Sugarstar padded into the clearing, “Sweetsugar, could you assign a hunting patrol?” He meowed, grooming his pelt moments after on the top of the Cake Rock. He looked off into the camp, with many ice cream hills ahead.
“Ooh, can I come? I’ve been stuck in camp forever!” Doughfreeze asked childishly. She looked at Sweetsugar pleadingly.
Sugarstar smiled and took big leaps off of his Cake Rock. He padded over , “You can come, Doughfreeze is busy right now.” He said, with no clue why, normally he would know, “You’ll go with Candyburst and Snickerdoodlepaw.” He meowed. Doughfreeze looked excited as he read her expression. She was pretty young, time hadn’t drew lines on her face yet, and her blue eyes shone with youth.
I should go check on the medicine cat! His mind whispered to him, he quickly licked some cream off his paws from hunting, and he started his way towards the den, when he entered, licorice vines, swept over him.
“Is everything alright, Marshmallowfluff?” He asked, looking around, it looked pretty empty for the medicine den, which meant healthy cats
Vanilla looked around. Where am I? She thought. She smelled wild clan cats. Lily squeals. She calms her sister. They were both loners, but their mother was nowhere to be seen.
“I smell a loner, fresh too.” A voice says through the forest.
Vanilla shrinks back fearfully. What would these cats do once they found her.
“What do we do? We need help!” Lily whispers fearfully.
“Should we go ask for help?” Vanilla asks.
Lily nods. They race through the forest and began mewling like helpless kits- which they were- to call attention.
Sugar padded through the sweet bracken sniffing the sprinkled grass for the scent he had smelled before, it had to be a loner, since all the other cats smelled like sugar cookies and marshmallows, this was a scent he’d never smelled before.
“Doughfreeze, I smell a loner, fresh too!” He echoed, his long white mane was blowing in the wind, his black chocolate covered paws sinking into the Oreo soil.
