For my fellow band/choir/theatre kids, what have been your favourite pieces to perform?
I have played Magellan as a band song, and I enjoyed it! But we are learning March From First Suite and Mallet Maniacs and I love those too!

Hmmm that’s a good question. I really enjoyed my December concert where we sang Christmas songs, which was cool. The boys’ choir sang “You’re a Mean One, Mister Grinch,” and this one kid dressed up as the Grinch, and it was just really funny. 🙂
We played “We Will Rock You” and that was really fun!

I think I prefer classical music because it’s very relaxing and well-crafted, unlike most pop music nowadays. (No offence to Pop fans, but it’s just not my type of music anymore 😛 )

Yesterday I heard this song on the radio called ‘Cream’ by Prince (you know, the ‘Purple Rain’ guy) and I’ve been listening to it non-stop ever since because it’s SO GOOD. 😛
UPDATE: Another Prince song called ‘Uptown’ played on the same radio station and now I’m listening to it. 😛

i’ve heard of all those bands but never really listened to them before lol, only glass animals song i’ve listened to is the the heat waves one which i’d assume is their most popular song because it plays on the radio all the time
i gave the ghost town song a small listen on my phone and it sounds really good! i completely agree with you that bass drop lifted me to heaven in the best way possible (i’ll have to listen to it later on my super good headphones to really savor the experience though)
man Heat Waves makes me angry because that whole album is (imo) not real Glass Animals 😭 like the style is so different from their old albums (How to be a Human Being and Zaba, aka the best albums of theirs) and it feels like they were trying to be mainstream and go with what’s popular with Dreamland, but Glass Animals is not like other girls!!! htbahb and zaba have this this this RAW, orGANIC sound to them, I don’t know how to explain it but BASICALLY if you wanna get a true feel for Glass Animals songs, listen to htbahb and zaba!! also not to say that Dreamland is bad, like the songs aren’t bad but they’re just not mY Glass Animals 😛 thank you for coming to my glass animals ted talk
