BlogClan Tavern, Triple Trouble

It’s easier to play with cards. The spade is the murderer, the club is the investigator, and the hearts and diamonds are the people who are not the murderer/investigator. You must have the same number of cards as people playing, and you have to have at least four people to play. One person shuffles the cards face-down, and everyone picks a random one. Nobody’s allowed to say what they are, except for the investigator. The investigator must go into a room and stay there until someone shouts “Murder in the Dark!” Once the investigator leaves, everyone else just walks around the house. If you are the murderer, and you want to kill someone, you have to walk near them and tap them twice with a finger. Walk away stealthily. They normally just flop on the floor. Once someone notices that the person’s dead, they shout “Murder in the Dark!” and the investigator and everyone else comes. The investigator can ask questions to each person (you can ask the dead one if you want, like “What were you doing when you were killed?” “I was dying” or something) to find out who the murderer is. Then everyone votes on who they think the murderer is. If they get it right, the murderer dies and you play another round with a new murder and investigator. If they get it wrong, the person with the most votes dies and the game goes on, and the two dead people are ghosts. They just walk around and are allowed to know who the murderer is, but they can’t vote. If the murderer accidentally taps a ghost, the ghost can say “I’m a ghost” and walk away.
I freak people out in Murder in the Dark by just sneaking up on people on all fours, then they will notice me and freak out, or I just follow them wherever they go until they just freak out 😛
Since we’re playing this in the entire house, it won’t be hard to sneak up on people to freak them out 😛
