For most of them, I kind of imagine their voices in my mind but I don’t know exactly who they sound like. 😛
Like, I imagine Gary having a deep voice, and Fireblaze’s and Sophia’s voices having more of a ringing tone. Jilly’s voice is quite high-pitched and even squeaky. Sandy and Dusty have similar voices but they sound different because Sandy speaks more confidently, while Dusty is more quiet- often talking in a whisper.
I imagine one of my evil characters Nightweb sounding similar to Hawkfrost in Walk without the Stars.
Um, so, like, there’s this guy, right? He’s British, his name is Craig Charles, and, so, that’s what my character Craig sounds like, because he has the same name, y’know? And his breed’s also British, so it works.
Yuri… Sounds like me, which means she has a lower voice than most girls, she definitely sounds more like a man, like me.
Apparently Cirtesta proposed the new rank “leader-guardians” not to protect herself, but to protect her jewelry she wears.

I actually changed some stuff with Cirtesta and the Dachtyllidians in general, so now all the leader (6 bracelets, 2 earrings), the second-in-command (2 bracelets), and elite members (1 bracelet) are wearing some kind of jewelry to display their status, and all Dachtyllidians wear a gemstone on their head and a gemstone-studded necklace made out of some kind of valuable metal.
so its no longer crazy, just Dachtyllidian.

Mine is definitely Sandy and Dusty! They’re such good sisters, and are very supportive of each other in a sweet way. I think they’re very cute together. <3

Well, a few months ago I would have said Ferris & Simon, but I think it may have changed to Basil and Sage. They’re sort of like your Sandy and Dusty. Basil especially is just such a supportive sister. If Sage is upset, she’ll trying to annoy her into being happy. She makes it her goal to make her sister smile, which almost turns it into a competition. (“Ha! I saw that smile! Even your perpetual scowl can not withstand my power!”-Basil)
I don’t have any favorites, I’m not too far yet…
but literally only one I have is ParevmaXNixuma and I’m only on Chapter 3 so I don’t know how that’ll turn out

Parevma & Nixuma, and Katainia’s cubs: a parent-kid relationship i fairly like as of now.
Denagma & Nagoudi: Despite being extremely minor characters, these two raccoon-cats are very close twins (kinda like Sandy and Dusty or something)
BAD RELATIONSHIPS:
You never said that these relationships had to be good…
Flomichilli and Fyneiro (twins): They argue so much I think it’s starting to get hilarious.

I have a bunch but one of my favorites is Gingerleg and Cloudstar’s friendship. They’re really close and when Cloudstar is stressed he vents to Gingerleg.
Probably the relationship between mah girls, Dapplescar and Skyfall. They’re best friends, but they are literally closer than siblings. Skyfall has a brother named Sunleap, and he and Dapplescar were mates until they broke up (I won’t go into details), and Skyfall decided to comfort Dapplescar and stay by her side rather then helping out her brother (also, it was kinda Sunleap’s fault they broke up, even though Dapplescar was the one to end they’re relationship).
Yuri and Craig are really good friends!

FINAL COUNT: 160, which doesn’t seem like a lot, but that is only the characters I have planned to show up and its not including any of the characters who have no impact on the story / universe other than simply being a name.

So, basically I went through a phase where I just came up with random names and gave them descriptions, but I never gave them any backstory, and they were mostly based off the books. I have 216 of those😛
I, however, recently wiped my OC slate clean, so I have probably 100 OCs. (A lot of these are cats in the clans who aren’t really main characters.)
*I’m only counting characters I’ve actually bothered to give personalities to, random F.A.N.G. characters that show up once and anything from my trashy warriors fan fic I wrote years ago do not count.

Total of 81, so not that many 😛 now, if we counted the trashy warriors fan fic, it would be more like 281 but I’m not going to.
When I’m done with Starlight, there are going to be 122 on Yuri’s crew alone (including Yuri), and then I still have Koshiro’s team, which is about 102 crewmates. Then there are the 50 (at least) abandoned OCs from failed books. That adds up to at least 274 characters.
I finished making up an OC just a minute ago and I already adore her!
She’s a sweet and thoughtful hen who is very dependent on her friends. She always appreciates being helped out and often asks for support. I haven’t named her yet but I think her breed might be a Blue Andalusian hen.
She sounds like a good character!

I’ll turn my back to you, both stars and blood alike.I love writing about my OC Jilly! She’s a relatively new character and I’ve been wanting to have a character with her personality for a while. I come up with endless scenes with her which is just super fun and prevents me from running out of book ideas. Her relationship with Fireblaze is also adorable.

Jilly is six years old and has a very funny, entertaining personality. She is enthusiastic and everything excites her. Very cheerful, she is optimistic and easy-going. Jilly has a vivid imagination and she is also chatty- constantly talking about random things no one can understand. Very loyal to her friends -especially Fireblaze- she admires them and tries to be helpful to them, but usually ends up making a big mess in her attempts.
Her likes include balloons, elevators, brooms, toys, balls, colorful things, socks, cars, junk, vacuum cleaners, and many more completely random things that would take forever to list.

1.) Fire has a lot of songs she likes, but her number one favorite is probably Fight Song by Rachel Platten.

I found a hunger games simulator thingy online and plugged some of my ocs into it, which was highly amusing.
Round 1 winner: Piper Wolfe (one of Simon’s moms), with six kills. She and Simon were the last two left 😛 what a good mom.
Round 2 winner: Piper Wolfe, again, but this time with 0 kills. (the wolf mutts got most of the people, then Basil killed Sage with a hatchet, and Basil and Occisor both got sick and died on their own.)
Round 3 winner: Ferris Griffin, with 3 kills. The last three were him, Sage, and Marcus, and he triumphantly killed both of them. (Piper, tragically, died earlier in this round because she tried to poison Basil but accidentally poisoned herself 😛 )

Okay, but I’m leaving the actual OCs that are participating in something very similar to Hunger Games out of it.
Also, because my OCs are hybrids that have differing sizes…somethings that are physically impossible happen.
Round 1: Luxumbra with 5 kills, with Sipergia and Luna as runner-ups. (Luxumbra is a Dachtylidian elite soldier, Sipergia is the Tempestan second-in-command, and Luna is Pelidian second-in-command)
Round 2: Okeamos with 2 kills, with Megapavla and Katainia as runner-ups. (Okeamos is one of the Panuban leaders, Megapavla is a Dachtylidian treasure-guardian, and Katainia is the Tempestan leader) (Lux got killed by Fyneiro after Fyneiro convinced him not to kill her)
Round 3: Okeamos (again) with 2 kills (again again), with Rubrestas and Fyneiro as runner-ups. (Rubrestas and Fyneiro are both Pelidian leaders) (Lux got drowned by Okeamos during an Arena Event)

Spotty is actually similar to Alderpaw/heart in many ways. Xe can also be very worried at times, and xe’s shy around cats xe doesn’t know well.

Is it okay if I answer with an entire camp/country/clan?
For me, it would be Panubes and Tenelxoria. Panubes really has nothing going on for them other than having two second-in-commands, claiming a strip of the ocean as their land, and having leaders that are half-siblings. Honestly, I think Panubes was more interesting when it was Paganos and Neromos (and I haven’t written that part yet, but I know Paganos and Neromos are going to be more interesting than Panubes). Panubes kinda reminds me of modern-day RiverClan, actually because the only characters that are relevant are its highest ranking members (leader and medicine cats for RiverClan, leaders for Panubes) and both of their interesting features have something to do with water (RiverClan being the only cats who can swim, and Panubes being the only camp to claim the actual ocean and have aquatic soldiers)
All named characters of this camp are Caelus, Thaeraki, Alruinus, Argenti, Lapsus, Claustra, Fluctus, Elateri, and Tenebris, with only Caelus, Thaeraki, and a little bit of Alruinus having a sliver of personality. The only thing the other Panubans have going for them is that Argenti is just the Caelus-favorable second-in-command, Claustra is blind but still an elite soldier, Elateri is non-binary, and Fluctus and Tenebris just…exist.
Their Crystal Wish Battle tributes aren’t any better. Larkspur technically doesn’t count as Panuban as xe was never mentioned to join Panubes, so Firian is the only actual Panuban tribute. AND HE DIED OFF-SCREEN AND THE ONLY WAY WE KNOW HE DIED IS A BRIEF MENTION.
Second up, Tenelxoria. Tenelxoria is at least more developed than Panubes and at least has some kind of vibe going for it, but that vibe is literally just “emolords who live in a dark forest and want to kill everyone”. Basically, ShadowClan but more boring. They are isolated from the other camps, they live in shadows so they are edgy, and they were kicked off of the Solarian island (where the other camps live) just so Paganos and Neromos can fight over the coast.
At least its relevant members, Rikardia, Corusca (i think that’s what his name was), Patachoros, Sanguis, and Macula have a sliver of personality, with Rikardia having the most. Although Rikardia is still an edgy emolord who wants revenge on every single camp on existence because of what happened with Paganos and Neromos a.k.a Panubes. Corusca is edgy in a more deadpan way, Patachoros is literally crazy (not edgy-crazy, just crazy), Sanguis is the only actually sane person in the vicinity but no one listens to them, and Macula is mainly good-natured but isn’t afraid to pick a fight with Rikardia specifically.
Tenelxoria does a little better with its CWB tributes, but Scarlett…still died off-screen with a brief mention of her death attached to it. However, Lana had a pretty big role in the battle.

Sooooo many 😛 most of my book characters have backstories of some kind, but it’s hard to work them in properly and I always feel like I’m not showing the whole character. And then there’s the ones I haven’t developed yet but should.
Ethan, a German Shepherd character, was the main character of a project I scrapped. He had a lot of backstory and had an interesting personality, so probably him.
