In the heart of BlogClan hides a den that belongs to two of the kind souls that make this space as wonderful as it is – our Medicine Cat and their apprentice. This den is many things, changing year by year as those who fill the position come and go. It is whatever they want it to be. A space for contests, advice, chatting, pictures of animals, discussions….or anything else their minds come up with.

this is the game pepperskip suggested, but with a twist! i’ll list five herbs, one of which will be poison. your job is to choose the poison. as the game goes on, it will get more difficult, with specific conditions such as “patient is sick with ___” or “patient is pregnant”. however, as this is the first game, we’ll start out very easy ๐ no searching up of answers is allowed, as that would ruin the fun!!! answer with your own knowledge and memory.

this week, try to monitor and limit your screen time every day! generally it's a good idea to keep recreational screen time below three hours every day, and the less the better. if you really want a challenge, try not to use electronics recreationally at all this week! instead, you can read a book, study, do chores around the house, or spend time with real life people! if you're as addicted to screens as i am, then this won't be easy, but believe me, your eyes and your brain will thank you ๐
i have enough deathberries to last me a couple weeks, but i’ll need a lot more than that to continue the plan… i’ll also need a lot more foxglove and nightshade. it might also be time to start collecting water hemlock and meadow saffron.

I have a question about this round. Are we only supposed to choose the poison, or do we do something else that would have to do with the condition?

in later rounds, when the cats start coming in with the conditions, some of the herbs effects might change! for example, some herbs can be perfectly fine to give to a normal cat, but could be dangrous for pregnant cats. also, some herbs may be normally poisonous, but may be the only treatment for a sickness, so they wouldnโt count in that case. ๐
i think you got some good ideas! idk who to nominate yet, but cool! the game is great and i think it’s important for some self-care. oh and the plan haven’t forgotten about it.
I’m confused about the game, so you mean the herbs are poisonous to the condition (used incorrect herb) or it’s poisonous by itself (ex deathberries)?
so like let’s say the herb was thyme, and the condition was none, would i say herb? i mean it’s not a poison, so yeah. i’m really confused with your instructions.

for now, there are no conditions, so just choose the one thatโs poisonous!
