The worst mothers in Warriors by Yarrowpaw

Yarrowpaw discusses the worst mothers in the series.

Heya, blogclanners! My third article is out. Today, I will talk about the worst mothers in Warriors, as how the title says. No, I will not rank them. For me, they are equal.
SPOILERS TO: YELLOWFANG’S SECRET, TALLSTAR’S REVENGE AND CROOKEDSTAR’S PROMISE
First, Palebird
For the ones who didn’t read Tallstar’s Revenge, she is Tallstar’s mother. The one who didn’t support him when he needed him, and when he left, she acted like she didn’t make anything wrong. I know this is not the reason why Tallstar, then Talltail, left, but how Shrewclaw went to him and said “It was just teasing, I am sorry”, and she was just “Leaving?”.
This is not all, when his dad was mean to Tallpaw and then died, who was hiding in the nursery, without even soothing him? Palebird. Who made him feel like if Finchkit lived and he died, his parents would be prouder? Palebird (and Sandgorse, but we are talking about mothers). Who was mean to Talltail? Palebird. And then, she mated with Woollytail, after just a few months after her former’s death, like nothing happened, making Talltail even more mad.
Rainflower
For the ones who don’t know (I mean nobody 😛), Rainflower is Crookedstar’s horrible mother. Who doesn’t know what she did? But, I still need to explain. Rainflower, after Crookedkit’s, then Stormkit, accident, she treated him coldly, favorizing Oakkit. She wanted to rename Stormkit, giving him one of the most cruel name, Crookedkit. Even Echomist, another queen, took care of him, and Rainflower didn’t. His mother gave him his own nest, just because he injured his jaw. She was selfish. Even when Crookedstar got his warrior name, she was ignoring him. Poor Crookedstar, just because of her he got manipulated by Mapleshade.
And the last one
Lizardstripe
She is the adoptive mother of Brokenstar. The horrible adoptive mother. She was naming her kits brats. Who is calling her kits brats? I understand, you don’t want to become a queen, but your kits aren’t guilty. And she was calling Brokenkit milk stealer. She wasn’t controling her kits, letting them bully Brokenkit. I blame her for Brokenstar’s behavior. She was privating him for milk. Because of her, he was supposed to be friends with Yellowfang, and that made his siblings bullying him more.
