The internet is a storm of URLs, wi-fi and strings of dangerous code, whirling and thundering. Out in the wilderness you can only survive so long unaided, but in here, behind the mellow yellow windows, a safe and comforting place awaits. This place is a respite from the internet; the fire crackles invitingly and alluring rainbow-coloured drinks are poured into glasses. Exciting chatter fills the rooms from tables bustling with friends, eating from trays of warm, rustic carum bread and hearty stews. Gentle music comes from the band in the background.

Come in, chat away, have a great time! The old location may have been overrun by the Codekind, but this new building has three-meter thick walls, three floors and turret bedrooms to rest in at the top! We’ve returned, free from the battles of the secret pages! A safe micro-community of equality and no judgement. Hang up your HTML-reflective suit at the door and settle in with a drink and a meal.
Notice Board: Free candy in the bowl on the counter! What types of candy are there? Yes.
Russetfeather breathed a sigh of relief when she opened the door to the old tavern. “I’m glad it’s back.”, she thought as she sat down at the bar. “I’ll have a pear blossom fizz.”, she said to the barkeep.
The barkeep pulls a glass out from behind the counter, puts it down and fetches a bottle of pear bottle fizz from the back room. They open it up and pour it and the bubbles crackle and fizzle and pop out the top of the glass.
“I’ll have anything to drink. I’m thirsty.”
“YO HAZIE BURRITO I WANT DIET PEPSI!” screeched Maplekit. Her cats facepawed.
(:P)
Frostflower sat down on a stool at the bar and sighed as she heard the soft music playing behind her.
Iceflower remained silent, listening to the ticking of a clock and the shouts and clatters that occasionally came from the kitchen. She finally lifted her drinking glass and took a sip of the odd concoction it contained. A frothy orange liquid that smelled of fruit, no doubt it looked rather odd. She nodded to Frostflower, pulling her hood up to keep the chill away. She glanced over at the fire, resisting the urge to sit down beside it and let the comforting warmth enfold her. Sure, it was colder here in the dim corners, but she preferred the darkness. Her eyes sparkled, reflecting the leaping orange flames as she watched her surroundings with a hint of suspicion. She reached into her pocket and pulled out a small yellow marble and began fiddling with it, keeping her gaze on it.
(Just waiting for something to happen 😛 )
Wollow walked in, carrying something that looks suspiciously like a jar of mayo and a bag of mayo packets, which she totally doesn’t enjoy throwing at people.
Lionpaw smacked her head with her forepaw and kept out of Wollow’s way, as she had a little too much experience of being hit with mayonnaise on the way to Disney Land and being dressed as Goofy.
Wollow picked up the jar of mayo and threw it toward Lion.
Lionpaw ducked,
it hit Hazelburrow in the face“I’m not Goofy ya know?!”(So, uhh, is the Disneyland Roleplay thing over?)
Wavepaw stepped into the tavern, a bright purple bag slung over her shoulder and two books tucked under her arm. She took an open spot at the bar and looked around, ears flicking nervously. I haven’t been here since it moved. What if no one remembers me? I see a lot of new people. She dropped her two books on the counter and tucked The Brightest Night in her bag before looking up. “I’ll have a hot chocolate, please,” she said quietly. “With whipped cream and chocolate shavings. And warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream.”
THANK YOU HAZEL THANK YOU
Oh my starclan it’s back
Well, now we can resume business as usual.
(So, uhh, is the Disneyland Roleplay thing over?)

She dropped her two books on the counter and tucked The Brightest Night in her bag before looking up. “I’ll have a hot chocolate, please,” she said quietly. “With whipped cream and chocolate shavings. And warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream.” She glanced around again, flipping open Thunder and Shadow. Will it look like I don’t want to talk and I’m being rude? Or like I’m a loner weirdo with no friends? She sighed and tapped her feet absently to a tune no one would recognize except people who had ridden the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland. But of course it wasn’t because of that. It was because she was playing it for the Halloween Concert. Duh. Just a loner weirdo… She unconsciously glanced around for Emberpaw, Iceflower, and Iceshard, but of course they weren’t there.
Hi mods, it seems you have forgotten to moderate this comment. Please do so. Thank you! 🙂
Please don’t let the Disney thing be over 😱 Because I shall always continue to the stowed of Terror on my own 😛 I think this page is cats and Disney as humans, not sure
Maplekit got herself a diet pepsi out of her huge backpack that she brought with her to reunite here with the others since they had moved.
Iceflower leaned forward in her chair, still twirling the marble around in her paw (hand?). She glanced around and smirked. “Anyone up for a little fun?” She said quietly, barely audible over the music and chatter.
“Are you going to play something ridiculous like Knock Out the Waiter with a Marble?” scoffed Emberpaw.
“Hmmph. No.” Iceflower replied. She muttered something unintelligible and lifted the marble up and smirked as it began to glow, brightening the shadows. “I don’t know what exactly it does yet, but it can do that.”
“OOH YAS LETS KNOCK OUT THE WAITER!” Screamed Maplekit.
“Use your own marbles for that.” Iceflower responded. “Silly me. I remember what this one’s for.” She threw the glowing orb at the fire and watched with a bored expression as the fire grew larger and morphed into a shape resembling a butterfly, wings flapping and sparking with every movement. “I forgot about this one.” She said, reaching into her pocket and pulling out a slip of paper. “Fire-Changers.” She read aloud. “When thrown into a fire, can twist the flames into various shapes to entertain, and occasionally use for protection.” She snorted in amusement. “Yeah. Butterflies are great protecters.”
(I figure if we can time-travel and such, magic is nothing new around here 😛 )
Wavepaw turned, eyes widening. “That’s really cool!”
Iceflower shrugged. “Thanks. I’ve acquired a lot of different things on my travels.” She said. “Nice to see you here.”
Wavepaw smiled. “Thanks. You too.”
Watching the mysterious Fire Orb, Brightpaw stated, “I’ve heard of something like that.” She paused ant took out her computer from her bag. She Googled ‘Element Orbs’.
“See, look.” On the screen was a picture of four marbles, each a different color. Red/Orange, Blue, Green, and Purple. They represented the four Elements, hence the name Element Orbs.
“These Orbs have been missing forever, except for the Fire Orbs, the only one of the four to be ever found. There is an abundance near a tavern called ‘The HazelPage’,” She read of of a random website.
Iceflower nodded. She pulled a small pouch from her bag and opened it, revealing the marble-like orbs. “I’ve been collecting them. I quite like magic. I came across some Water Orbs once, but I wasn’t willing to pay the price for them. And it turns out they were fake. They just turned the water brown.”
“Yes, magic always seemed to amaze me. I love it. It’s so… Eye-opening.”
Blizzard sat down on one of the pillows in the corner and yowled “Who wants to hear a story?”
Iceshard looked over to Blizzard. “Fine, as long it has all of us included.”
Emberpaw plopped down on a chair. “Yes, please!”
Lionpaw threw down her fedora onto the table, “Who wouldn’t?” She took a seat near Blizzard.
“I do!” Wavepaw called.
