“Ok, let’s head back to camp.” Rainstar led the way back. “Mintwater, Littlebrook” she called. “We’re back.”
Swanheart padded out of the nursery, looking around camp, “where is everyone?” She wondered silently, after looking around camp, She layed down in front of the nursery watching the entrance
“Swanheart your here!” Rainstar padded up to the queen.
“what’s going on?” She asked, confused at Rainstar’s reaction, and noticing not everyone was there
“We went out to look for the lost warriors.“ Rainstar explained. “We didn’t find any but we did find a fox and we chased it off our territory.” She turned and announced to the group “Why don’t we all get some sleep, and tomorrow we’ll start rebuilding our clan.”
“I can keep watch” Swanheart said, knowing everyone else would be tired
~Suncliff~
“Swanheart!” the warrior was overjoyed by the sight of the queen, she padded up to littlebrook, “Sorry I rushed off, do you still need that moss?” she asked the elder.
~Streamhop~
Streamhop walked over to the warrior den, too tired to do anything else, she laid down in her soft bed, the nest suddenly felt empty, the search mission for the warriors has ended in a fight with a fox and no found warriors, she missed Hailstorm and Streamsong, But she was too tired to think about it more, she closed her eyes and let the claws of sleep claim her.
Fallendusk trotted in, he was gone for nearly the entire day for reasons unknown, and he wouldn’t share where he went, looking around at the empty nests, slowly walking, without realizing where he was going, he stopped beside the sleeping cat, he looked down at her, before turning around and goes to leave the den again
(Hi hope you don’t mind if I place Fallendusk here, if you do I won’t respond with him here, and sorry if it annoys you)
Swanheart saw Fallendusk, and padded up to him “hi” she said, “what are you doing?”
~Streamhop~
Streamhop felt someone trod on her tail
“HEY” she growled, then looked up, “FALLENDUSK WERE HAVE YOU BEEN” she meowed

“I’ve been out doing things, Streamhop, and I was just about to go hunting, Swanheart.” The tom voice was eerily calming, did he know what had happened recently?

Streamhop woke up she feeled refreshed after her nap, she squeezed out of the warrior’s den and spotted Suncliff dragging bundles of Moss across the hollow,she padded up to her.
“why are you doing apprentice work when there are plenty of apprentices,” she meowed Suncliff continued going.
“Let’s go hunting or do some warrior work,” she continued.
~Suncliff~
Suncliff dragged the moss all the way to the elders den then went over to Streamhop,
“Alright, let’s go” she meowed, she spotted Fallendusk at the fresh kill pile, it was obvious streamhop noticed him too because she asked
“Hey, do you want to invite fallendusk” Suncliff nodded and the sisters walked to Fallendusk
“Hi, Do you want to come hunting with me and suncliff” asked streamhop.
“Yeah sure” He stopped picking up the prey, he could eat after, he waited for the two to go first so he could follow them
~Streamhop~
Streamhop padded out of the clearing followed by Fallendusk and Suncliff “So I’ve thought of a new way to hunt, it takes time but I’ve tested it and it works!” she meowed to the patrol. “What is it” meowed Suncliff excitedly Streamhop walked up to a puddle of mud then started rolling around in it disguising her scent, suncliff looked disgusted “What are you doing” she asked ” You see, Mice and squirrels and voles like nuts, and luckily there are plenty here. so we lay the nuts down as bait and sooner or later a piece of prey is going to come and start nibbling on it and then we catch it” explained streamhop “We could keep a nice store of nuts so in leaf bare we can lure prey out and hunt like that” she continued then started rolling nuts into a pile. “every one find a place to hide” Streamhop instructed then dashed into a bush near the nuts. surely enough a squirrel started walking towards the pile of nuts Streamhop quickly pounced and caught the squirrels dispatching it with a swift bite to the neck “See works like a charm” she meowed proudly.
“Interesting.. Let me try” He did exactly what Streamhop did, rolled in the puddle and set out some nuts, waiting silently, a mouse came up to the nut and started to nibble on it, he quickly pounced on it, catching it by its tail and biting it, he looked up and gave Streamhop a nod of approval, good job Streamhop!
~Streamhop~
“You try now suncliff” Steamhop meowed
“You know streamhop, you may be a senior warrior but you still act like a kit” Suncliff snapped.
“Do it, do it, do it” streamhop started chanting.
“DO IT DO IT DO IT” streamhop started chanting louder.
“Fine fine, I’ll do it before you scare all the prey away.” suncliff meowed annoyed
~Suncliff~
Suncliff reluctantly walked towards the puddle of mud and started rolling in it and started rolling in it, she then rolled nuts into a pile and hid in a bush. soon a vole started walking towards the pile, Suncliff quickly pounced and caught the vole between her claws, she killed it then picked it up.
“I;m going to the stream to wash this mud off” she meowed her voice muffled by the vole, she turned around and walked towards the stream, Streamhop and Fallendusk followed.
He remained silently until they got to the stream, setting the prey down, he waited for the other two to begin cleaning before he did, he was silently arguing with himself if he should talk to the two or not
Honeypaw~
Honeypaw padded into the apprentice den, hanging her head. She sat down, looking for Hawkpaw, she scanned the nests, looking for Hawkpaw’s brown fur
(Ima drop Fallendusk in here for now)
The older cat poked his head in, looking for Honeypaw, when he saw her, he spoke up so she could hear him “Honeypaw, please come out for a minute, I wish to speak with you” He backed out and waited outside the den for her, something was upsetting her, and he wanted to know what.
~Honeypaw~
Honeypaw slowly padded out, and sat down. She forced herself to look at him in the eyes “what do you need?” She asked, forcing herself to act cheerful
“Honeypaw, whats wrong? I know you’re upset about something, has some other cat been treating you unfairly? Are you being bullied?” He sounded like a worried mother, which he was, in a way? But he looked worried, unlike his normal numb expression
~Honeypaw~
Honeypaw stared in surprise at his concerned tone, she shook her head slowly, and stared at her paws, it was a long time before she started talking, “I was there when the fox attacked the patrol” she started, “I didn’t do a thing” she said quietly, “I hid under a bush like a coward” she felt her body shaking, “I watched as the patrol fought the fox” she was whimpering now, “I stayed under a bush, until the fox ran away” she whimpered, still looking at her paws
“Oh Honeypaw.. that wasn’t bad.. you’re an apprentice, I know you feel like you should have done something, but you would have gotten harmed, Starclan knows what that’d fox do to you.. You did the best thing, hide. If you didn’t..” He stopped, and licked the top of her head, he was trying his best to make her feel better, but didn’t know if it was working or not

Owlsplash squeezed out of the nursery followed by her kits. Smallkit, Brookkit, Flowerkit and lilykit raced over to play in the clearing and owlsplash went and sat by Swanheart. bouldercrash’s Massive body padded towards her. “Good Morning dear, how are you” he meowed. Owlsplash Pushed her nose into his soft fur “Good you” she meowed “I’m good thank you, well I got to go on a patrol” he meowed then left for the entrance of the hollow, Owlspalsh watched Anxiously as Bouldecrash squeezed out of the hollow. she didn’t want him to get hurt by that fox the clan battled the other day. she shook the thought out of her head. ‘Bouldercrash will be careful ‘ she thought then turned to watch her kits again. she caught Brookkit sneak towards the medicine den. Owlspalsh let her. after all the medicine cats where the most careful cats in the clan.

Swanheart watched them, she looked away, feeling the pain of losing her mate, Blackleaf, all over again. She shook her head, trying to clear the memories. She watched Owlsplash go after Brookkit, and layed down, watching Smallkit, Flowerkit, and Lillykit play. She curled her tail around her stomach, thinking about her kits. She laughed as the kits tumbled over each other, and sighed contently.

“Go play with your litter mates now, the medicine den can wait” she told brookkit then walked up to swanheart, she laid her tail over he shoulders. “are you thinking about blackleaf and your kits again.” she asked, Swanheart nodded. “Listen, Blackleaf is a great cat, and I miss it when I glance at the nursery entrance and finding him watching you, But I know you’ll find an amazing cat that you will love just as dearly as Blackleaf, and when its time your going to see Blackleaf and your kits in starclan.” she meowed. Owlsplash hoped the words comforted the sad queen.

Swanheart looked at her paws, “why did it have to happen to him?” She asked quietly, “he didn’t know I was expecting kits” she whispered, her whole body shaking, “I was planning on telling him that night, and then” she buried her head in her paws, grief overtaking her, “it shouldn’t have happened to him” she whispered. She shook her head, clearing the emotions, “I see Brookkit is taking a interest in the medicine cat den” she said, trying to change the subject
(Sorry but I’m a little confused, Is Swanheart expecting kits or did she have them already?)

Owlsplash didn’t know how to comfort swanheart, so she helped her change the subject “Yes, she will have quite the responsibility if she followed the path of a medicine cat.and they are going to be apprentices soon” she meowed

Swanheart watched as the kits played, and felt happiness flood over her, “Brookkit would make a great medicine cat” she said, watching her play with her litter mates, “do you know when the apprentice ceremony will be?” She asked curiously

“I sure hope soon, or the nursery will be too crowded” Owlspash purred
Winterdrop wondered what did snow actually taste like because it’s too cold to actually taste.
Autmnpool padded up to Winterdrop. “Hey, whatchu wondering about, Winterdrop?”
“Some questions you could never answer, because who’s tasted warm snow?”
“Ah, good point.”

Rainstar watched her clan with content.
Winterdrop padded up to Rainstar. “What does snow taste like? It’s too cold to taste, so maybe…” The rest was inaudible. (What season is it?)

“I don’t know Winterdrop.” Rainstar flicked her whiskers teasingly. “Probably like when water is frozen.”
