I’m not 100% sure but I thought you had to wait a year before someone can claim it again?
I think it is 6 months before someone else can claim it.
Oh, yesterday I asked on the Tavern and Emberdawn said it’s generally a year but if the previous owner doesn’t mind that I’m not going to complain or anything.
More specifically, if you have permission from the previous owner to claim it earlier, then go for it! But if not, best to wait until a year has passed from the most recent activity on the page before claiming it for yourself.
