I finished Season One a couple days ago, and now I’m watching Season Two. I don’t have a favorite character, I just like the gems each for different reasons. At the beginning, Pearl was my favorite.
Also, I have “Let My Drive My Van Into Your Heart” stuck in my head 😛

I-.. I don’t even know how to respond to that except… your welcome. I know at times it can seem.. whats the word… I’m just going to use silly. But it actually does help. I’m so happy that it’s working for you too, but remember- just because the series ended doesn’t mean it’s gone. Now we just have to keep the fandom going. Alright here is my take on the SU ships
First off not really a fan of Steven x (insert any gem here) because of the whole thousands-of-years-old thing
Rupphire and Connverse ofc are very sweet and cute
I headcanon Peridot as acearo as confirmed by a storyboarder though maybe not wholly canon so no Lapidot for me
Bispearl is cute but Pearl x Spending time to think of herself and just vibin without any commitments yet is also cute
Lapmuth is also pretty good, I could live with it
Jaspis,,, under certain conditions, it’s fine, but I dunno if I like it much
Amethyst x food. That’s it
Volleynel and Yellow Pearl x Blue Pearl (or as I like to call them, Yelp and Bloop) are also very good
But the true otp, or rather ot3, is Steven x Connie x Therapy because let’s face it Connie’s had her fair share of not so fun experiences too

I honestly am meh on the whole lapidot thing. I don’t know how I see Peridot, though I do really like the aro-ace headcanon. If I was to ship her with anyone it would be Amethyst. I… don’t like Rupphire. I know, me, not liking a canon ship that everyone loves, what a surprise. (This is sarcasm to be very clear, *cough* SilverGray and FireSand *cough*.) I hate Sapphire.
