  • Ahh I need to level up Bonita and Luana. I have an idea for Luana but, I have a question…
Could the picture be a joking about her powers?
(She has ice powers you know where I’m going with this)

      • I DREW REED

  • Wildflower’s Escape I
Wildflower had to get away. These cats were excited about these powers, happy. Idiots, all of them. Didn’t they realize that Harnor gave them the powers? Harnor didn’t care if any of them died, this was all a game to him. What did he care what these cats felt about dying? These cats had ambitions to fulfill, revenge to take… None of them realized that going into these tests was death. Why was Wildflower here? There was nothing for them to lose, their will to live left them long ago, with their loved ones. And if they succeeded in this task, this test, their family would be there, with them. There was nothing left to lose.

This is for level up, is it good enough? Also, do we have to do something special to level up like pass out or can it be natural and do fire peeps get immunity from their fire or does it hurt them too?

  • (This is to get to level 2)

Chao stared at an empty twoleg den, wondering what had happened to cuase such desolation. Had monsters driven the population away, and torn the city apart? As he scanned the wreckage around him, he decided that there was no way that the large creatures could have done so much damage, even if there were several of them. As he walked around, light flashing on something caught his eye, and Chao took a closer look. He carefully reached out with his paw, touched it, and jumped back. He looked down at his paw, and saw a thin line of blood across his pad. He hissed at himself, cursing his stupidity, and instead withered some of the plants that were obscuring his view. What he saw took his breath away. There was a white emerald trapped under a strange looking piece of metal. He knew that he needed to get it out, it couldn’t be left here. He activated his fire, and began burning a hole in the plants, clearing a path to the perfectly cut gem. After a while, he was able to reach his prize, and he pulled it out of it’s odd container. Chao looked at the emeralds on his paw, “three down, four to go.” He was very close to completing his life mission. And as he looked at a black tom with dark orange splotches, he realized he already knew where another of the mysterious emeralds were.

  • YESS I finished writing my level 5 masterpiece.

  • Feather watched her kits play.

    Her kits.

“Dune doesn’t care,”she said bitterly”the only reason taking care of them is because he is their father. Dune says once they’ll get older,we’ll take our separate ways and the kits will choose one of us to go with.” She sighed and shook herself.

“But Wren and Blizzard are littermate. How can be separate them . . . when Sky is already dead?”

Feather created a small fire, far away from the kits,in frustration. Why Harnor . . . was I the one who killed Wren?

“Mama?”Wren squealed from under the bush. “Is everything alright?”

    She jerked up. “Oh,everything’s fine,dear.”

Blizzard’s tail twitched. “Tell us a story!”

Feather purred, settling down in the next. The kits scrambled to her belly. “What would you want me to tell?”

The kits thought. “About the Tests!”they mewled at the same time.

“So,in the first Test, there were three caves. Each cave had a cat’s memory in it. We had to do something to get a key. Like in your father’s cave,we had to fight a monster. Then we had to throw out keys down into a chasm, and . . . Dune jumped off and died” The kits shuddered

“Here,”Feather suggested “how about we stop for a while. We’ll practice our powers. You can’t survive out here without some basic moves.”

The kits nodded eagerly and found an open spot. “First, think deeply about what power you think you have. Stay focused and don’t let any other except powers come into your mind.”

Suddenly,Wren’s pupils narrowed and became neon. She had electric sparks appear at her paws. Feather nodded approvingly. “One of your powers is Electricity. How about you,Blizzard?”

Blizzard spat out a dark, purple, gooey, liquid. Both kits held their tounge out in disgust. “We’ll,this liquid keeps forming in my mouth.”

    “Poison.”

Wren started to pad around restlessly. She yelped and started licking her paw. “I stepped on a thorn,”she complained.

“Rest,”Feather ordered her kit. She heard the sound of a bubble pop. Turning around, she spotted Blizzard standing near a puddle with a small bubble in front of him. Water powers. “Come along,Blizzard. Let’s finish the story!” Blizzard padded over into the bush.

“In the second Test,Dune was recarrinated along with his sister,Wren, the cat you were named after. We had to run a loooooong way in five days. Each day, some ground behind us crumbled away. In the last test, well . . . Harnor turned Wren into a fire demon . . . and . . . I killed her.”

The kits gasped and Blizzard glared at her.

Feather stood up and found a spot to practice her power. The kits did the same, but far away from her. Feather grew a clump of stinging nettle. She created a small ring of fire around her and expanded the ring until it burned the hurtful plant.

Feather padded outside and called out for for her bees, but instead of the humming of a swarm of the bees, came the chirps and tweets of a flock of birds.

    Have I mastered my powers?

She padded back inside, curled up in the nest, and watched the kits play.

Dune came in,carrying a fresh, plump, rabbit. Wren and Blizzard can up to him and started talking about their powers. He looked at them with love and affection his eyes. At that moment,Feather realized something.

The kits could have her,but she didn’t care.

    She loved them.

Dune could hate her,but she didn’t care.

    She loved him.

    Wren and Blizzard weren’t hers.

    They were theirs.

  • I’ve written all of Wildflower’s level ups, and I understand that I can only level up once every test/wait/just waits I forget, but I’ll just put them here for now. Also, I was wondering if Wildflower’s posts count as Lantern’s posts for level up?

    Wildflower’s Escape II
Their mother died in a bout of sickness with her brother. Sunshine and Thundercloud, they remembered. Wildflower and her, at the time, other brother and sister, Sunflower and Starshine, were alone at a young age. They never knew their father, but mother had said that his name was Wild Horse, and that he was a formidable cat. But they never believed that. Who would leave their mate and four kits? Wildflower, Starshine and Sunflower had to fend for themselves in an ugly world. The meadow valley they lived in was good to them, keeping away strong winds and supplying them with plenty of prey.
They were 13 moons old when the storm hit. The three orphaned siblings were split up in the wildfire that swept the land. Wildflower found the stream in time, but her siblings couldn’t. She had lost them, her home, and her identity. This was the moment she decided that she couldn’t be herself anymore. She was now them.
Another four moons pass. Wildflower searched the land for her siblings but found no trace of them, instead finding a loner. Twisted Violet, she called herself, or Violet for short. Violet was much older than Wildflower, and helped Wildflower survive while they mourned. She would help them hunt, and often brought them flowers, joking about their name. Violet would tell Wildflower stories about the great god Harnor, and the Tests. Wildflower was already recovering from the storm when Violet died after falling from a tree. With nowhere else to go, Wildflower searched for the Tests and the great god Harnor.

  • Wildflower’s Escape III
When Wildflower arrived at the tests, the second test was already about to start. They were late. And that test wasn’t the best. The first day, and they were already just barely past the place where the ground was crumbling. They were behind. Then they found the she-cat, Pebble, and the tom, Rattlesnake. They helped Rattlesnake pull Pebble to safety, and then the two cats sped off. Behind again. And when they finally reached the finish line, they were one of the last few. And the last one to jump down the ravine. They were a disappointment, but at least they weren’t one of the dead.
During the third wait, they tried making friends. They went to comfort Quintessa after her fight with Dune, along with Frostsong and Palm. And whilst Wren was a fire monster, they decided to help Quintessa, Frostsong and Dune instead of fighting Wren. Wildflower couldn’t bear to look at the flames, seeing the ghosts of Starshine and Sunflower. They were a coward. But at least they weren’t one of the dead.
After the third test, everyone starting gaining powers, like the ones Violet told her about. Cats were floating. Levitating. Spitting poison. Using fire. The moment Wildflower’s pelt starting heating up, they knew it was the power. They could feel it, rippling through their muscles. It was such a foreign feeling, like someone was invading their body. Wildflower was scared. They left their friends, they left Quintessa and Frostsong to run. Run away. At first, it was the urge to run into the rain and cool their body. Rid it of the feeling of heat, of wildfire. But they just kept on running, blindly, through the pouring rain. Farther and farther away, from those cats, using magic, they were going to turn into Wren. Wildfire. And when finally, they were soaked through, they sat in a dryer area, and slept.
They dreamt of Starshine and Sunflower, swathed in smoke. Where are you? Wildflower called. Why did you leave me? How did you just disappear? Where did you go? Wildflower, Starshine responded, in a faraway voice. We are safe, but you are not. How? Wildflower asked. I can never protect anyone. Not you, not Sunflower, not Thundercloud or mother or father… No, Wildflower, Sunflower’s voice told them. That was fate. Protect yourself. But I’m so small, Wildflower answered. There’s a fire burning inside you, Starshine and Sunflower’s voices responded in unison. There’s life.
Wildflower woke to the sound of Feather. Screaming. The kits must be here! Wildflower got up and ran so quickly, they only barely glanced at the flowers beside them. Which weren’t they before, were they? Despite running for hours before, they didn’t seem far away from the others. Perhaps they went in a kind of circle. They sprinted for a while before feeling the heat under their pelt again. This time they embraced it, and before long, their pelt glowed, rippling in golden waves. The rain that was in their fur evaporated. Small flames appeared in her tracks, somehow fueling them and giving them more energy to run. They were stronger, faster, fitter. Wildflower heard another scream. Quintessa’s. No! Wildflower thought. Please, make it in time!
They finally found the cats. It seemed that Feather had given birth to the kits, and everyone was congratulating her. And they found Quintessa, hanging to the edge of the group. “Quintessa!” they called. I won’t leave you again, they promised. Not you , or Starshine, or Sunflower, or Frostsong, or even Dune. I will protect you with these powers. I will never succumb into Harnor’s wrath, and I won’t let that happen to any of you, either. My fire will burn for you.
