We are delighted to have so many talented and prolific writers on BlogClan, but the amount of fan fiction posted in comments has increased so much that we do not have the time or resources to moderate it all in a timely fashion. What we’re about to say will seem harsh, but it will hopefully mean that comment moderation over the whole site will become quicker which means more fun for everyone. So, here goes, and apologies in advance if this is upsetting:
Fan fiction comments will not be moderated on BlogClan.
This means comments containing fan fiction will never make it out of moderation. They will languish there, unread and unmoderated, for eternity.
Wattpad provides an excellent platform for reading and sharing fan fiction. You might wish to use that instead to share your stories. I am not favouring Wattpad. It’s the only one I know of, and I’m sure there are many other platforms out there you might prefer. It’s up to you!
If you can’t make an account on any site, you may use justpaste.it! If you only have access to Google Docs, then you must use a blog email to make the document or link a web-published version of your document. To make a web-published version, set the doc to be viewable by anyone with the link, then go to “File” -> “Share” -> “Publish to web” and click “Publish”, then copy the link provided (it MUST end in “/pub”). Any document found to contain personal information will not be moderated!

Thoughts on Rosepaw: She seems like a good cat. I can’t wait to see how she develops as the story progresses.
Thoughts on Thornstar: Seems like Thornstar is shaping up to be the main villain. I can’t imagine Thornstar would be introduced like that, only to be driven out and exiled, so I’m guessing Thornstar will be back.
Thoughts on Lightfern: What happened to her is so sad. It kind of reminds me of how Bluestar lost her first mentor (not to death, but to injury), Stonepelt, early in her training.
Thoughts on Honeysong: I’m not sure just yet. Excited to see what I think later.

Thoughts on Rosepaw: She’s okay… I don’t really understand her relationship with Thornstar that well, though. Why does Thornstar hate her so much? She was a new apprentice in Chapter One, it’s understandable to be clumsy or something since it’s their first time out…
I like her interaction with Fishpaw, though! 😛
Thoughts on Thornstar: I don’t really imagine how Thornstar could be so mean to Rosepaw out of the blue. Besides, was he already like this to Rosekit before she was apprenticed or is it the effect of the ‘strange force’ in the blurb? Anyways, I doubt this will be the last we see of him, considering that he probably still has his nine lives (Not all intact, maybe, but more than one…)

Quick tip: you can use “command f” (if you’re typing using a computer) to find the word “rouge”, and then replace it with “rogue”.
Hawkpaw – I agree with Unsigned Reedough, her character’s developing nicely.
Other characters – You write them really well, letting their personalities and strengths and weaknesses develop.
Favorite – Hawkpaw/flight, the main character, is a great character! Her personality’s growth has felt very natural. Thorn’s great too.
Least favorite – Streamleaf, she’s well-written and is a good character and good medicine cat, just not my personal cup of tea.
Predictions – They’ll successfully rescue Eaglepaw, but lose one of the other cats on the way.
Ships – Mist X Black
Tips for writing – Keep up the great work!
