I have SEVERELY bad cramps and it’s not even time for my period. I had it already. Does anyone know the science behind thus? Is it the heat? Do I have a disease or something?

Sometimes people get cramps when it isn’t close to their period, so it could be completely normal. I would try heating pads or painkillers in the mean time, and if it continues to be bad or gets worse talk to your doctor. I hope you feel better soon Cedar! ❤️
I’ve had cramps in the past for no reason – it may be caused by salmonella, not drinking enough water, or if you ate something bad. it could also just be gas cramps, which are completely random and usually go away pretty fast. *hugs* <3
When you reach the middle of your cycle, usually about two weeks before your period, you can get cramps in your lower stomach. They can range from a dull ache to a sharp, stabbing cramp. There is a word for this in Germany, it is called mittelschmerz. If the timing seems right, it could be just that.

Anybody else on the blog sing choral music? I sing, but I sing classical opera/ choral music. My choir released a CD and we have been on national tv 4 times live! It was nerve wracking but I really enjoyed it (it was a Christmas CD by the way 😉 )

Thanks, Blue! I’ll try that. But maybe I’ll leave out the family part because I don’t know for sure, but I’d think she’d be upset if I said that. She would disapprove that I have a second family online that I go to for writing help, advice, whenever I have problems that I need to rant about or if I just want company. She knows that I do art requests ’cause I told her about it, and she reacted in a way that I should of foreseen. She said something like, “Are you sure it’s not just for that reason, Pebble? What if people steal your art?” I said that it’s just for fun, and everyone draws each other’s fursonas here. I got a bit mad, because of course not! No one here is like that! You see, she can be a bit cynical 🙁
