cheese has been embedded in human history for years countless. legend tells that the first cheese was discovered when an arab shepherd, walking home in the scorching desert sun with a sheep flask full of milk, discovered the milk had curdled and solidified, creating the first cheese.
humans started domesticating goats around 8500 BC, and cows around 7000 BC. five hundred years later, humans would start to milk cows, sheep and goats for food. during 5000 BC, humans have invented about twenty different kinds of cheeses. when 4500 BC arrived, cheese making was already implanted in european, asian and mediterranean cultures. the first smoked cheese would be created in 150 BC rome, with the best being made in the velabrum, rome’s bustling food market.
after these important moments, cheese making has slowly and steadily improved over the years, with over 1000 types, all hailing from different countries. traditionally, most cheese is made by adding acids to milk, then adding herbs to give taste, then curdling milk of many kinds, (cow is the most popular, but sheep, goat and even buffalo milk can create delicious cheeses) using enzymes found in the stomachs of most mammals to help theme digest milk, then cut and heated to separate the whey from the curds. after that, the cheese is washed, stirred and cooked to dry and further acidify the curds, then the whey is drained, leaving only the edible curds behind. cheese is also often salted or brined (dunked in a salt solution) before being shaped in molds and then aged. cheese can be aged for a simple few days or many long years. some popular kinds of cheese include cheddar, mozzarella, swiss, provolone, mascarpone (my personal favorite even though i’m lactose intolerant) and brie, all of which differ in making and origin.
in summary, humans have had a close relationship with cheese throughout history, advancing in cheese-making technology each day. each type of cheese is different and unique in their own ways, varying from age, origin, milk and many more. cheese has been a quintessential part in cultures and history throughout the world and will continue to be through decades to come.

Cheese is a very delicious food and has made history in the Hazelpage war, and there are many delicious foods that would not be the same without cheese, including macaroni and cheese, pizza, and cheese crisps. There are many kinds of cheeses, including cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, provolone, brie, and blue cheese. Cheese can be bought at your local grocery store, and cheese is WAY better than fries. Over a thousand types of cheese exist, according to wikipedia. Cheese has a longer shelf life than milk. There is a theory that cheese was created on accident in 8000 BCE, by milk being stored in a container from an animal’s stomach, causing the rennet to cause the milk to turn into curd or whey. And in the year 1000, Anglo-Saxons in England named a village close by the river Thanes, Ceswican, which meant “cheese farm”. Cheese is the most important part of a cheeseburger. In my opinion, nothing can ever replace cheese as my favorite snack.

Clover’s essay was too lengthy and didn’t have much proper grammar. Its readability is not great, and the essay sort of jumps from one fact to another. It is also pretty hard to tell when a sentence ends and another begins.

okay so first of all, give me one instance of incorrect grammar (also saying ‘much proper grammar’ doesn’t seem right for some reason), and don’t you dare say anything about me not using capitals. also, your essay doesn’t even have transition words :p. secondly, i wrote this in the blogclan reply section, which makes it hard for me to space things out. cheeso bolding it makes it harder to read, and it’s not like your’s isn’t hard to read as well. lastly, essays can vary in length. some scientific essays can be five or more pages long. i consider mine cheese essay to be one of the shorter one’s i’ve wrote.
the fact that cheeso thought i copied my essay off google proves how good it was. yes, i am lactose intolerant, but that proves my dedication to the cheese army.
REFUTING CLOVER’S REBUTTAL TO MY REBUTTAL (I think… 😛 )
Look, I want to stay on good terms and all, but may I ask how my essay is all over the place? Your essay has too many commas and and’s, and not enough periods. You were dragging out each of your sentences, which was unnecessary. I’d call that all over the place.
About the capitals thing (and saying ‘much proper grammar’ is right), an essay with correct grammar would have correct capitalization. If you think my essay doesn’t have correct grammar, I’m going to tell you right now that your essay does not have great grammar, either. I can prove that by looking up at your comment and display name right now, because it is written in all lowercases.
The fact that Cheeso called my essay “genius” in all capitals proves how good my essay is. Also, that “fire” translates to “geni” which translates “genius.” Just saying 😛

hey, not trying to be harsh but your essay isn’t even an essay. it’s a paragraph. essays are supposed to consist of four or more of your ‘essay’, and again, it doesn’t even use transitions. you go from listing one fact to another without proper transitions or elaboration. most of my sentences have two commas or less, the only exception being when i list items. don’t even get me started on your name. some of the most bland, overused, prefixes and suffixes in the fandom.
ok i gtg i need to sleep. (it’s ok, we can still be friends. also, i could teach you parliamentary debate if you wanted to, you seem like you could be a good debater and you’re still in elementary school :0)
Constructive criticism is always okay, but let’s remember to remain constructive and encouraging. This goes for everyone here. I understand this seems to be all in good spirits, but let’s make sure it stays that way by respecting everyone’s work!
