I leap into battle, tail bushed out. My first battle! I think. I notice a handsome FlameClan warrior staring at me. I think it’s Sunfall, FlameClan’s deputy. What does he think he’s doing? I hiss at him. He stares at me in surprise. Stupid toms! I think. Then I see Flamestar. He will be my target. I leap at him. Make your warriors retreat I hiss. Get out! I bite his leg. Hard. He struggles to get up. Suddenly, a flash of silver and pure white fur blur between my eyes. Coldstar! She yowls , I’ll handle this! to me. Ok. I shrug. Then I leap at a white she-cat. Whitecloud I think. Me and her struggle in the dust. Just as her claws are about to rake my muzzle, a sun colored tom leaps at me.. no leaps at Whitecloud and pulls her off of me. Sunfall! I gasp. Then I hear a cry of pain. Then Sunfall screeches, retreat! Flamestar is injured! Then he gives one last loving and caring glance in my direction and runs outside the camp. What was that about? I wonder. Suddenly a swirl of water no ice lands at my paws…. in the shape of a heart.
(And I think thats enough cats from SnowClan who are falling in love with FlameClan cats.)
Rainpaw stared at Ice. “Did that FlameClan warrior just save you?”
“Yes, he did” Rainingbreeze replied. “And now I am going to torture y’all with the taste of herbs!” Rainingbreeze purred. “Come on Gracepaw, don’t be slow!” she called to her apprentice.
So happy to be active again!
(Sorry I’ve been so inactive, I just got a new computer so I lost a ton of things including my sign in)
Leader: Goldenkit, you have reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to be apprenticed. From this day on, until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Goldenpaw. Your mentor will be Midnight. I hope Midnight will pass down all she knows on to you.
Goldenpaw! Goldenpaw! Goldenpaw!
“Goldenpaw! Goldenpaw! Goldenpaw!” Rainpaw chanted.
Goldenpaw! Goldenpaw! Goldenpaw!
Leader: Midnight, you are ready to take on an apprentice. You have received excellent training from Nightflower, and you have shown yourself to be skillful and brave. You will be the mentor of Goldenpaw, and I expect you to pass on all you know to Goldenpaw.
Goldenpaw! Goldenpaw! Goldenpaw!
Good job Goldenpaw 🙂
Goldenpaw! Goldenpaw!!
Yay!
(I’ll be doing FlowerClan updates, updating the cats maybe every week or so.)
(Blossom, can you help me out?)
EDIT: Blossom said she would help out.
Coldstar, when is the next round?
(I love NTA)
Gracepaw watched over Roseshadow and Blossompaw. She yawned. “Go to sleep now, you’ve been awake for quite a long time.” Rainingbreeze meowed, settling down on the other side of the two warriors. “Okay.” Gracepaw settled down into her nest, and fell asleep.
“You’re just like me.” A voice whispered in Gracepaw’s ear. She opened her eyes, and saw a small, lithe, amber eyed pale brown tabby she-cat with a white chest and paws sitting on a boulder, in a forest. “Who are you?” She asked. There was movement at the far edge of her vision, and Yellowfang sat down next to the she-cat. “This is Leafpool, the former ThunderClan medicine cat, who is my apprentice Cinderpelt’s apprentice.” Yellowfang explained. “I had a tom I loved outside of my clan too, even though I was a medicine cat.” Leafpool mewed. “You wouldn’t have known it, but I was one of the medicine cats who took a mate too.” Yellowfang sighed. “Just remember, there are medicine cats who have also taken a mate. You are never alone. But, the choice you must make is yours and yours alone.” Leafpool and Yellowfang told her. Gracepaw was about to reply but the two starry cats faded away, along with the forest. She was now in a dreamless sleep.
Rainingbreeze prodded her apprentice awake. “Get up!” she yowled. “I’ve already called you once, you slow poke, to come with me to treat injeries! Hurry up! We need to get all of our clan treated!”
Goldenpaw peeked out of the medicine den. “I could help, if you’d like. I didn’t get injured.”
“Alright. Come to my den and we’ll see what you can do,” Rainingbreeze answered.
Goldenpaw trotted into the den, smelling the sharp, unusual scents. “So, what first?” she asked, sitting down and sweeping her tail around her paws. She felt slightly optimistic. My first job as an apprentice! And no stupid ghosts have come to disturb me.
Rainingbreeze looked down at the newly-named apprentice. She really does want to help! I wonder if she’ll enjoy her warrior duties. Does she want to be a medicine-cat? “Oh-u-u-m,” she snapped out of her thoughts as she heard Goldenpaw’s voice. The little apprentice was sitting down withe her tail wrapped around her paws. “Sorry, I was just thinking,” she meowed. “Alright! So, Can you run around camp and tell me who has the worst injuries?” she asked more like an order. “Then I will show you how to treat them.”
Gracepaw padded up to her mentor. “Do you think Goldenpaw would be a good medicine cat too?” She asked quietly, her eyes trailing after the apprentice.
“She might, but your my apprentice, you lucky little furball!” Rainingbreeze purred.
Gracepaw woke up and stretched each of her stiff legs. “Okay, Rainingbreeze.” She yawned. She knew there was no point in arguing with her mentor. Then she grabbed a couple of herbs, such as marigold, and of course cobweb. “She padded around the camp, assesing the injuries from yesterday. She determined that Roseshadow and Blossompaw were the worst, Ice had some nasty scratches, and Pinkflame had a few small torn out tufts of fur. She padded over to Blossompaw and Roseshadow. She started to treat their wounds. “Will my warrior ceremony be postponed because of this?” Blossompaw whimpered, opening one eye. “I don’t think so. You fought bravely.” Gracepaw meowed. Blossompaw sighed in relief and closed her eye again.
Once she had finally finished treating the apprentice’s wounds, she turned to Roseshadow. There was a infection. She carefully got out marigold, goldenrod, and cobweb. She chewed up a polutice, and plastered it on the wound. “Did you finish over here?” Rainingbreeze appeared from the warriors den. Gracepaw nodded. “Good. We’re going to learn some basic battle moves sooner or later. We have to defend ourselves against other clans.” Rainingbreeze sighed. “I hoped it wouldn’t come down to this.”
Rainpaw ran up to Gracepaw. “Is there anything I can do?” she asked. “I didn’t get much injuries, I can help.”
“Maybe after I treat you scratches, you don’t want them to get infected.” Rainingbreeze replied for Gracepaw.
Rainpaw sighed. “Marigold right?” she asked. “My scratches aren’t bleeding anymore and I cleaned it already.” She padded over to a pile of herbs and picked out the marigold, chewed it up and rubbed it over her scratches.
“Thanks, Rainpaw, but Rainingbreeze is right. You can’t be of any help if you don’t heal those scratches. Although, we are running low on some moss. Would you get some from the forest? Just don’t run, you don’t want to make those scratches worse.”
“Alright, you can get moss. But, no running! I don’t need to waste any more of my precious herbs!” Rainingbreeze yowled after the apprentice.
“Of course!” Rainpaw meowed and ran into the woods, immediately forgetting what Rainingbreeze and Gracepaw just said. She looked around and noticed a small patch by a tree. She pulled it out and continued to hunt for more.
After getting as much as she could carry, she began marching back into camp, carefully trying not to drop the moss. She noticed a gray cat quite close to the border, “Hey you!” she meowed, her voice muffled by the moss and she almost ate some moss. “Aren’t you a little close to snowclan borders?” The cat jumped and looked at the Rainpaw. “Sorry,” the cat meowed sheepishly. “But aren’t you a little too young to be out here alone?” Rainpaw snorted, “If I’m too young you must be too young as well. You can’t be that much older than me.” The cat turned around and began to walk away. “Oh and there’s a thorn in your moss,” he added, without looking back. Rainpaw flushed and quickly removed the thorn. He somewhat gracefully jumped on a rock, wobbled and fell off. Oh that must be Stonepaw, she thought. I heard he always fell off things. She couldn’t see his face, but she expected it to be flushed. Rainpaw smirked. She walked back into camp and dropped the moss in the med cat den. “I chased off a cat from another clan,” Rainpaw meowed proudly to the med cats.
(Ok I know like there are way too many cross clan relationships, but there’s like no toms in snow clan. I was thinking the tom could be Firebreeze unless he’s too old. Hopefully he’s a new warrior. or maybe stonepaw)
Edit: I’m going to chose Stonepaw. I like that he falls off of thing 😛
Yea i’m pretty sure he’s a new warrior.
niceee
(Could I be in a half-clan relationship later?)
(Of course but I think there are already too many SnowClanxFlameClan ships)
(Yeah, too many, haha)
(Could I fall in love with Lilystar???? Or any Snowclan she-cat??? Or a Flowerclan or Flameclan or Smokeclan she-cat???)
(Idk, your choice, but Lilystar already has a daughter, Ashflower, so that’s gonna be kinda weird, and there are too many SnowClanxFlameClan ships)
(Oops, I didn’t mean Flameclan haha, yes deffinetly too many, I think it’s bc Snowclan has no toms. Who’s Lilystar’s mate? Or Ashflower could be Rainingbreeze’s secret daughter or something like that???)
I just realized I have to do SmokeClan updates. (Does anyone want to help me? I can do it by myself.)
( just realized that there are so many half-clan relationships bc there are almost no toms in Snowclan :p)
(Eh)
The whole of SnowClan: she-cats
Me: wow
how do kits even get born without toms, is snowclan just tons of former kittypets and rogues? 🤔 🤔
I was itching to get out of the medicine den. It had only been a day, and I was already bored. I had been thinking about the dream I’d had, so when I finally had a chance to talk to Gracepaw, I did. “Gracepaw?” I asked. She glanced at me. “Why have you been sneaking out at night?” I could see her stiffen. “W-what?” she stammered. That’s when I realized. She was doing the same thing Coldstar was, visiting someone in another clan. “Why?” I asked. “I already know, but WHY are you doing it? You know it’s against the code!” I asked, shocked. She sighed. “It’s… complicated. Just don’t bring it up again, alright?” I nodded hesitantly. I settled back into my nest and slept.
HOW DOES SHE KNOW? I MADE SURE NO ONE SAW ME GOING OUT.
Gracepaw unsheathed and sheathed her claws angrily. She shook her head, and decided to take a walk. I’ll stay away from the FlameClan border today. She thought, even though her heart was yearning to go to the FlameClan border.
Gracepaw was padding along the SmokeClan border, when she felt like a bolt of lightning had struck her. Her vision went dark.
Tell the apprentice of light brown fur, She needs to go and not cling to her clan like a burr, to a place that even StarClan does not know where, to find and gather the scattered warriors’ heirs.
The voice disappeared. Gracepaw faintly heard some chattering.
“Who is she?” “Where is she from?” “Is she okay?” She opened her eye. Her gaze was blurry at first, but eventually she made out a lot of cats outside the den, a cat next to her who was about the same size as her, and a cat about the same size as her leader keeping them outside. She staggered up. The cat next to her immediately gently pushed her back down with paw. “I’m Cloudpaw. That she-cat over there is my mentor, Ashstripe.” Cloudpaw meowed. “Who are you, and why were you unconsious?”
“I’m Gracepaw. I.. I felt like lightning struck me.. and then my vision went black. I don’t know what happened.” Gracepaw explained, being careful to keep out the fact that she had recieved some kind of prophecy. “Hmm.. Well, you’re a paw, so who is your mentor?” Cloudpaw asked. “Rainingbreeze.” She meowed. Cloudpaw looked suprised. “Well! Rainingbreeze, SnowClan’s medicine cat. That means, you’re a medicine cat apprentice, like me.” Cloudpaw twitched a ear. “If you are a medicine cat, then you must have recieved a dream from StarClan. What did they talk to you about?” Cloudpaw asked. Stop sticking your nose in other cat’s business! Gracepaw thought crossly. “Oh, nothing.” She said breezily. “Just a little talk with our ancestors, and a little tip on how to recieve a omen, because even Rainingbreeze can’t teach me that.”
Cloudpaw nodded. “Yeah, that is important.” Then Cloudpaw turned to Ashstripe. “Ashstripe! This cat is Gracepaw of SnowClan. She’s Rainingbreeze’s apprentice.” Cloudpaw explained to Ashstripe. “We should take her back to her border.” Ashstripe nodded. “Graycloud!” Ashstipe called to the SmokeClan deputy. “Could you escort this medicine cat apprentice to the SnowClan border?” Graycloud nodded, and beckoned to her with his tail. Gracepaw stood up, and followed him.
“Alright, we’re here. Just make sure you don’t collapse again, alright?” Graycloud meowed. Gracepaw dipped her head, and padded away.
Finally, she was back at her camp. Rainingbreeze hurried out of the den, and greeted her. “Where had you gone? We were supposed to have to check on the warriors and learn some herbs.” Her mentor hissed. She lowered her voice. “I was taking a walk, when I sort of collapsed, and I heard this voice say tell the apprentice of light brown fur, she needs to go and not cling to her clan like a burr, to a place that even StarClan does not know where, to find and gather the scattered warriors’ heirs.” Rainingbreeze blinked. Then Rainingbreeze swished her tail. “Well, then, that’s a different case, so I suppose I’ll let you off. The apprentice has to be Flowerpaw, she’s the only apprentice with light brown fur. So, why don’t you go tell her?” Rainingbreeze blinked calmly at her. “Um. Okay.” Gracepaw trotted towards the apprentice’s den. Perfect. Flowerpaw was there. “Flowerpaw. I have a prophecy for you.” She whispered, not letting Flowerpaw put a word in. She cleared her throat dramatically, and announced, “Tell the apprentice of light brown fur, she needs to go and not cling to her clan like a burr, to a place that even StarClan does not know where, to find and gather the scattered warriors’ heirs.”
(Just a question- should’nt we wait for a response from someone else instead of roleplaying them along with you?? Just a thought :P)
(Yes, I’ve mentioned that before.)
