pianist here to say that piano is actually really difficult! you have to have good hand coordination and of course there’s sight reading and sheet music. and also there’s jazz and improvising which takes a really long time to master 🙂
That’s true. But I play piano and know that it is considerably easier than most other instruments. I don’t think anyone means to say that it’s easy and I can speak from experience that it’s not! I’ve done it for five years and it’s still challenging. That’s why piano is often considered a good starter instrument, because it’s great for learning chords, sight reading, etc. etc. It’s not easy! But it’s easier than others. 🙂

I’m also a pianist, and I know it’s difficult but I meant that I don’t think it’s one of the hardest instruments to play 🙂 I also have no experience with any other instruments really, so I couldn’t really put anything else down 😛

Drum kit makes my brain hurt, but I think it’s reasonably doable
Apart from when my band director, who doesn’t even play percussion, tells me to do stuff like leave the drumstick on the head for a louder noise (aka, a big no-no) and that throws me off haha
ah that sounds annoying, i don’t play drums and leaving the drumstick on the head sounds pretty unreasonable lol
I’m 99% sure it actually does the opposite, because it would dampen the sound.
Also, it’s not good health wise either, since it sends the energy from the movement back up your arm (he believes it goes into the drum somehow, and that just doesn’t make sense) , so if you do that all the time, it can give you arthritis. So I learnt that there’s a reason he’s teaching band and not physics that day 😛

Wow! I’m glad you liked ‘Move’ it was a song at a camp I went to when I was little. I also don’t like rap things that much. Crowder has some pretty good songs, too. My fav is ‘Lift Your Head Weary Sinner’ (Chains). It kinda reminds me of Oregon Trail lol
