personally the music videos for shyga! the sunlight mound (album by psychedelic p crumpets) are on top, seriously the different forms of animation (mainly claymation) are so cool and i love that they have stories, they are also very strange but i love how strange they are
also the music video for half full glass of wine by tame impala is very silly. i like how there is a bunch of chaos and then dom and kevin are just there

i was eating at a restaurant and i was kind of bored until i realized they were playing solitude is bliss by tame impala on the speakers and i instantly jumped out of my seat, screamed “THEY’RE PLAYING TAME IMPALA” and starting bouncing up and down and everyone was staring at me i’m not even exaggerating 💀
but anyway… it’s not safe to leave this house by psychedelic p crumpets is so good idk how to describe it but it sounds so calming and lazy!! almost nothing like the other songs on that album that’s for sure lmao (ergophobia starts playing…)
also this is completely underrated but rivers cuomo apparently used to have long hair when he was younger he looked so good!! why did he cut it 😢😢 /lh

I usually say ‘I love this song!’ if I hear a song I like on the radio or in a restaurant or shop, usually Jamiroquai or other French House music (like Modjo’s ‘Lady (Hear Me Tonight’ and Stardust’s ‘Music Sounds Better With You’) since I live in Europe and that type of music was popular here back in the late 90’s/early 00’s.
Speaking of Jamiroquai, I always see their albums in charity shops/thrift stores and hear their songs in resraurants, and I wonder why. Probably because I live in the country where Jay-Kay (Jamiroquai Frontman/Singer) is from, and also because it’s easy-listening music. 😛 (Virtual Insanity is a prophetic bop!)

Just struck me how incredibly loved we really are.
No piece of music on its own has made me cry, surprisingly. 😛 However, ‘Touch’ by Daft Punk, ‘Goodbye to a World’ by Porter Robinson and ‘They Don’t Love You Like I Do’ by Maximum Love are all possible tearjerkers, especially the Maximum Love song combined with the music video, because the story in it is so bittersweet.
It’s hard to make me cry. 😛
