barely get a good night’s rest anymore! He thought fitfully, not bothering to groom his ruffled pelt as he marched out of the den.
“Where are you off to?” Briarlight yawned sleepily.
“Does it really matter?” Jayfeather snapped back; everyone in the Clan seemed to ask
that, but no one seemed to really care. The day proved to be long, warm and filled with duties. He spent the better part of the day collecting herbs and gathering moss, checking on the kits and queens recovering from greencough and collecting their herbs wearily. The sun was sinking in the sky, and he was sorting herbs with Briarlight when a scent he knew well hit his nose.
“Why are you here, Lionblaze?” Jayfeather asked, touching a parsley leaf with his nose. It felt old and brittle and broke when he rested his chin on it. Jayfeather could sense Lionblaze stiffening.
Evil Jayfeather Part 4: “Brother to brother stuff,” He meowed guardedly. Jayfeather’s stomach burned with resentment. No, not brother to brother stuff! It’s about the Prophecy, isn’t it? Jayfeather swept the broken leaf aside.
“Can’t you see I’m busy?”
“I can,” Lionblaze growled, in a tone that suggested it wasn’t up for discussion. Starting to growl himself, Jayfeather turned to Briarlight. “Finish this.” He jabbed his tail at the mess of leaves on the den floor, and turned in the direction of Lionblaze’s scent before following him out. His brother led them out of camp deep into the forest. Jayfeather dodged brambles and stepped over twigs in his path with practiced ease, though he couldn’t help snarling when he misjudged the leap over a fallen log and landed in a heap on the other side. Jayfeather scrambled to his paws and they pressed on. To Jayfeather’s exhausted body it seemed to take hours before they reached a small clearing, and to not much surprise of his, Dovewing was waiting.
“Hi,” Dovewing meowed pleasantly. Jayfeather heard Lionblaze’s fur swish, and he thought the golden warrior dipped his head to the waiting she-cat. Impatient to get back to his work, and soon into his nest to sleep, Jayfeather dug his claws into the soft earth.
“So? Why did you drag me here?” Jayfeather heard Dovewing take a deep breath, but it was Lionblaze who replied.
“Hollyleaf.” He meowed at once. “Did you get in her dream?” Jayfeather hissed.
“Yes, mouse-brain! She was stalking a shrew! If I had seen anything interesting I would have told you!” Jayfeather snarled.
Evil Jayfeather part 5: “Come on, Jayfeather, we’re all after the same thing,” Dovewing meowed peaceably. Are we though? Jayfeather thought mutinously. All I want is to be done with this stupid prophecy, get a good night’s sleep, and stop being regauared in the Clan as if I’m an outsider just because my father is a WindClan warrior! Jayfeather froze. Be done with the prophecy, get a good night’s sleep, and stop being an treated like an outsider, that’s what I want. That is what I want. Getting slowly to his paws, Jayfeather continued thinking. I want revenge on StarClan, for doing all this to me, for taking everything away from me! For making me their disposable messenger and toy, and for ruining my life! I want revenge on the Clans, for treating me, Lionblaze and Hollyleaf like they do, and I want to punish both of them, for everything they did to make me believe my sister was dead!
“Talk to you later,” Jayfeather mumbled, and he hurried out of the clearing and into the woods, racing back toward camp. That’s what I want…that’s what I want….
When Jayfeather got back to camp, a chill wind had swept the hollow, and the absence of sun on his fur told him it was nearly sun down. Jayfeather’s stomach gave a long moan, and he suddenly remembered he hadn’t eaten all day.
“Where have you been?” Briarlight was by the fresh-kill pile, picking through it, by the sound of her scuffling paws. Jayfeather ignored her and grabbed a sparrow from the top. “I sorted all the herbs and took out the wrinkled ones for you!” Briarlight meowed cheerily. Jayfeather just grunted and dragged the sparrow toward the medicine cat’s den. After gulping it down, he swept his paw around the den.
Evil Jayfeather part 6: All the herbs had been put neatly away, and there was a fresh smell in the air. Impressed, Jayfeather curled up in his nest. Oh, StarClan, can’t you manage by yourselves for one night? He thought wearily as he closed his eyes. Jayfeather nearly groaned as a second later he felt cool forest floor beneath his paws and opened his eyes. He could see, and there was dirt beneath him. Seething with anger at the StarClan warriors, he jumped to his feet. But, as he looked around all the anger drained out of him.
Mist crowded the air, and the path in front of him was filled with tall, dark trees growing close together. Jayfeather sniffed with a growing sense of dread, as he scented no prey in the cold air. The Dark Forest! Suddenly, Jayfeather heard voices from nearby. Crouching near a tree, he listened intently.
“But he’s just a blind, poor excuse for a ThunderClan nuisance.” Jayfeather’s fur began to bristle as he realized two things. The voice was talking about him, and it belonged to Hawkfrost.
“Of course, I agree,” meowed another, and Jayfeather’s chest tightened as he realized it was Tigerstar’s. “But it’s not what he’ll give to us, it’s what he won’t give to ThunderClan. Think about it, the battle we’ll give them, and they’ll face it without their medicine cat!”
“But they’ve got that thing — Firestar’s daughter — she knows how to heal, doesn’t she?” Hawkfrost replied disgustedly.
Evil Jayfeater part 7: “Then we’ll kill her before she can,” Tigerstar snarled, though with a dismissive air. “Besides, the blind cat has knowledge of their land and the ThunderClan camp and how it works. He could also stir up trouble and set the Clans against each other if needed.” Jayfeather felt frozen with horror. I would never do that! The thought rang quietly in his ears, distant, like a puff of mist to be whisked away by cold air. The cold air, of another, louder thought, that brought excitement rushing to his paws and the blood roaring in his ears. I could help them! Yes, I could! That would show StarClan that they can’t use me as a toy anymore! That would show StarClan they couldn’t use me at all! It’d show the Clans to value me more, when I sever their connection with StarClan, and to respect me, when it is me that brings an end to them!
Jayfeather exploded from his hiding place. “Tigerstar, Hawkfrost!” The two toms had been padding along a well-trod dirt path, upon his call, they both whipped around, eyes bright and fur bristling. When they saw him, their fur smoothed at once.
“Ah, Jayfeather,” Tigerstar said, his voice slick and smooth as honey, while Hawkfrost dipped his head.
“I heard your conversation,” Jayfeather cut in, his voice flat and harsh. Tigerstar’s smooth honey voice fell.
“Good,” Tigerstar growled, with a twitch of his ear to Hawkfrost, the two toms began to circle him eerily. “So? What’s your answer?” Jayfeather’s claws slid out, his desire for vengeance burned in his chest and bubbled over, pouring into his words.
Evil Jayfeater part 8: “StarClan ruined my life. They never cared that there was a cat in me, who could think and feel. I was just their toy, their dead mouse that they threw around, and I’m sick of it! I’m sick of sleepless nights, of endless duties. My Clan doesn’t appreciate all I do, they don’t care what I want. Well, you don’t appreciate stuff until it’s gone is what the elder’s always say, so that’s what I’m doing. I’m leaving those Clans, I’m leaving StarClan, and I’m ready to do all I can to get revenge on them.” By the end of his speech, Tigerstar had stopped pacing and his eyes were glittering with malice and approval.
“Good.” He meowed. “Then you will be the perfect asset.” Jayfeather was filled with a bittersweet warmth at his praise. Hang on, this is Tigerstar, a power-craving murderer, should I really be trusting him? But just as that disturbing thought passed another entered his head.
“I’ll help you,” Jayfeather meowed. “On one condition.” The two toms look at each other, they had stopped circling and were standing side by side in front of him.
“Say it then,” Tigerstar snapped. Taking a deep breath, Jayfeather meowed, “I want you to let me visit Lionblaze, Dovewing and Hollyleaf.” Tigerstar gave Hawkfrost a nod, and the two cats began circling him again.
“Why?” Hawkfrost snarled, his blue eyes cold as frost.
“They suffered just as I have because of the prophecy,” Jayfeather replied. “They should get a chance to get revenge.” Hawkfrost sent another look to Tigerstar, and Jayfeather continued, “Think about it! You’ll have three spies, three warriors extremely trusted by Firestar, and Dovewing can easily feed false information to the Firestar, by telling him she hears you coming at a different spot then you are. And Lionblaze is an outstanding warrior, and can never be beaten!”
Evil Jayfeather part 9: “Not Lionblaze,” Tigerstar snarled the second Jayfeather had finished. “He had his chance, and he chose ThunderClan.” He spat the last word like they were death berries he was trying to get out of his throat. Jayfeather began to shift from paw to paw nervously, until he realized Tigerstar was right. Lionblaze did have his chance, and now it’s my chance.
“Your sister would not be of much use to us,” Hawkfrost growled, rejoining Tigerstar’s side. “The Clan doesn’t trust her.” Jayfeather felt a twinge of anger, but then realized they were right about the Clan having unstable trust in Hollyleaf, and in the end Jayfeather didn’t want his sister to face the danger of spying.
“What was the third, ah Dovewing,” Tigerstar sneered. “I suppose false information could be worth it.” Everything was silent for a few painful heartbeats, and then the bushes rustled and Dovewing’s head popped in. When she saw the three of them, her eyes went wide and her fur bushed, but she forced her way through the hedge growth.
“Is this…the Dark Forest?” Dovewing gasped, her voice horror struck.
“It is,” Jayfeather meowed. “And this is Tigerstar, and that’s Hawkfrost.” Dovewing lifted her chin bravely, but her eyes clouded with confusion. “Why are you with them, Jayfeather?” Jayfeather looked back at Tigerstar, waiting for him to reply. But the dark tabby tom had his jaws clamped shut, his eyes glittering.
Jayfeather took a deep breath. “Don’t you ever think about how much the prophecy has taken away from you, Dovewing?” Dovewing’s whiskers twitched slightly, and she nodded. Jayfeather continued, “don’t you ever wish you were a normal warrior who could train and hunt and fight without having to prick your ears for enemies every second you got?” Dovewing nodded again, her eyes shining.
Evil Jayfeather part 10: “Always,” She murmured. Jayfeather felt a wave of pleasure rise inside him. This is going well.
“Well, I feel that way too. They expect us to deal with an entire prophecy and be full warriors and medicine cats for a Clan! They don’t understand what they put us through, those inconsiderate mange-pelts!” Dovewing’s eyes widened in surprise at the strength in Jayfeather’s words.
Dovewing looked at him. “Are you going to get revenge on the Clans? Somehow?” Jayfeather turned to her, checking his back faced Tigerstar and Hawkfrost.
“If I did, would you join me?” Jayfeather made his voice soft and filled with sorrow. Dovewing stepped close to him, her gaze darting to where Tigerstar and Hawkfrost waited, a few fox-lengths away. “No.” She muttered, too quiet for the toms to hear. “I am loyal to my Clan, and if that means giving everything I have to them, I will.”
Jafeather gave her a tiny nod. If she’s not betraying the Clans, I can’t let her know I am. Then he more obviously shook his head, hoping she would believe this was just his show. “I can’t believe you would be so mouse-brained Dovewing! After all the Clans have done to you?!” Tigerstar and Hawkfrost stepped forward, their pelts brushing Jayfeather’s as they closed in beside him. Dovewing’s gaze darted from one to the other panickedly.
“Kill her,” Tigerstar growled, pointing his dark ears toward Dovewing. “She knows too much.” Hawkfrost gave a quick nod, and stepped forward, his eyes glittering eagerly.
“I’ll wake you!” Dovewing promised, before racing off into undergrowth, Hawkfrost hard on her tail. Panic made Jayfeather’s heart thump wildly as he turned back to Tigerstar, his mind whirling. This wasn’t what he intended!
Evil Jayfeather part 11: “You’re not really going to —” Jayfeather’s anxious words turned into a screech as Tigerstar leaped forward and bowled him over. The breath flew from Jayfeather’s chest as he crashed into the ground. His side ached with pain and his vision blurred as he stared up at Tigerstar while the massive tabby pinned him down, teeth glinting in the eerie light.
“Tell me,” Tigerstar growled, his voice low and dangerous. “Do I have your loyalty, or not?” Tigerstar’s paw slid through Jayfeather’s fur and pressed close to his neck, making him feel choked with panic. If I don’t say yes, he’ll kill me! But then, Jayfeather thought, I want to be on his side.
“You have my loyalty,” Jayfeather gasped, waiting for Tigerstar’s paw to slide away. But Tigerstar’s claws only slid out. Jayfeather’s insides squirmed with the urge to protest, while his mind raced and his muscles tensed uncontrollably. Tigerstar began to curl his claws into Jayfeather’s neck, a smirk appearing on his face. Pain seared through Jayfeather’s body, hot and burning like fire. Every muscle in his body urged him to throw Tigerstar off, but he held still as the tabby’s claws curled deeper and deeper, turning red. He’s testing me, Jayfeather assured himself, he wants to see if fight back. Suddenly Jayfeather couldn’t breathe. Tigerstar’s paw was pressing his neck down, though his claws had retracted. No! I can’t die like this, in the dark forest!
But suddenly, the pressure released and Jayfeather gasped cold air. Tigerstar stepped off him, eyes glittering with new respect.
“So,” Tigerstar meowed. “You are with me.” Jayfeather stood up, his legs felt shaky, while his chest ached and his neck burned. “I am.” He croaked. “Until the end.”
Evil Jayfeather part 12: “Meet me tomorrow.” Tigerstar growled menacingly. “In a clearing in your territory. Follow my scent.” Jayfeather nodded, and opened his mouth, but before he could speak, Tigerstar’s image disappeared.
Jayfeather opened his eyes and was almost surprised by the blackness that greeted his vision. I’m not dreaming anymore.
“Are you okay?” A voice gasped beside him. Jayfeather sat up and shook moss from his nest off his pelt. He pricked his ears. Suddenly Dovewing’s scent flooded him, and he recognized the voice as hers.
“What?” He murmured, surprised by how strained his voice felt. He padded forward a few steps, but as he did a wave of pain hit him. A stinging in his neck, an ache in his chest, the throb of anxiety still in his head…the dark forest injuries! His dream then came flooding back to him in a rush of pain and images, and he staggered back into his nest.
“The dream!” She hissed, a second after Jayfeather’s realization. “Did I wake you in time?”
“Um…well, yes! Yes, you did. Uh, thanks. Dovewing!” Jayfeather gasped, the strength returning to his voice. “Hawkfrost didn’t shred you?”
“Ivypool was worried when she saw me twitching in my sleep, so she woke me and I woke you,” Dovewing explained quickly. Jayfeather sniffed at once, and he relaxed when he smelled no blood on her.
“Uh, I have to go.” He meowed quickly.
“Why?”
“To collect herbs,” He lied at once and strode out of the den. It was a beautiful morning, sun dappled his pelt and warmed his fur as he padded across the clearing. Birds chirped invitingly, and fresh scents drifted from the forest.
Evil Jayfeather part 13: He nodded to Dustpelt, who was on guard, and stalked through the entrance. Once out of Dustpelt’s view, he sniffed the air carefully and detected Tigerstar’s scent almost immediately. His pelt pricked with apprehension as he followed it through the forest. Tigerstar’s path made him duck under brambles, weave around bushes, jump over logs, and might have made him trod through a pool of muddy water, had he not scented it in time. Finally, however, he sniffed out the tabby tom in a sunlit clearing.
“You came,” Tigerstar meowed testily. A wave of protest and indignation rose inside Jayfeather. Does he still not trust my loyalty after I let him nearly kill me last night?
“Yes, I did.” He replied, showing the frustration and stiffness he felt. Jayfeather padded into the clearing, sitting down and facing Tigerstar with the same boldness that he showed in his voice. Though he lifted his chin high, his heart thumped painfully in his chest at how quickly Tigerstar had ordered Hawkfrost to kill Dovewing the night before. I knew he was dangerous, Jayfeather thought, but never how dangerous. “Why did you ask to meet me here?”
“You are absolutely loyal to me? You want to destroy the Clans? Make StarClan fall? You’d die for your new Dark Forest clanmates, and for this cause?”
“I am loyal to you. I proved it. I want revenge on the Clans more than anything, and StarClan even more. Didn’t I prove that last night as well? I will happily die to see StarClan suffer.” Jayfeather snarled, digging his claws into the soft dirt.
“Really? Why?” Tigerstar’s voice had an innocent, teasing note to it that made Jayfeather’s insides burn with anger. He’s playing with me! Jayfeather realized with an annoyed pang. But I guess I have to respond to stay on his side. Jayfeather then went through his reasons one by one, shoving malice and anger into his voice to show he really meant what he said.
Evil Jayfeater part 14: “There.” Jayfeather growled, breathless from talking. “Are you happy?”
“Maybe he is,” Jayfeather whipped around at a familiar voice, coming from the dense braken around the clearing. “But we’re not.” Firestar emerged into the clearing, his scent was unmasked and clear, showing that he must have been downwind to have hid from them. Jayfeather backed away, hissing, until he felt his pelt brush Tigerstar’s.
“What are you doing here, Jayfeather?” Firestar’s voice came again, and Jayfeather imagined how the Clan leader must look standing in the sun; bright pelt shining like fire, green eyes glittering with anger and worry, hard muscle shifting beneath his fur. Jayfeather sniffed the air again, and detected the scents of Graystripe, Leafpool, Lionblaze, Hollyleaf, and Dovewing as they emerged behind their leader. Their leader, Jayfeather thought, pride and resilience flooding through him, not mine.
“You just heard!” Jayfeather spat. “I’m joining the Dark Forest, what do you expect me to say? ‘Sorry?’” Tigerstar’s pelt shifted, and Jayfeather heard him take a step forward.
“Well?” Tigerstar snarled. “Leave or we’ll rip your pelts off.”
“We’re bringing Jayfeather home,” Firestar meowed commandingly. “Jayfeather, you realize what you’re doing?” Jayfeather gave him a decisive nod, and felt surprise ripple through ThunderClan cat’s pelts.
“‘We?’” Graystripe muttered, right before cats began to flood into the clearing. They came from behind Tigerstar, with screeches and yowls and Dark Forest scent clinging to their pelts.
“Get out of the territory, you mouse-brained ThunderClan mange-pelt, we’ll find you there!” Once Tigerclaw finished speaking, there was the scrape of claws against fur and an angry yowl. Jayfeather shook himself, turned, and leapt into the bracken.
Evil Jayfeater part 15: Thorns scraped his sides, but he pushed through and dashed out along a well-worn path toward the edge of their territory, his heart thumping wildly. His paws began to ache, and his breath was coming in gasps when a voice meowed, “What are you doing?” Hollyleaf meowed from behind him. “Jayfeather, what’s gotten into you?” Whipping around, Jayfeather extracted his claws again. “I’m joining the Dark Forest, and leaving the territory. Dovewing followed me didn’t she? With you on her patrol?”
“Yes,” Hollyleaf murmured.
“Then you know why I’m leaving,” Jayfeather meowed savagely. “So get out of my fur.” Jayfeather began to pad away, his pelt pricking. She’d never hurt me…but then again, she killed Ashfur…Suddenly a weight crushed him to the ground. The feeling of his side smacking against earth was too familiar, and he almost expected to feel a huge paw snake toward his neck. Though it only took him a second to realize that the cat on top of him was Hollyleaf.
Evil Jayfeather part 16: “Jayfeather, please, listen to me,” Hollyleaf’s voice was thick with emotion. Jayfeather shook his head once and struggled like a kit beneath her firm grasp. When did she get so strong? With one final kick he gave up, and pricked his ears for what she would say. “I felt the pain you felt. I was shocked and scared, angry and betrayed…all I wanted was a way out. And I chose to kill a cat,” Hollyleaf’s voice was low with sorrow and guilt now. “I regret that decision everyday of my life now, Jayfeather. If this is your decision, if this is truly the path you consciously want to take, there’s nothing I can do to change that. But please, think now, in many moons when you look back on what you did here today, what will you feel? Pride that you had the strength to leave us? Anger at the memory of Leafpool, Squirrelflight and the mess around them? Or just burning regret in the center of your chest, wishing, wishing that you had not done what you did? Please Jayfeather, I know that pain and I wouldn’t wish anything like that on you.”
Evil Jayfeather part 17: Jayfeather closed his eyes, letting her familiar scent curl around him, like Squirrelflight’s tail when they were still kits, clueless to everything that would happen.
“Imagine what will happen in the Clans, Jayfeather,” Hollyleaf continued softly. “Imagine the way everyone will look at Lionblaze. A medicine cat for a mother, a WindClan warrior for a father, a murderer for a sister, and a traitor for a brother. Me and Lionblaze will likely never know where you are again. If you’re safe, injured, or…or dead. And Leafpool, she’ll worry too, no matter how much right she has to do so. Think of the queens. They’ll tell stories to their kits for generations of the Evil Jayfeather, to scare them if they misbehave. The kits will grow up, scorning you in their heads, wondering how such a wonderful cat could grow to be so awful.” Hollyleaf finished speaking, her voice dry and cracking. Suddenly, she stepped off him, and her voice was calm and firm. “Go where your heart lies Jayfeather, but whatever you do, please choose correctly.” Jayfeather got slowly to his feet, his throat tight with emotion and shock as he rolled her words over and over in his head.
“I —”
“What is happening here?” A snarl came from the undergrowth.
Evil Jayfeater part 18: Jayfeather felt Hollyleaf whip around beside him at Tigerstar’s scornful voice. Jayfeather scented the dark tabby tom a second before the bushes rustled, and Jayfeather was sure he had appeared. “Has your sister stopped you, Jayfeather? With a few words?” Tigerstar meowed scornfully. Hollyleaf pressed close to Jayfeather’s side.
“Kill me,” She murmured. “Kill me and prove your loyalty. I know you want to go with him. I’m sorry for all the pain I made you feel when I left. I’m sorry for not being there, and for not understanding more about what it was like to be blind.” Jayfeather was speechless. Though as he thought about what she had said, he knew there was no way he could go back to the Clans now. He had chosen the Dark Forest. But I can’t kill my own sister! But suddenly, Jayfeather could see. The forest appeared around him in a rush of color and images. He gazed at Hollyleaf, looking into her shining leaf-green eyes, and he understood. This is what she wants. She wants me to not feel the pain she feels more than anything.
Jayfeather lashed out, his claws sliding across Hollyleaf’s neck. Blood splattered from the wound and hit the forest floor. His sister staggered, before collapsing on the ground. It took everything Jayfeather had to simply stare at her, and not to wail in guilt and sorrow, or yowl for herbs. Hollyleaf looked at him, her gaze not sad, but warm. “Let’s hope you chose right.” Before she gave a final twitch, and lay still. Jayfeather’s head began to swim, and his temporary vision disappeared, leaving him in blackness once more. Tigerstar padded forward and sniffed Hollyleaf’s body.
“So,” He growled. “You killed her?”
“How many times do I have to tell you that I’m loyal?” Jayfeather snarled, trying to stabilize his voice. I just killed my own sister! He blinked, remembering Hollyleaf’s warm green gaze. Am I a monster? No. She wanted me to be happy, this is what she asked me to do. Tigerstar began padding away, and as Jayfeather followed, he felt a burning pang of regret in his chest. No. This is what she didn’t want me to feel. Suddenly, a pelt brushed his, and he drew in Spottedleaf’s scent. Though his grief was too strong for anger at the StarClan medicine cat to pierce it.
“StarClan is not angry with you,” Spottedleaf murmured. “We were wrong. You deserved better. Now you are getting what you want, be happy. For yourself, for the Clans, for Hollyleaf.” With that last word, Spottedleaf faded and her scent disappeared from the air. Jayfeather nodded once to himself, squared his shoulders and lifted his chin. As he walked beside Tigerstar, Jayfeather couldn’t help feeling warmth wash over him. This is my place, beside Tigerstar, as the Evil Jayfeather.
Sorry Violetpaw and mods, this is so long!

Thistleclaw was good part 1
Bluefur waited in the freezing cold with Stonekit and Mistykit. Every once in a while she would shake her pelt to clear the snow that had started to settle on them.
Where is he
The temperature was rapidly dropping and Bluefur could see the frozen river through the trees.
If Oakheart doesn’t come soon we’ll all freeze to death, like Mosskit. She thought sorrowfully.
She started to wonder if she could go across the river and find Oakheart but she knew without her warmth the kits would soon die.
We can’t wait here any longer, we’ll have to go back to camp.
“Come on kits, let’s go back to camp.” she meowed.
The kits were all too cold and tired to reply, and when they got back to camp all three cats collapsed into their nest and fell asleep.
“Tawnyspots is dead!” Bluefur woke at Poppydaw’s grief stricken yowl.
Oh no.
She climbed out of the nest where the kits were stirring and padded into the clearing where cats were clustered together.
Sunstar sat on top of high rock gazing down at the cats, grief in his eye,s but his voice was steady when he yowled.
“All cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here for a clan meeting!”
When all the cats were in the clearing he began again.
“Our deputy Tawnyspots is dead,” he had a respectful moment of silence before continuing “but the clan must carry on. Before Bluefur had kits this would be a hard decision but she can not be deputy so Thistleclaw will be”
No, no, no!
ignore this I have to change it a bit

is all?
Hollyleaf Was The Third Cat
Pt 1
Hollyleaf rose to her paws, the darkness of the tunnels blinding her eyes. And mind.
“Who are you? What do you want?” She challenged the voice. A shadow emerged, with the form of a cat, to look down at her. “Hollyleaf.” The cat whispered. “We both have so much in common. All we ever tried to do was to love, to live, loyal to warrior code like it was our heart. But the Clans have deserted us- have let us down when we needed them most – and we shall desert them this time.” For a moment Hollyleaf was tempted, but Lionblaze and Jayfeather popped into her mind. “You are just like Sol, Mapleshade.” She snarled. “You are twisting the warrior code to match what you want.”
“I’m twisting no code.” Mapleshade replied. “The code no longer applies to me.”
“Well, it applies to me!” Hollyleaf exclaimed, unseathing her claws. “I won’t leave the ones I’ve grown up with!”
Mapleshade growled. “I gave you a chance.”
pt 2
“Hollyleaf?”, Leafpool whispered softly. “I know you’re somewhere out there. Come back.”
Hollyleaf woke up with a snarl. “No! I will never come back!”
“You should.” Fallen Leaves’ voice echoed throught the cave.
“You don’t understand!”, she meowed. “There’s nothing left!”
“Would you rather live the rest of your life hunted by ghosts?”, he snapped.
“I’m not hunted by you, Fallen Leaves.”, she meowed gently.
“That’s not what I mean. I know you’re still hunted by memories…”
Hollyleaf sighed. “I guess you’re right”. She rose to her paws. “But you’re coming with me.”
Here’s my entry. I had more plans for it but no time to do it so Thistlestar only appears at the very end. Also, I’m not sure why I chose Frostfur and Mintblossom is not a canon cat because in the first books not all the cats in other clans were listed.

I just realized that I am supposed to be a kit Soo umm, that is why it’s not that good……………😐
its fine
Spottedleaf lived p1
Black.
Pain.
Blood.
Fear.
Death.
Cinderpaw blinked. She was lying on the cold stone floor of the Medicine Cat den. Pain blazed through her. She tried to stand but her leg buckled under her weight and she collapsed into her leg. Memories came flooding back. The monster… the ShadowClan cats… Bluestar’s injury.
“Don’t worry, you’ll be okay.” Spottedleaf tried to confort her.
What’s wrong with me? Cinderpaw twisted around, and, where her hind leg used to be, saw nothing but a bloody mess. Her leg jutted out in an awkward angle, and the skin was scarred and stained red with blood.
Spottedleaf lived p2
“Comfrey. Comfrey helps broken bones.” Cinderpaw stated confidently.
“You’re right!” Spottedleaf praised her apprentice. “Oh, it’s Fireheart!”
Cinderpaw waved her tail as a hello to her former mentor. The ginger tom was carrying a rabbit, which was probably the size of her head.
“Spottedleaf!” Fireheart said. “I brought you some fresh-kill. How’s Cinderpaw?”
“I’m all-“ Cinderpaw began, but Spottedleaf cut her off.
“Cinderpaw’s been studying really hard, and knows most of the herbs. Thanks for the rabbit!” Spottedleaf smiled shyly at Fireheart. “Want to share?”
Fireheart nodded and they settled down with their backs to Cinderpaw.
Cinderpaw remembered Yellowfang. She used to be ShadowClan’s medicine cat, but she took a mate and had kits. Two of her three kits died at birth, and the other kit had grown up to be a horrid murderer, as StarClan’s punishment for breaking the warrior code. She had died protecting Cinderpaw and her brother Brackenpaw from a ShadowClan warrior, Clawface.
Is all that pain really worth it, to give in to love?
Cinderpaw forced herself to turn away from Spottedleaf and Fireheart, and went back to sorting herbs.
Spottedleaf lived p3
“They’re coming!” Spottedleaf grunted.
Fireheart sat by her, giving her support as she struggled to birth her kits. A moon ago, when Spottedleaf admitted she was expecting Fireheart’s kits, she was forced to step down as the medicine cat. Cinderpelt was alone.
Eventually Spottedleaf managed to birth two healthy kits. She was tired, but fine. I’m glad that what happened with Silverstream didn’t happen again.
“We should name the grey one yellowkit.” Fireheart suggested.
“Yes!” Spottedleaf agreed. “And the white one should be Icekit.”
“I’ll be back. Cinderpelt mumbled. She grabbed a two bundles of herbs in her mouth and dragged her leg out of camp, moving as quickly as possible. As she reached the cave where she was hiding the two ShadowClan warriors, she set down the herbs, which was a mixture she created herself to cure the illness in ShadowClan.
Cinderpelt sniffed the air. The rancid stench of sickness had almost faded completely. Littlecloud bounded out of the cave, his eyes lit up at the sight of the herbs. He would always be small, but today he seemed strong enough to take on Tigerclaw- and win!
Nothing is worth more than saving another cat’s life.
Cinderpelt thought of Fireheart, and Yellowkit and Icekit, and the future with him she could only dream about.
Nothing.
The end!
