Millie vs Silverstream
Which is the better mate?
Both absolute brats. Silverstream was constantly like “I’m the leader’s daughter, ooh, I’m so amazing, look at me everyone” and Millie was just soooooooo annoying

Well, we didn’t get to see a lot of Silverstream although she did seem nice. Millie though did seem like a nice and caring mate- she even saved Greystripe’s life once. He only seemed to like Silverstream because she was pretty
I personally like them both. Silverstream was nice, and caring, while Millie was also caring, but I would pick Silverstream solely because of the Briarlight situation.
I prefer Silverstream because it seemed like her and Graystripe had more chemistry. We never see their meetings but I assume they were nice. People like to bring up Silverstream being a brat about her father’s position, but I never read that in the books. The only entitlement she shows is for Graystripe, someone who she would give up everything for.
Then Millie was just iccckkkkk, I don’t even think Graystripe liked her that much.

Ok so first of all silverstream, “oooh I am the leader’s daughter I get to do whatever I want and the code has to change to accommodate my needs!!!!” And also asides from being a best grey x silver had no development whatsoever .
And now Millie, Millie x grey had great development during greystripes’s adventure and she wasn’t a neglectful mother at all. Blossomfall was an adult and didn’t need her mother cooing over her. Also she was a jerk anyway. Briarlight was pemanantly disabled so of course Millie was distraught, !it’s of people forget that this was her first real loss since joining the clans and I love grey x Millie because Millie sacrificed so much for greystripe and to heal his broken heart.
Hey, Blossomfall being a warrior doesn’t have anything to do with it!!! Rejection hurts at ANY AGE. Also, Millie was going BEYOND overprotective mom- she was sometimes right down MEAN to Blossomfall.
Like, in The Forgotten Warrior, Blossomfall coughs. Even a small cough in leaf-bare can be a concern.
Hazeltail notices, and tells Millie. MILLIE LEGIT DOES NOT LOOK UP, and says something like, “She’s fine, I have to check on Briarlight.”
WHO DOES THAT?
And then, later in the same book, Ivypool and Blossomfall get lost in the tunnels.
They come out, and Millie yells at Blossomfall, humiliating her in front of the whole Clan!
Being mad at her is understandable, but did she have to yell at her in front of EVERYONE??????
Blossomfall is NOT a brat. Millie IS mean.

Millie also failed to notice that two very capable cats were taking care of her daughter. It would be fine if she had JUST paid attention to Briarlight, but Millie instead takes it step further and neglects her other kits.
Yes! Neglecting your own kits is NEVER OK.

Silverstream!
She and Graystripe sacrificed so much for each other! They kept meeting even though Mistyfoot and Fireheart told them to stop.
Silverstream kept guiding her kits and mate, even in death.
She was an amazing mate and mother. 🙂
And then there’s Millie.
After Graystripe’s Adventure and Power of Three, Graystripe and Millie had ZERO romantic moments.
Millie rejected her other kits, leading Bumblestripe to sought out Dovewing’s love, and Blossomfall to train in the Dark Forest!
She also rejected GRAYSTRIPE. If one pays close attention in OotS, they’d see that Millie and Graystripe don’t seem to hang out as much as they used to. Implying that Millie is rejecting HIM too.
Is that really the kind of mate Graystripe wants? The one who will reject him?

I haven’t read about Millie yet, but I’ll say Silverstream. You could argue that Millie was worried about Briarlight, but she used her daughter’s disability against Blossomfall.
True, Silverstream bragged about being the Clan leaders daughter, she also paid more attention to Graystripe.

Silverstream instead of letting Graystripe drown she decided to save him even though he was from a enemy clan and then when they started meeting together they didn’t stop no matter what was happening in the clan or something was in between them. I don’t really have anything against Millie it’s just that I don’t have anything to say for her

Heathertail:
Lionpaw and Heatherpaw had such a good relationship. They played together in the tunnels, role played with the clan DarkClan(I think that’s the name), and they both loved each other. But it never would’ve worked.
Cinderheart:
Lionblaze has broken up with Heathertail, and begins to notice her. Wow. So, he decided he likes her, and Cinderheart likes him too. They both decide to become mates, and have two litters of kits.
I choose CinderxLion.
I honestly think that Lionblaze and Cinderheart were a pretty good couple. The only thing I don’t like is how after Lionblaze lost his power, he only cared about Cinderheart and almost nothing else. Every notice of Lionblaze after OOTS was him acting flustered around Cinder, or Cinderheart telling him that he doesn’t have his power anymore.
Heathertail and Lionblaze are pretty good, too, but their relationship didn’t last long. Plus, she’s already with Breezepelt, so…let’s just say that won’t go well with him 😛
Cinderheart, but honestly I ship Cinderheart more with Hollyleaf than with Lionblaze.

Heathertail:She just wanted to play and they were silly,young apprentices. Plus Heathertail is mates with Breezepelt.

I don’t know who else could’ve helped her find herself so well!
Besides, Heathertail would’ve never worked out, although it would’ve been silly to have a family line of WindClan forbidden relationships. . .

First of all Heathertail doesn’t even like Lionblaze anymore they were fr before but that was it before he got Heathertail mad at him and anyways they were from different clans over the top so the relationship would have not worked anyways. Cinderheart: they had absolutely no reason not to be mates there from the same clan and even if Lionblaze does do something that would make her mad I just know that she would get over it
