  • Hi people! Or cats, I should say…my best friend keeps looking sad and if I say “Whats wrong?” she just says “Nothing”, but I know shes lying. HELP ME!!! I really want to help her but I don’t know how!

    • Okay, well, she might not be lying. I know it feels awkward when you catch someone staring at you, but she’s probably embarrassed and she might just need somewhere to look. I know that I zone out and creep out/offend some people because I end up staring at them 😛 Try not to let it bother you *hugs*

    • I’m sort of with Wavey on this, sometimes they’re not really just sad, just thinking a lot. I know I do that a lot especially, and everybody always thinks I’m super-sad and stuff. Or I’ll be thinking about sad things but I won’t actually be sad. But sometimes they are sad so just kind of keep your eyes open. I hope it’s not anything serious though, I’ll be praying for her!

    • I know you want to help, but there isn’t too much you can do if she doesn’t want to tell you. Just be kind and supportive of her, and stop asking her if anything is wrong. (Well, don’t ask her that too often, but if you ask every once in a while she can see that you care but won’t be annoyed.) If there is something wrong, she will tell you when she wants to.

    • Your friend might not want to speak about what’s happening, if she’s upset. I know when I have problems, I don’t like to tell other people about them. I don’t think she’s doing this to hurt you, but she might not want to talk about it right now.

  • Oh StarClan my cat is getting worse. Everytime he tries to walk, he falls over and starts to shake. He trembles when we hold him and he cries a lot. Mom thinks he has food poisening. He’s still vomiting. Does anyone know what he has?????????

    • Oh no! Please take him to the vet! I don’t know but they will and will most likely cure him. I’m so sorry! *huggles*

    • I’m so sorry, Silverpaw! We thought my dog had Wobblers a little bit ago (Wobblers happens in young big dogs, it’s super-serious because it’s degenerative and if the steroids hadn’t worked we’d have had to put him down) but the steroids are working really well. I hope it’s the same for your cat, and that it is just a case of food poisoning and some medicine will make him better. I definitely agree with Jayfrost, he should go to the vet, and I really hope he gets better!

      • Thank you so much! I’m so happy that your dog is getting better. Yeah, it might be food poisoning because he won’t eat. We’re actually taking him to the vet today, ad because school is letting out early, I can come with him. ^-^

        • I know how you feel. My friends left me a few months ago. Please don’t blame this on yourself, because it’s your friends’ fault for leaving you. Stay strong and have hope, Icy. I will pray for you! 🙂

          • You must have had some pretty bad friends for them to leave you! It just sorta feels like my fault. It just seems like every time I find good friends something happens and it’s usually me. But that’s just natural, right? We forget the old times and move on, right? No matter how close we were, it all just falls apart one day, doesn’t it? Yeah,I guess it’s just something I have to come to terms with. But thanks a lot anyway. I kinda needed that. 💙

      • It’s just, I don’t feel like myself anymore, especially after I lost my friends, they seemed to have moved on rather quick, and I just can’t apologize for flipping out about my friend purposely spilling water on me. It hurts to realize that my friends didn’t need me, but it’s been done to me so many times before I’m immune to it.

        • Hate to sound harsh, but if it’s that difficult to apologize, then you shouldn’t miss them so much. It’s a bit hypocritical to be saddened that they move on quickly if you can’t apologize over a bit of water. Just say sorry, and they’ll forgive! You can be friends again <3

          • Okay, but if her friends poured water on her even when she expressly told them not to, then I don’t think Iceheart is the one who should have to apologize. Sure, it may not seem like a big deal, but I know I’d be angry if a friend did something like that on purpose if I’d told them not to. It’s not enough to end a friendship over, but if the other person isn’t apologizing and acting like it wasn’t a bit deal when it clearly was to Iceheart, then that friend is showing they don’t respect Iceheart’s feelings about what happened, which is the bigger issue to me. And Iceheart has a right to be sad over losing her friends.

            • Thanks Jayie. Plus, my friends really didn’t seem to need me all that much, there was stuff that had happened before, and it would be hard to explain, but basic ally, they weren’t all that nice to me to begin with, and they cussed me out sometimes and I’m not afraid to admit I did so too. But things were fragile between us, but we had some fun and laughs over the time we were friends, so I felt pretty close. But, that was it. Just memories. Not friends. But, what can ya do?

  • Guys…… he’s dead. I’ve just come home from my dad’s. Mom says Misha died yesterday. He HAD been getting better, then he just died.

    Wensday, one of our cats, won’t go near the bathroom, where he died. Primrose, my other cat, refused to leave his body. No one in my family wants to go to school right now. I do, because I don’t want to just sit here and think, but mom’s too upset. I wish the vet people would’ve taken him in! Why’d they let him die?????????

    I know it sounds stupid, but Misha was more then a pet. We’d raised him from a bottle, and he behaved like a human. I used to call him Silverpaw, but I actually never got around to giving him a warrior name. I want him to have one. I wish he was still alive.

      I’m very sorry for your loss. I lost one of my cats back in April…. We shared a birthday!! (Down to the year and everything) It was so devastating though. You could still give him his warrior name…

      • *hugs* I no, I’m so sorry for your loss. I really want to give him his warrior name, but he’s dead. He was only three years old, he shouldn’t have died. He should’ve had more years to show me exactly what name would mean the most to him.

    • Don’t worry, I hope you feel better. all pets are important to us. It’s not stupid to have connections with animals.
      But I bet Misha will always be with you. My dad says whenever a pet dies it’s important to remember the memories of being with them.

    • Oh no, I’m so sorry! *huggles tight* I don’t have any advice, but you can always give him a warrior name now. And every living being has to die at some point. Just be happy that he had a happy life and was very much loved. And grieve. I’m so sorry. 🙁

    • I’m sorry for your loss. When I was in 5th grade I lost a cat that was close to me. Her name was Cloud. My grandpop parks his car at this car-place and we take care of the cats. One of which was Cloud. She was very young and weak. We took her home and she died the next day.

    • Aww! *huggles* I know how devastating it is to loose a pet, and your cat was lucky to have you. It’s not stupid for a pet to feel like more than a pet! Why don’t you hold your own StarClan ceremony and give him his well deserved warrior name? I hope your family recovers and eases back into life. Of course, it won’t be the same, but sometimes we should move on. I didn’t really know him, but he probably had a great life 🙂

  • I’m so angry right now.
    You all know about Misha. Well, I ended up crying when I went to school. Unfortunetly, it was during PE. A bunch of girls claimed it was because I was fat and stuff and I was crying over exercising. Another girl who overheard me talking with a friend about how much I loved him began gossiping that I was crying over some guy rejecting me. They made fun of me for being a cry baby in school. (behind my back) My friends got really peeved and the girls ended finding out about Misha. When I found out they knew, I figured thye shut up, because you know, death. Instead, they started talking about how I was being such a cry baby over a dumb cat. When they noticed I was looking at them, this girl fake-smiled and said, “I’m so sorry for your loss.” Then she turned around and began talking about me again. I just, ugh. Then they made fun of my friends for standing up for me. I don’t know why someone would be so hateful and fake. Why were they acting like that when they knew I was upset?

    • Bullies are awful, and that’s that. I’m not sure why they do it, probably because they’re insecure and picking on people makes them feel better about themselves. I don’t know, anyways, it’s perfectly normal to cry when you lose a loved one, human or animal. Don’t listen to them. Just ignore them. They don’t know what they’re talking about, and they have absolutely no reason to tease you or anyone.

      I’m getting off topic here, but all I can say is just ignore them. Tell a teacher or parent. Don’t react to them. They don’t know what you’re going through, and they’re not thinking about anyone’s feelings except for their own. *Hugs* I’ve never really been bullied, so I can’t speak from experience. But BlogClan is always here for you, no matter what. 🙂

      • Thank you. I just, I don’t know what to say, and that may sound cheesy and stupid, but still. It’s so hard to find someone who won’t turn me away when I cry. So I don’t. I’m so happy to finally have friends, irl or not, who are willing to listen and think it’s okay. Thank you so much for saying that, you don’t know how grateful I am.

        • Crying/being sad is a normal human emotion. If we were never sad, the happy things in life wouldn’t seem as happy. Crying is completely normal, we all do it sometimes. Sometimes all you need is someone to talk to, and we’re all willing to listen 🙂

    • Oh my StarClan. I’m so sorry. They sound like hateful and mean people! Could you have told the teacher about it, and the reason you are upset? I’m so sorry you have to be going through this kind of crap after Misha’s death. 🙁
      They are SO RUDE to say your cat was dumb. Just remember, It is NOT stupid to cry over a pet’s death, no matter what those rude kids say. *Hugs* BlogClan will always be here for you, and I hope things get much better for you!

I wanted them to know what it was like to hurt really badly, and then get rejected for that. Isn’t that a terrible thing to do? In a way, I felt like that was what I deserved.

    • Ignore those losers. They probably think they’re being funny or some crap, so the best thing you can do is ignore them. I know that what you’re going through is hard, but if you pay attention to these horrible people it’ll definitely make it a lot easier. Also tell a teacher or parent. Talking about things will help the situation, and personally, I feel better after talking about stuff like that.
      Sorry if that came off harsh, but I just really hate bullies.

    • Oh, that’s just STUPID!!! Don’t worry, I’ve had tears in my eyes at school sometimes to. And if those people are making fun of you for crying over your cat, just forget about them. They don’t know the true meaning of a pet. I remember I had a pink betta fish named Cotton Candy, and I SWEAR she had a personality of her own. When I went over to her bowl, she used to run up to glass, and open and close her mouth and then swim really fast. She also used to play with peas by dropping them and then trying to catch the peas before they fell onto the bottom. I remember when she died I cried. I know, right, PEAS!!! XD
      Anyway, people have told me mean things too, and I feel bad. I know what you mean. Sorry your going through this!

    • Oh, that’s awful. I would love to shove Warriors in her face. Bullies are horrible people who have to tease others to feel better about themselves, which is stupid. Just ignore them and act like it doesn’t bother you. I know it’s hard, but it feels good to pretend it doesn’t hurt you. You are better than them. Kudos to your friends for standing up for you!     • Omg I’m so sorry this happened! Obviously these kids have absolutely no heart >:( Ignore what these people say, and stick with your true friends. If I were you, I would probably report those girls. Crying is never something to be ashamed of, it’s a natural human emotion. These girls probably don’t know what it is like to loose a pet.     • This is another example of how bullies are downright awful. They probably just want a reaction, don’t listen to them. Crying is a normal thing, we all do it at some point ^^

  • Okay, this may sound small compared to everyone else’s problems, but I just accidently broke my cross necklace. It was made out of silver, and I got it for my tenth birthday, so Ive had it for like 2 years. And, I know this might sound dumb, but it meant ALOT to me. It just snapped when I was taking off my shirt to take a shower, and I felt really sad. I always put it on right after my shower, and wore it to school and PE and when I was sleeping. ;(

    • I’m sorry! I remember I had a beautiful handmade bracelet and one day it snapped because some person accidentally caught it with his pencil. And you’re not the only one who has a cross necklace, though I don’t have one myself, I’ve seen a LOT of my classmates with one.

    • *huggles* I know how that feels. Once I had an ankle bracelet that I got in Virginia Beach, and I stepped in the ocean with it, so when I went back to New York, it meant a lot. Just recently it broke, and I hadn’t taken it off…EVER. It felt so weird and I felt so upset. I hope maybe you can fix it or find a new special item
