Hello! It’s Turtlepaw here back with another article!
Today, I will be talking about why I ship Tawnypelt and Feathertail, and why they could totally work as a couple!
First of all, Tawnypelt and Feathertail’s personalties compliment each other really well.
Tawnypelt is brave, loyal, can be a little sarcastic at times, and is a bit stubborn.
Feathertail is gentle, kindhearted, loving, and polite.
As you can see, they’re opposites. But opposites attract- it’s something that has been proven in Warriors many times over.
For that reason, I believe that Tawnypelt and Feathertail could work well together, since I heard somewhere that if people are too similar, they can fight, but they’re opposites, so they could probably work as a couple.
A second reason that I think Tawnypelt and Feathertail would make a good couple is this: they can relate to each other.
Think about it: they are both half-Clan, and both happen to have a ThunderClan parent- in Feathertail’s case, Graystripe, and in Tawnypelt’s case, Goldenflower.
They both had to struggle with hatred from other cats- in Tawnypelt’s case, cats didn’t trust her because she was Tigerstar’s daughter, and because she was half-Clan- and cats didn’t trust Feathertail because of her half-Clan parentage as well.
Because they both know the struggle of trying to convince cats they aren’t bad because of how they were born, I believe that Tawnypelt and Feathertail could comfort and relate to each other, and help each other through bad memories.
Tawnypelt and Feathertail were shown to be friends on the journey to the sun-drown place, but I think they would work really well together as not only friends, but as a couple.
After all, Feathertail was shown helping Tawnypelt a lot after the tortoiseshell she-cat injured her leg.
This incident opens up a lot of opportunities for Feathertail X Tawnypelt head canons, which is really cool!
I know that Tawnypelt and Feathertail will never be a couple, because Feathertail is dead now, and Tawnypelt became mates with Rowanclaw.
But I still ship this beautiful ship, and in my heart, it shall always be canon.
Also, this ship is the main reason I don’t really ship Feathertail X Crowfeather 😛

Tawny x Feather is cute, but I prefer Feather x Crow, and view them more like really awesome friends then a ship. But you made wonderful points, and they do have a lot of potential! <3 And though I don't really like their ship, I really love their friendship!
Some of what you wrote is actually true for Feather x Crow too! They are both complete opposites, and they can relate to each other pretty well! Feathertail knows what it's like to have a distant father, like Crowpaw has. Feathertail also knows what it's like to be left out of her Clan- she used to be turned away because the RiverClan warriors were too scared to stick up for her and her brother when Tigerstar ruled RiverClan, while Crowpaw simply felt left out on the journey, with Tawnypelt having Brambleclaw, Brambleclaw having Tawnypelt and Squirrelpaw, and Feathertail having Stormfur. But Crowpaw having no one. Feathertail felt alone and betrayed in her Clan- and Crowpaw felt alone and betrayed in the group of traveling cats.
But you are right, Tawnypelt and Feathertail had a lot of similarities that I never thought about before! <3 That's really cool!
So once again, I adore Tawny and Feather's friendship, but I don't really see them as a couple. This article made me love their friendship so much more, though! Great job, Turtle! Your article was super cool and very convincing! 🙂

I love this pairing! Glad someone noticed their relationship. But Feathertail isn’t always kind, gentle, loving and something, she can lose her sweet attitude and have her badgirl moments at times. She gives me a vibe of my friend who is kind because “that’s how I was raised”, but isn’t an always patient sweetie, you’d know if you saw her reaction after our teacher told us to rewrite the entire text about ancient Egypt. I’d describe her more as “sympathetic and friendly” than sweet, gentle and loving, but it is people’s choice anyway. But I 100% agree! TawnyFeather for the win! I loved their little friendship, and they could have similar experiences in the past, also Featherkit spent her earliest days beside Tawnykit.

Wow yes I never thought about that before! Tawnypelt and Feathertail is awesome! I’ve never liked Crowfeather, so I’ve never been into Feather x Crow, but I 100% agree with Tawny x Feather!!!!!
I Hate Crowfeather. he acts really rude to the other five, even Fethertail herself!
and it’s just something about his actions. like this is actually mostly directed on just Crow & Bramble, not Stormfur, but when Squirrelpaw was stuck under the bush, the boys were like “Help them? never heard of it!”
But also, Nightcloud. why NIGHTCLOUD? no offence, but I dispize nightcloudXcrowfeather. I mean, really, even CROWFEATHER is to good for her.
Feathertail X Tawnypelt is a better ship. I actually wish Crowfeather died instead of Feathertail and that Leafpool go find another WindClan dude to have Hollyleaf, Lionblaze and Jayfeather. (I mean, I can live without Hollyleaf, can’t you?)
