    Basic Story – Five largely unknown gods have retrieved a mysterious artifact. Bored with the pristine perfection and happy endings of the multiverse, they decide it is time for a change – and pick a group of teens from Original Earth, the template for all other universes in exchange for bring completely and utterly ordinary, to send throughout the multiverse and mess everything up. Now, the future of the universes they explore is in their hands – for now.

    Tl;dr – everyone who signs up has been randomly chosen to entertain some random deities by going to fandoms/universes to mess stuff up.

    Tidbits about it because I have not figured it all it but hope yall could help?? 😛 –

    – It’s a collab, but you can sign up to be in the story and not write as well – someone else/I will write your character (note that not everyone will be accepted unless there are a bunch of writers but i doubt that)

    – The name has not been chosen yet, so comment some if you think of some!

    – The story will be seperated into Parts, which tell which universe/fandom this takes place in, and chapters, which each of the collab writers will take turns writing in first person pov

    – If you have any questions, ask me!

    • Here’s the prologue draft!

      Our Shattered Perfection (placeholder name)

      ~~~ Prologue ~~~

      I looked at the figures that stood around me. We were all standing in one of the many, many rooms that inhibited the empty, joyless mansion, which resided in an empty, joyless void. Literally.

      In my sweaty hands was the crystal. A powerful artifact we retrieved from a benefactor of ours. Glowing a faint, icy blue, I gripped it like it was the only thing that would keep me alive.

      “We’ve all decided, then,” I mumbled, my voice echoing throughout the silent room. The others stared back at me blankly. “It’s time to blow this popsicle stand.”

      I said it so seriously Cassiel laughed, a loud, booming sound that filled us with hopefulness. Which made sense, since she was the forgotten goddess of hope.

      We all were forgotten gods; Cassiel, goddess of hope, Remmi, god of dance, Yenda, goddess of song, Denni, god of luck, and me, Sedona, goddess of chaos. Somewho we ended up here, in this junkpile, without any royal palaces or servants or humans to sacrifice for us. Just us and the stupid void.

      Our benefactor, however, decided to lend us a hand, and gave us basic commodities: cable, computers, and WiFi.

      They also lent us this crystal, which they said was very powerful and for entertainment purposes only. But only when we were bored did we figure out it’s real ability: To send humans on a quest.

      So obviously, we thought up a great plan, almost like a TV show. Get the crystal to do it’s magic, then watch as universe-wide unraveling begins. Fun, right?

      Well, it’s fun for me, at least. I am the goddess of chaos.

      “Cast away into this wretched void. Well, guess what, world?” I held out the crystal, which starting pulsing magical waves all around us. Remmi danced, Yenda giggled, Cassi beamed, and Denni gaped, as I started the chant.

      “ULITLGGVM DV DVIV,

      ULITLGGVM ML NLIV,

      OVG’H NZPV HLNV XSZLH,

      ZMW HSZGGVI GSVRI DLIOWH;

      LMV YB LMV,

      GSVB DROO IVNVNYVI LFI MZNVH,

      GSV LMVH DSL HVMG GSV SFNZMH,

      DSL KOZBVW LFI ORGGOV TZNVH,”

      Remmi started dancing faster, soaring off the ground; Yenda and Cassi sang a song of good cheer; and Denni gathered gathered his good luck trinkets, crossing his everything. It helped the magic strengthen when we put our own magics together, however useless they were.

      “GSV LMVH DSL DIVXPVW GSV NFOGREVIHV,

      ZOO RM LFI MZNVH.”

      One by one, we placed our hands on the crystal, each chanting our own name.

      “Denni.” “Remmi.” “Yenda.” “Cassiel.”

      “Sedona.”

      A burst of light swept us off our feet, flying around the room like a bird. Eagerly, I crawled towards it, curious. The bird showed us the humans it chose. Even better, the adolescent humans known for their abundance of prophecies and love triangles (seriously, what the flip??): teenagers.

      I licked my lips. “Guys, I think we just found our new main characters.”

      The others nodded. I held out my hand, and felt my magic connect to the creature. Now all we needed to do was hook it up to the TV, and boom! Our own little reality show.

      I grinned wildly.

      The bird flew out of the window, which lead to the empty void; outside that? The multiverse, in all it’s pristine, picture-perfection and saccharine happy endings.

      That’s all about to change though. After all, what’s perfection…

      Without a little chaos?

  • Stuff we need to figure out before we get started:

    – Which universe/fandom the MCs will go to first (I’m thinking maybe a vote?)

    – How many chapters we will spend in that universe

    – Who will be writing those chapters

    I also have an idea for my character… so I think I’ll work on her/them for a bit and get back to yall on that

  • I would like to sign up for the role of a writer as well as providing one illustration per chapter!
    Also, out of all the fandoms I am in, I think the one Piper would learn the most in Hollow Knight. For one, exploring Hallownest would certainly teach her the caution she desperately lacks, and she would definitely learn that she won’t have the advantage of surprise in every battle.
    Out of curiosity, will they transform into more suitable forms that are closer to canon, e.g. being a dragon in Wings of Fire or a cat in Warriors, or stay human? I think the former would be interesting to explore as it would certainly add a bit more of a shock factor.

      (Do you think you could take on a few chapters for the no position people? Not right away, but for later. just asking 🙂 )

      Sounds like fun! My original plan was for everyone to stay as a group, going through fandoms together… But! Another thing we could do is separate them into two groups… And their first main goal is to find each other. What do you think?

      Staying human was the original plan, but I think with stuff like Warriors it’d be difficult to write… So yeah, transmogrifying is probably the better choice 😛

      Side note: I have an idea for my character: basically, she’s a sort of ghost creature who follows the gang and sarcastically narrates what they do (so like Narrator!Charra, in a way). She has the same origins as them, but she was effected by the magic that brought her out of her home, causing her to take the shape of a ghost. What do you think?

        2. I didn’t mean they wouldn’t stick together per se, I meant more of each character would get one fandom to have a character arc then the next gets a spotlight. They would all be there.
        3. I’ll start soon as I get a prompt and all the info I need
        4. Yeah, that’s what I was thinking, because take Wings of Fire, for instance, they just kill off humans without any though. Or like in Hollow Knight, everyone’s a bug and they wouldn’t fit in Hallownest, they would be too big to even enter and they couldn’t really do much.
        5. That’s the best idea I have ever heard, yes yes yes yes. OR you could make the eagle from the draft prologue be the ghost, transformed into that state to follow them around.
        6. Also, could you make some sort of gathered thing for all the characters and their traits? Docs, I found, isn’t too good at that, so maybe another platform.
        7. I’m nearly done with Piper’s formal attire, should be done tonight!

          5. Thanks and oooh yes that would be cool. Another idea bouncing off that: the eagle merges with my character and that’s how she gets into this mess; she wasn’t actually chosen she just got bumped in the head by the eagle. The eagle’s magic manifests it’s new host into a new form, the ghost-narrator thing.

  • I could probably write any chapters involving Miitopia, Pokemon, Dragon Quest, Wings of Fire, PJO/HOO (don’t feel like typing it all out because I’m tired 😛 ), Camp Camp, and Warriors…

    …yeah my fandoms did change a bit 😛

      – First chapter is gonna be my POV for convenience

      – the fandom will be Warriors, for convenience

      – the gang of cats are most likely gonna travel through the Old Forest bc i haven’t caught up to Warriors im sorry

      – Narrator!Me from the previous page is basically my character so look back there for me reference

      – in your chapters, you are totally, completely allowed to say anything (within BlogClan rules) and do anything (ditto). Be snarky, insult canon, make jokes; do whatever you want (if you are writing someone else’s chapter keep in mind to keep them in character tho )

      – alright i gotta get off my butt and write this
