The internet is a storm of URLs, wi-fi and strings of dangerous code, whirling and thundering. Out in the wilderness you can only survive so long unaided, but in here, behind the mellow yellow windows, a safe and comforting place awaits. This place is a respite from the internet; the fire crackles invitingly and alluring rainbow-coloured drinks are poured into glasses. Exciting chatter fills the rooms from tables bustling with friends, eating from trays of warm, rustic carum bread and hearty stews. Gentle music comes from the band in the background.

Come in, chat away, have a great time! The old location may have been overrun by the Codekind, but this new building has three-meter thick walls, three floors and turret bedrooms to rest in at the top! We’ve returned, free from the battles of the secret pages! A safe micro-community of equality and no judgement. Hang up your HTML-reflective suit at the door and settle in with a drink and a meal.
Notice Board: Free candy in the bowl on the counter! What types of candy are there? Yes.
Astie opens the door– she finally finds the way back. Her last visit has been a long time ago, so everything looks so familiar, yet different to her. She sits on a chair– the same chair she sat last time and takes a rest.
Ravenpaw walked into the Hazelpage for the first time in her life, and was utterly confused at what was going on.
“Can someone tell me what I’m supposed to do?” she asked the cat next to her, who was….
Emberblaze walks in, numb with cold. Sighs as he enters into the warm room. Sits down and asks for hot cocotini. It’s cold in Canada and I really need to warm up before going back outside.
Flamepaw walks in. He notices the tension between Rosefur and Icy. He goes sits down as far from them as possible. “What kind of drinks do you have here???”
Robin sat quietly at the bar and sipped her hot chocolate, wondering when Rose would start singing The Other Side again. She wished that she had jumped in first, but oh well. Next song, she supposed.
Lion sat down and put her unfinished homework back into her bag, pulling out her phone, her cocotini in the other hand. Absorbed in her thoughts, she unknowingly pulled her phone to her mouth and tapped her cocotini, causing it to unbalance and spill slightly. Looking down, Lion rolled her eyes, “Honestly, I can be such a scatterbrain sometimes.” and made a failed attempt to wipe the brown splodges from her surroundings.
Navy slid in, prescription sunglasses in hands. “Sup” she nodded, trying to look cool without exploding into laughter at this uncharacteristic behaviour.
“Navy, Don’t be fake.” Fox called over, The words slightly muffled due to the fact she had her head on the table
Wishi leaped onto a table as ‘The Greatest Show’ came on. She snatched a microphone out of her bag. You all know what happened next.
(Whoa-ohoho!) “Ladies and gents, this is the moment you’ve waited for.”
(Whoa-ohoho!) “Been searching in the dark, your sweat soaking through the floor.”
(Whoa-ohoho!) “And buried in your bones there’s an ache that you can’t ignore,”
“Takin’ your breath,”
“And stealin’ your mind,”
“And all that was real is left behind…”
“Don’t fight it, it’s coming for you, running at ya
“It’s only this moment, don’t care what comes after
“Your fever dream, can’t you see it getting closer
“Just surrender ’cause you feel the feeling taking over…”
“It’s fire, it’s freedom, it’s flooding open
“It’s a preacher in the pulpit and you’ll find devotion
“There’s something breaking at the brick of every wall, it’s holding
“All that you know…”
Wishi continued her singing until the music had ceased. “My voice only cracked twice!! Yes!!” she yelled, forgetting she was holding a mic.
Cheetahflight watched Wishi sing, and thought maybe she should sing, even though she was horrible singer and sang this song:
“Work, work, work, work, work, work
You see me I be work, work, work, work, work, work
You see me do me dirt, dirt, dirt, dirt, dirt, dirt
There’s something ’bout that work, work, work, work, work, work
When you a gon’ learn, learn, learn, learn, learn, learn
Me na care if me tired, tired, tired, tired, tired, tired”l
She jumped down and hid under the table, and died for embarresment.
“Someone call an ambulance.”
Raven looks around her, still confused at what is going on. Seeing other people with drinks, she asks for a mango smoothie, and prays to StarClan that she hasn’t embarrassed herself in front of everyone by asking for the most childish, irrelevant drink ever.
Spottedstream sees Raven ask for a mango smoothie, and regrets not asking for one herself. And of course now it’s too late… She sips her hot cocotini, just happy to have found the Hazelpage.
Navy started dancing before she realised that she hates dancing.
She then goes into full mid-life crisis mode at the age of 12.
Wishi nonchalantly steals a fry from (insert Blogclanner here)
Lapis frowns. “Wishi!” she steals a chicken nugget from Wishi.
Dappy walked into the room, dead inside. “Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. My crush Wolfsplash won’t go to the dance with me and he still doesn’t know I have a crush on him. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Help meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.” She sat down at the bar, about to have an emotional breakdown when she said “Could I have a hot cocotini please?”
Emberdawn jabbed at the machine for the drink, which sputtered before working again. “Here you go!”
She chugged the drink and after she finished her favorite song came on the radio. She started yelling ” THIS IS MY FIGHT SONG! TAKE BACK MY LIFE SONG! AND I DONT REALLY CARE WHAT EVERYONE ELSE BELIEVES, CUS I STILL GOT A LOTA FIGHT LEFT IN ME. LOSIN FRIENDS AND IM CHASIN SLEEP, EVERYBODY’S WORRIED BOUT ME. THEY SAY IM IN TO DEEP, THEY SAY IM IN TO DEEP. AND ALL OF THE THINGS INSIDE MY HEAD, RECKIN BALLS INSIDE MY BRAIN, AND I WILL SCREAM THEM LOUD TONIGHT, CAN YOU HERE MY VOICE THIS TIME THIS IS MY FIGHT SONG. TAKE BACK MY LIFE SONG. AND I DONT REALLY CARE WHAT EVERYONE ELSE BELIEVES. CUS I STILL GOT A LOTA FIGHT LEFT IN ME. Yeah I still got a lota fight left in me.” As the music faded away, she felt better.
